hi everyone, my husband and I were delighted we'd conceived baby #3 3 months after having my mirena removed. Unfortunately I miscarried at around 6 weeks, my bleeding started on 6th July and ended on 15th July, my hcg levels never got above 143 so they left my system pretty quick, by the 18th I was having bfn at the drs. I wondered when should I expect my AF? before the mc I was always 28 days bang on! I have had no symptoms for AF, although I have had really bad heartburn for 4 days, this was my first symptom last time too, so could I be pregnant? I'm useless at working out dates and cycles and ovulation etc..... we bd'd on 15th July and have been pretty consistently b'ding every other night since then with the exception of a couple of days. when should a test show bfp given all these dates? thanks for taking the time to read, hope someone has some advice for me x

Pps Doug was meant to be doing in my first sentence of my first post....I'm delirious from sleep deprivation because my friend is on us time hence rambling...

rb30 · 24/10/2013 00:37

Ps Leon's, try to stay positive. Your upcoming scan will give you an explanation, which even if negative (fingers and toes crossed it's not) will still be a relief because at least you have answers/diagnosis and which you can deal with. It's the not knowing that's so unnerving. Will be thinking of you. Take care of yourself x

rb30 · 24/10/2013 00:33

Congrats mrsA! And you too nelly! Hope all you other preggers ladies are Doug fabulous too.

I had my op last Wednesday, had bleeding and real sore for ages...and my friend from US decided to surprise me, so not really been able to recover properly as been running around...

Anyway, next is pcos treatment...I don't even know if it's worth trying at mo as on cd14 but only had op last wednesday(cd7) which means i prob should wait AF to heal my uterus? Oh I dunno...I'm so desperate for a baby It scares me that I'm not prepared to let my body heal which could end up causing more probs.

Take care all. Will check in soon xxxx

cheesysmile · 22/10/2013 18:34

Congrats Nelly, really pleased for you Grin

Leons so sorry things aren't settling down for you yet. Try to relax and hopefully the scan will give you some insight.

Leons · 21/10/2013 19:40

More good news, congratulations NellyOC. This is a lucky thread I think, so Im going to continue loitering, hope some of you will stick by us.

greenone you asked how I was doing. I was doing okay the last few weeks because I felt better in myself and I felt like I was in the midst of a normal cycle, Im not ttc this month or next, thought I would wait 2 cycles. (still very jealous of anyone trying, in 2ww, peeing on sticks, etc). I hadnt even tracked ovulation, just ignored it all. My plan was to start using OV sticks from November, and start TTC December. But now not sure if my cycles are back to normal or whats going on, as Im bleeding yet again at CD20 (this happened last month too). I have a scan next Tuesday, hopefully will get some answers. I was so sure I was back on normal track and the scan was just going to confirm this. Now Im worrying.

greeneone12 · 21/10/2013 14:11

HollyBen I was in exactly the same position just a couple of months ago. So so frustrating wanting your cycle to get back to normal. I can't imagine it will be much longer now. Are you looking after yourself? :) I found keeping really busy helped.

NellyOC really exciting news for you. I do t think we have met properly. I too am finding this 12 week period extremely hard but think we all need to keep positive and be healthy and keep our fingers crossed xx

NellyOC · 21/10/2013 11:49

Congratulations MrsA.

Just to say that after my post on here I took a pregnancy test on Saturday, then 3 on Sunday including a digital, and they were all positive. We can't believe how blessed we are to have concieved so quickly after a miscarriage, however we're both trying not to get too excited and remain grounded. It's going to be a long wait until 12 week scan.

Also Saturday was three years to the day that I found out I was pregnancy with my DS. And this due date (according to my calculations) is a day different to with him.

HollyBen · 21/10/2013 08:18

Hi all reassuring to hear of all the BFPs. I am still waiting on AF so we can start TTC again. It will be 6 weeks on Wednesday since my EPRC. Caved an POAS again this morning. It was a BFN which I was expecting but I am feeling really down now. I have never wished so much that AF would put in an appearance.

cheesysmile · 21/10/2013 08:11

MrsA if you look under pregnancy then ante-natal clubs then look for June 2014! Booking in, come join the fun .... then you should find it. Its a thread for ladies due in June next yr but also a couple 1st July and 31st May iykwim.

Greeneone glad you're still doing ok ... you should pop into June thread as well, everyone is really nice.

I still plan on checking in here to see how everyone is getting on but don't want to be annoying with my pregnancy worries when people here are ttc.

greeneone12 · 20/10/2013 21:05

MrsA!!!!!!! YAY!!!!! I have had a crappy few days and your post has really made me smile. Wooohoooo!! :)

Really excited for you! Still holding on our end but very tempted to go for a private scan at 8 weeks as I just can't take the anxiety of waiting :(

Leons how are you getting on? Hollyben hope you don't have to wait too much longer for AF. It's so frustrating. Rant and moan away - that's what the thread is here for.

HollyBen · 20/10/2013 20:15

Brilliant news MrsA!! So pleased for you x

Leons · 20/10/2013 20:02

So thrilled for you Mrs A. I had to read your original post to remind me of your history and then I remembered those awful few days you had in hospital, but now look at you. Great news.

MrsAnderson22 · 20/10/2013 19:14

Ah MrsA yep totally know that feeling. I'm 7+1 today and starting to calm down a bit with all the worry, although had tummy ache last night and was so nervous going to the loo. Ive always had a bit of a dodgy tum though so can't expect not to now just coz preggers, but still was feeling pretty worried. FX for all of us this time round.

I'm on the June ante-natal thread if you fancy joining.

MrsAnderson22 · 20/10/2013 18:20

thanks everyoneGrin Grin Grin Grin

I'm so excited and nervous at the same time! its so scary Grin

taking one day at a time, dread going to the toilet every day incase I see blood! hope this feeling goes when I've had time to speak to a dr. This time we aren't telling anyone until we are 100% that it's all good. It's only you lot and DH who know xx

MrsRV · 20/10/2013 13:19

Yay!!!!! Good old trusty digi.

Remember my mantra - conception within 6 months of MC = less likely to encounter problems. And repeat.

MrsAnderson22 · 20/10/2013 11:10

I got my positive on the digi!!!! with 1-2 weeks in the window, so gp will apparently put me down as 3-4, ahh I hope everything advances this time, I never did get past that 1-2 last time!

how's everyone doing? have we got any 2ww's? Xx

HollyBen · 20/10/2013 09:20

Fingers crossed for this morning! I am no expert but I don't think you would necessarily expect darker a much darker line after a day.

After what you have been through I don't think anyone can blame you for being paranoid. I do think you should see the doctors about your shoulder pain - hopefully they can put your mind at rest on that from.

xx

MrsAnderson22 · 19/10/2013 22:15

well I'm peeing on a digi in the morning! :D still no AF so pretty convinced BUT I am worried that my burning shoulder pain is back :/ also is it normal to have 2 very very faint lines one day after another or would you expect it to be darker the 2nd day? sorry If I'm sounding a bit paranoid but I am! Blush

Mrs A - sounds promising , sounds like a BFP to me : ). Congrats !

MrsRV · 18/10/2013 19:23

That faint line is where it all begins Grin

I've never been sure until I've seen the words on a digi. Get one get one get one. Time for the big guns!!!!

So so so very happy for you Mrs A... I feel like we've been through this together!!! xx

HollyBen · 18/10/2013 19:03

Woo hoo Mrs A! Congratulations x

MrsAnderson22 · 18/10/2013 18:44

Couldn't wait for fmu, there's a definite faint faint line again!! and within the allotted time too!! waaaah! I don't think I'll be 100% til I see a nice strong line ;) but a faint one will do for now! Wink

MrsAnderson22 · 18/10/2013 16:54
