Hi Paully welcome!

10 Friends!! Wow that's a lot of people to be happy jealous for! I received a pic today of my friends baby sleeping in the seeping bag I bought for him, it was lovely but sods law I got it today!!

Have the docs suggested anything else or have they just sent you away to keep trying?? you started TTC the same time as me, no break for us though.

Temping confirms that you have defo ovulated, however you really need to do it a few months to get the benefit I think. I don't bother, I don't get up at the same time every day and I don't want to either! I lasted 5 days when I tried!! ive been considering using conceive plus, or something along those lines, anyone used any?

Paully06 · 06/11/2013 21:18

Hey ladies, thought I'd join the chat if that's ok :)
I've been TTC since last September, with a break from feb - may due to my hubby needing surgery! I have a stressful job, and I really am a worrier! I have regular periods, have positives on ovulation kits, had progesterone levels checked and they we're 31 on cd 20, my hubby had semen analysis done and he is normal....just can't help worrying that's it's taking so long. 10 close family and friends are all pregnant and as delighted as I am for them it knocks a little bit off me each time I hear their lovely news. I am having reflexology (starting next week) to see if that helps with the stresses! Any other advice or chit chat would be fab. Don't feel like I have many people to talk to about it! I have never charted temp....why and how does this help?

Hugs to you all xx

woodwaj · 06/11/2013 08:55

Thanks :) im ok. Im more disappointed because I think oh is going to be away next time I ov. Next hospital appointment is 18th December so I think thats my next step!!

Jennyallan86 · 06/11/2013 08:50

Oh does it, I didn't know that. Hope you feel ok. It will happen x

woodwaj · 06/11/2013 08:35

It wasnt much yet but it looked like AF im pretty sure spotting happens around ov and not AF.

Jennyallan86 · 06/11/2013 08:28

Aww chin up wood, it might be spotting?? Or do you definatly think it's af? Xx

woodwaj · 06/11/2013 08:23

AF is here. I knew it was lurking!!!

woodwaj · 06/11/2013 08:07

That's exactly why im not testing till friday onelife I just dont want to be getting a negative. I still have stomach pains/cramps but no AF as of this morning.

Jennyallan86 · 06/11/2013 07:45

I know how you feel onelife, I got so disheartened last time. So I'm
Trying not to build myself up too much this time and relax.
Fingers crossed that we all have bfp for Christmas!
Not doing much this weekend apart from silly household jobs, been so busy for the last few months that it's nice to have a rest Grin

onelifeonechance · 06/11/2013 07:07

Thanks for the scan info V, hoping I'll be checking out local places in the not too distant future.

Oooo Woodwaj&J, it's sounding promising for you both, keeping my fingers crossed Smile And I def support the wait to test philosophy, as V said be busy bees!!!
6dpo today for me. No symptoms, wouldn't expect any yet anyway as early days. No idea what to think this cycle, felt so sure last time and was obviously wrong, feel like can't get too hopeful as it's too sad when it doesn't work. So just waiting and seeing and even if I do get 'symptoms' my plan is just to ignore them and only test if af is late, self preservation in action Smile

woodwaj · 05/11/2013 13:07

Time has been going very slowly!! I have friday off. Having a carpet fitted in the morning then going out for lunch then to see Thor as we didnt get to this weekend. Then friday night im going to a charity night out to raise money for a cancer charity the theme is 'at the movies'

what about everyone else

Vickyvix · 05/11/2013 12:47

This is sounding very good for both of you, I really hope it's your time.

My best advice is to just try and busy yourself with lots of things and I'll keep my fingers tightly crossed for some good news!! Grin

I thinking holding out to test is definitely the best option, I've seen too many sad stories from people that test early and get a positive only for AF to arrive a few days later.

So, sit tight and good luck!! Be sure to let us know when you decide to POAS.......

Can't believe it's only Tuesday, but excited about fireworks tonight, then roll on the weekend. Anyone got anything fun planned?

Jennyallan86 · 05/11/2013 12:28

I know I'm googling everything!

woodwaj · 05/11/2013 12:24

I have AF cramps. I was a bit sniffley last week but nothing came of it. That's all really.

Im trying not to imagine things. Think im actually going to go insane!!!

Why do we do this! Haha

Jennyallan86 · 05/11/2013 12:13

Yeah I have itchy boobs,an achy belly and I'm tired even tho I'm getting enough sleep.
I also have those vivid dreams, that I get a BFP!
I still thinking I'm just symptom spotting!

Vickyvix · 05/11/2013 12:10

I had some cramping (like AF was coming) and also felt a bit ill, like I was going to get a cold or something (achey, cold, headache, sore throat and runny nose). I also had really vivid dreams just before I got my BFP (including a dream I got my BFP!).

Have heard lots of ladies that get sore or itchy boobs and also extreme tiredness and needing to pee a lot. I did get all of those (still have most of them) but they came later for me.

Any symptoms wood or jenny?

Jennyallan86 · 05/11/2013 11:34

Oh that sounds promising! Hope you get that positive on Friday!
I feel the same too, thinking af will arrive on Sunday. The only symptom that I've got is really itchy boobs, that feel tense, don't know if this a sign?

woodwaj · 05/11/2013 11:09

Yep defo going to wait. Im out friday night so prob best to!! Im convinced AF will arrive. Did you have any symptoms other than spotting vicky?

Vickyvix · 05/11/2013 10:08

Ooh if you ov'd early then AF is even more overdue - which is very exciting!

So do you think you can stick it out until Friday??

woodwaj · 05/11/2013 09:20

Sorry jenny I was totally on crotch watch again, are you nervous for sunday?

Im still finding it hard to believe AF isnt going to make an appearance anytime soon. Im glad I haven't got my dates wrong though its reassuring

I think I ov'd early around the 17th

I also just checked and sept cycle was 28 days!
