Very many congratulations to you Hopecat! That's fantastic news.

Decafgirl- it does seem like an age since those planning ahead threads. I think, like you, I naively thought that it would be a lot easier than it has been. I haven't bothered with temping or opks as I am still determined that I will not get that obsessive about it (who am I kidding?), at least not until 1yr of trying has passed. I think we have similar problems with lack of time/energy too. DH and I, him in particular, work ridiculous hours and any attempt at conception seems to be pushed far down the list of priorities after eating, sleeping and sitting down for five minutes together. Goodness knows how we intend to fit a child into all of this. Anyway, I'll hopefully be 'seeing' you around. Let's hope Hopecat's luck rubs off on us.

And hello and welcome MrsMcJnr! Get stuck in and best of luck!

Natty1806 · 27/06/2006 15:06

LOL

Will have to try to hip wiggle.

Thanks for being honest.

I best get on with some work too.

Hopecat · 27/06/2006 15:02

Got to go to work now. How will I concentrate?

Hopecat · 27/06/2006 15:00

Oh, and doggy, legs in the air, pillow under the hips (afterwards) and lots of leg-wiggling which made DH laugh.

Hopecat · 27/06/2006 14:59

lol Natty.

We Bded on: CD6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 & 18 (I think). Meant to keep going until CD22, but DH was poorly.

I have about 8 units of alcohol a week, and DH has about 12.

Loads of green leafy veg for me & loads of oysters and red meat for DH.

Not sure if it was due to any of this, but you asked! Also, BDed in the morning when we could face it.

As for weight, nausea's setting in already, so don't think that's be a problem for a while. Not nice, but a sign of a good strong pregnancy - I hope!

Natty1806 · 27/06/2006 14:44

How strange does that sound Hopecat - a mummy. LOL

I know as we are all ttc it should not sound weird but it does.

All the best to you.

Give us all the gossip then, how oftern did you bd, any special position? Legs in the air afterwards?

Diet???

At least you can leave the 100 days to be a twiglet thread, however if you want to stay on it to make sure the weight does not pile on, feel free we will keep an eye on you. x

Only joking, bet you have already left for the due in March thread.

Is this our first BFP in July??

MrsMcJnr · 27/06/2006 14:33

Hello! I'll join you for luck even though I have not got a clue what is happening with me! Before I went on the pill 18 years ago, I was never regular so it'll take me some time to work out my cycle but who knows, nature might find a way and I'll soak up some of your tips! Last pill was taken on 16/6 so may be a while until AF appears! Good luck to you all!

bobblehead · 27/06/2006 13:22
