Ttc after an early miscarriage, any advice appreciated

hi everyone, my husband and I were delighted we'd conceived baby #3 3 months after having my mirena removed. Unfortunately I miscarried at around 6 weeks, my bleeding started on 6th July and ended on 15th July, my hcg levels never got above 143 so they left my system pretty quick, by the 18th I was having bfn at the drs. I wondered when should I expect my AF? before the mc I was always 28 days bang on! I have had no symptoms for AF, although I have had really bad heartburn for 4 days, this was my first symptom last time too, so could I be pregnant? I'm useless at working out dates and cycles and ovulation etc..... we bd'd on 15th July and have been pretty consistently b'ding every other night since then with the exception of a couple of days. when should a test show bfp given all these dates? thanks for taking the time to read, hope someone has some advice for me x

I have caved and bought a digi clear blue now try and wait until fmu doubt it but worth a go !

currently sitting in a&e with my aches and pains, casually smile at the nurse who's assessing me and I'm whisked into a cubicle, given a gown and put on the Dr's list.....apparently my smile is droopy on the left side!! aaaah so scared :'( xx

Just reading about you all DTD makes me tired. I am glad we don't have to do it ever again. Poor hubby - we've gone from all to nothing!

Have 2 drinking sessions coming up over the next couple of weeks, one is a friends birthday at a pub with a band. There will be 5 of us, as soon as I order a diet coke they are just SO going to know i'm upduffed. As awful as it sounds I might use MC as an excuse & just say after what happened & as we're trying I just don't want to ruin anything. I'm determined for them not to know. I'll only be 7 weeks!! The other drinking session I think I'm going to have to pull a sickie. I never bloody go anywhere & Sod's law 2 things come up at once.

poas again today, the spare digi......bfn still, still no AF either. in my head I'm think 3 days late ovulating= 3 days late AF....or is that just too easy? so possible new due date for AF is Monday now xx

Yeah that's pretty much what happened to us last night greeneone, work and life do get in the way sometimes! Made up for it this morning tho! My temp has been going up by 0.1 since Thursday so not quite sure where I am. Hoping to see proper shift tomorrow.

Ahh Positive so frustrating for you. If no line at all then yeah prob not worth money on the digi. Really hope you get an answer soon.

Enjoy your meal tonight greeneone and don't forget to get jiggy after! Wink I'm glad I have some who'll be in the 2ww with me ... I hate waiting!!!

Cheesy dont worry I'm same forget what I've written sometimes but don't wanna repeat myself lol I'm on cycle 2 after mc cycle one was 31 days hence saying 6 days late but from normal cycles for me 28 days would make it 8 days late but I did ovulate late if I ovulated at all as had problems with those cheap opk

Even rushed bought clear blue monitor and can't use until first day if cycle grrrrrrr whenever the hell that's gonna be

Should be able to post pics on here really poas again this morn NO LINE at all no doubt about that ...... Surely not worth getting digi ???

Grrrrrrr how annoying I half have a hope deep down but 19 dpo I should be getting positive if pregnant ?! Surely

Ha ha we jumped Thursday but we're so tired last night it didn't happen. I am out for a meal tonight so a few glasses of red and we will be away.

Any nice plans for anyone this weekend? The suspense is indeed exciting! It's so comforting to be sharing these weeks with people who understand x

So I got jumping Thursday night and this morning, but not yesterday in the end. Hoping thats going be ok.

Digi ones less sensitive than say superdrug tests but they are very clear to read so no squinting at lines!

Mrsa if you ov late then yeah af def due later so your not out yet!

Positive sorry if you've said but how many cycles post mc are you? If its the first might explain why its a long one maybe???

Mrs a feel you pain no AF so strange. Mite get a digi one just don't want to knowing my luck ill come back home to find AF haha that's happened before ....but cd 37 !

Worried if not bfp why would I be this late on I feel a pulling feeling like AF n bloated but nothing xx

so does everyone think I should wait until sunday? monday? to test- no sign of AF coming yet, nipples have been tender tonight and very very itchy!!! and it's 11.20pm and I'm staaaarving!!!

AF I would expect the digi one to work.... However, you know you ovulated late which I guess pushes back everything else? I've read before that some women actually know they're pregnant but don't get BFP's until quite a while after AF due date. I have everything crossed for you, even including my legs Wink

So, I've been googling again and good news for all us ladies who are TTC/prego quite soon after MC. If you conceive within 6 months of MC you are LESS likely to have complications or miscarriage! Good news hey? Certainly helping me stay positive right now!

yes, 11dpo. still no sign of AF but I have had some discharge today, creamy not sticky, what does that mean? also I'm thinking because I ovualted later than normal this month (cd17 instead of cd14) that my AF might be late too? Xx

Well probably MrsA but didn't you say you wud only be 10 or 11 dpo at this point? Isn't that still quite early?

well, no AF as yet, normally wake up with it but the days not over :( poas, clear blue digi......bfn :( have a spare in the box and will do it tmrw or sunday if no AF, feel pretty disheartened though, I'd expect a cb digi to pick up hcg on day of AF if pregnant...no? Xx

Positive those cheaply 10hcg tests are crap... They all looked negative when I did mine. It wasn't until hours later they showed a tiny little mark. Go & get yourself a digi one. Then you'll know for sure as they are fantastic! x

I am now on cd 36 and 18 days dpo!!!! Done HPT cheapy and bfn !!! Feels like period coming and just teasing me so strange so depressed

Works so busy so keep long me preoccupied missed catching up in here !!! Just as bough the monitor aswell can't use until 1 st day of cycle

I'm still here. My laptop on the blink, so now attempting to post on phone. My af started off extremely light for 2 days, so light thought maybe implantation. But yesterday and today heavier and bright red, which I read means I'm very fertile (hope so at my age ttc)? Hope a good sign for next time ovulating.
Greenone I had pre af feeling too around time I was ovulating.
