Ovulation is a movable feast and can vary for any reason, stress, illness, to piss you off etc; however you lp tends to be a fixed length of time, rarely changing by much more than a day. So don't worry that you have ovd late, it will make no difference to you lp length.

As for us, we find out how many little embryos we have made tomorrow. They will call us at about 10am!

I have managed to book in another day "21" blood test at the docs next week. It was a phone appointment with the GP and I was giving him an overview of all the tests I had had done. I very nearly said "dildocam" but just managed to hold back!

Nothing big here for me today except feeling queasy and weird cramping last night; was actually surprised there was no blood - that's how bad it was, but I'm only 4-5dpo so have ow decided I'm a ridiculous symptom spotter and am bound to be disappointed on the 23rd when I test. Wanging myself, no need for anyone to suggest it

Back from egg collection where they took 11 eggs.
However DH's sample wasn't as good as they might like and so they are doing ICSI where the take a sperm and inject it into the egg.

spare that's a really hard way to find out, especially if you'd been with her on holiday. Don't feel bad for feeling bad, you're allowed. I had a similar experience a couple of months ago, where a friend texted me her news two days after we'd been to see fc (she didn't know that, of course) when we'd stayed with her fo a weekend a couple of months before, when she'd been diffed. I cried. Shitty shit shit.

I've just been doing a group message with 2 friends, about whether or not to go to a hen night. Friend one replied back saying no, friend 2 replied 'me neither, and how is the morning sickness?'
So friend 1 has just phoned me to tell me she is pregnant.
The worst thing is, I was on holiday with her a few weeks ago and didn't twig at all. She just had a permanent headache so wasn't drinking.

I feel sick and also but also terrible for being jealous of a friend through no fault of her own

Consider yourself wanged Barking! Massive congrats, you must be thrilled. Now I know it isn't easy but please try and not fret about this spotting and just enjoy the next few days. DH proposed to me in Boston which was completely unexpected and lovely. You don't want to look back in a few years time and regret not fully enjoying this moment. X

CD25 here and just got a positive on the OPK - yay! This always makes me a bit happy . We've DTD every day for the last three days and also two days before that. Will continue for the next 2-3 days to make sure. Exhausting!

Was also thinking that I should try and get my "day 21" progesterone blood test repeated as haven't had a positive one yet but only because the blood was taken at the wrong time. Am I correct in thinking that this should be done 7 days before AF? I know the IVF clinic will eventually want this once we get our appointment and with only 7 months to go before I am 40 I want to avoid any undue delays.

Aww barking congratulations, that's great news! All these berry weddings to look forward to! Sorry you're still confused, I agree that you should pimp and not just because I'm a pimp pusher but I think you need to know one way or another, it's obviously eating you up. Boodle it seems we're both still in limbo. 4 days of spotting then yesterday nothing then minor (only a hint of colour iyswim) spotting again today. No idea what dpo, but maximum 13dpo given I definitely didn't ov before cd18. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!! I always have ridiculously light AF's but this is taking the p1ss!!!
If nothing again tomorrow morning ha ha, tempting fate there I may have to make my own pot by using a knife to cut a water bottle in half not that I've been over thinking this today and brace myself for a bfn. I really don't need this horrible limbo right now as I'm doing the same continuous internal turmoil as haycorn (that was spot on btw) but I'm supposed to be all giddy and happy and not thinking about ttc right now as DP proposed to me today on top of a big mountain!!!
And all I could think on the way down was 'wouldn't it be nice to be able to share double happy news with our families as when we say we have news they'll all be expecting a pg announcement as they know we're trying'
