I nearly did a test today on day 31, as i have had af pains for a few days but no af, but luckly my sane head kicked in, i don't even ovulate, had hardly any sex so how the f* would i be pregnant.

Anyway make sure you save that last test i know you have in your draw until Tuesday

Wrighty - try and enjoy the summer, get drunk and do all the things you can't do when you pregnant and should avoid doing when trying and then in sep go back to the gp, there is a drug they can give you which will stimulate a bleed and this might then kick start your body.

I remember my gp saying that if i had not had a period within 6 months of coming off the pill then i had to go and see him. Not sure if this applies to you but if it works out longer than 6 months i would go and see him/her again or a different one.

I am on CD26 today of 30 and stupidly did a test this afternoon with one of those early detection strips that I think Piffle used. It was a bfn, and am now feeling annoyed at myself for not hanging on. I wanted to know as am on a hen night tonight and fancy getting lashed, but not if pg!
Mind you, there are so many people that don't realise they are pg and have been out on the lash, and things turn out fine.

SOL..I tested three days ago with a CB digital and got a bfn so I am not getting my hopes up (although you can't help it a but can you??!!)
My longest cycle recently was 32 so I've really got a couple more days to go. If I can hold out I will wait til Tuesday (CD33).

I am trying to be string and only use frist morning wee as when I get a bfn I start questioning if it was strong enough in the pm etc. If I only use FMWee then I can't have that silly nagging feeling.

VERY tempted to test this morning so I went to the loo really quickly when I woke up so that I'd missed my chance!!!

Well not sure what to make of this really...woke up really early this morning for a wee and there was some slightly pinkish/brownish stuff when i wiped.....dh and i made love this morning(and that tends to get things going if AF is looming),but it didn't bring anything on and only have this stuff 'sometimes' when i wipe??(have been to loo like 10 times this morning??)..Af is due today,but usually have alittle something the day before then full flow on the day its due,but had nothing yesterday and then this on and off this morning so far?...has anyone else experienced this before?..
I'm going to test tomorrow(thought i'd see how rest of day goes),plus for my own sanity!!
Any ideas???.x.x

Well I have been out having a curry on the beach and watching the sun go down - how fantastic eh?!

You'd think by now they would have found some way of detecting a fertilized egg the second it happens. Think of the money we'd waste! Actually its sort of the nice the female body is able to defy science and keep some things sacred, just not when you're ttc!

I suppose that is one benefit! I have to say that even though I am awaiting af or pg result, I am still having a glass of wine when I fancy. I just don't think you can keep putting your life on hold like that. Mind you, am off on a hen night tomorrow, and really should be a bit careful.
I wish we could get a result as soon as we have had sex!!! I hate this hanging around lark - esp in this day and age!! xx

Hi everyone, sorry I've been a bit quiet.

Trace2 - I just wanted to say I am heartbroken for you love, and just reiterate all the lovely thoughtful comments from everyone else. I hope too that Archie is holding on and improving.

Bad news - AF arrived bang on at 1pm this afternoon (so regular it even happens at the same time). I was gutted but I was expecting it after the BFN the other day. I just want to thank everyone for their support this month, it has helped me so much having people to talk to and share it all with and I hope you don't mind if I stay on and keep track of how you all get on but I think I better go and join up for August - here's hoping

and here's to more BFP's to come on here for you all

I've just been really naughty and brought myself 2 tests which I promised I wouldn't have in the house until I was late but couldn't resist as we were at the supermarket. I'm only on CD16 so I doubt there'll be sny left by the time it's actually CD28
