End of the month Nicki, i just keep thinking the worst at the moment, hopefully AF is on her way if i am feeling so emotional and moody.

Nicki10 · 18/07/2006 20:44

Thanks SOL I think if I still fell this bad tomorrow I will bite the bullet and go and get some decongestant tablets. I agree there's only so much you can do when it's just a what if!

I know come on girls we all need positive thinking if not for this month than for next. When is your appointment with the specialist Natty soz I keep forgetting

Sexonlegs · 18/07/2006 20:20

Oh ladies, don't give up hope yet! Nicki, I have to say when I had a dreadful cold last week I was taking decongenstant and painkillers, as I just could not function. I did feel guilty as was in the 2 week wait, but at the same time, I just don't think we can put our lives on hold. I do however appreciate everyone has their own views. I know Wrighty was trying to keep of anti-histamines (sp?) and ended up in A&E with bad asthma (I think) and they told her she needs to keep taking them as she may end up harming herself let alone a "possible" baby.
Anywway, hope you feel better soon hun.

Natty1806 · 18/07/2006 20:03

We are lost causes aren't we?

Nicki10 · 18/07/2006 20:01

I'm fine to move over as well although I might as well start up a September thread now as when i'm meant to OV next month DP is away for a week!

Beccy1974 · 18/07/2006 20:00

this heat confuses matters even more -

agree with hopping on to aug; anyway will be a miracle if i get a late july/early aug bfp despite frantic copulation

have sunk so many ice cold bottles of bud lately (150 cals per bottle u know!) that am sugared and alcholed out.

on the plus side i'm sure people suspect am pregnant as have a defiinite little tummy. shame its beer not baby :-)

Natty1806 · 18/07/2006 19:53

I am happy to move over - no chance for me. x

bobblehead · 18/07/2006 19:46

Does anyone believe they're in with a chance or shall we all just move over to August to save having two threads going?

Nicki10 · 18/07/2006 19:33

I'm still here and I'm not due on until the 27th either but i'm pretty sure i'm not pregnant, no symptoms really just a stinking cold which seems to be moving across to flu as now my whole body aches.

I went to boots to ask what I could take if i'm ttc and with a tiny possibility that i could be pregnant and they said I can't take anything! So i'm really struggling and i'm not sure why as i'm 98% sure i'm not pregnant! Sorry to rant feel like poo

pendulum · 18/07/2006 19:31

Yes, bad luck SOL- expect I willshortyl be joining you on August. Would definitely recommend zinc (and selenium) for the men- DH swears it has noticeable effects on him!

Natty1806 · 18/07/2006 19:24

Yeah seems a bit pointless hanging around here as i know i am not pregnant, just waiting for AF to arrive, however as there are a few more weeks left in July it will be nice to see a few more BFP's before i move over.

Sexonlegs · 18/07/2006 19:17

Hi all, bit of a bummer the old af, as I thought maybe this was the month. So, yes, Beccy, another trip to the woods will be on the agenda this month. Along with grapefruit juice and pre-seed - not together I hasten to add - eughh!
Did plenty of bd'ing, so not quite sure what else to do. Suggested dh may want to take some zinc as I heard that's quite good too.
Anyway, fingers crossed to Bobblehead, Pendulum and any other ladies out there who are still in with a chance of a positive July!!

pendulum · 18/07/2006 18:55

I'm still here- like bobblehead, I'm not due until next week (27th).

Have been feeling a bit dizzy & queasy but I think it's just the heat. DH sincerely hopes so because he has just bought me some fancy 'conception pants' from the figleaves sale.

bobblehead · 18/07/2006 17:28

I am left Natty! Af not due for another week although I know I'm not pg this month so could as well move to August too, but thats just ad,itting defeat!

Sorry SOL I was so sure you were! Here's to next month anyway...

Beccy1974 · 18/07/2006 16:37

bad luck SOL

but u can sit back smugly in the knowledge that you have a DH who will do things like go for it in the woods ;-)

Natty1806 · 18/07/2006 16:25

thats a shame, hope august is more postive for you.

I am going to stick around here but can't see AF arriving in the near future.

Will keep checking August thread though.

Who is left with me??

Sexonlegs · 18/07/2006 16:18

Hi Natty, I didn't need to bother with the hpt as af arrived when I got home. Hey ho. So, am definitely on the August thread now but will be checking in to see what is happening here.
Good luck ladies one and all.

Natty1806 · 18/07/2006 14:26

Yeah, just do one, you will know the answer but it sets it straight in you mind i find.

When i had cheap ones off the internet i was always doing them, but once they came up negative it meant i knew what was coming and could go out and get drink or take flu tablets etc.

Let me know when you have done one. suppose you never know?

Sexonlegs · 18/07/2006 14:23

My af is about to show up, so don't see much point - SOB! Mind you knowing me, I probably will as I bought a cheap lot of the internet and they are screaming at me to be used!!

Natty1806 · 18/07/2006 13:53

No smell or itch.

Glad it's not just me. like you say heat might be making it worse.

Have got a first repsonse one at home but not going to waste it as i know i did not ovulate.

Anyone else testing soon?

bobblehead · 18/07/2006 13:40

I get that too Natty, my discharge varies between creamy, yellowy and clear. Seem to get some sort of discharge at most points in my cycle too. Unless it smells I'm sure its fine.

Sexonlegs · 18/07/2006 13:39

Hiya Natty, as long as it doesn't smell or itch, then there is probably nothing wrong. Might be the heat even.
I guess if it gets worse, ie smells funny or itches, then worth a trip to the pharmacy/GP.
Are you testing soon??

Natty1806 · 18/07/2006 13:13

TMI

Got a quick question, i am on CD 34 and seem to have had a bit of discharge the past few days, sort of yellowy, last cyle was 35 days but has been know to be upto 70. Is there something wrong with me to have this discharge?

pinkranger · 18/07/2006 10:48

Conratulations SOH!!!!!

Morning all. MrsMcJnr, sorry to hear you are feeling a bit low. As Natty says, it's early days yet, so keep your chin up, and fingers crossed for August.x
