trace2 · 11/07/2006 19:09

again thank you all!

Sexonlegs, no idea, just stated being sick then runs then blood so worried, and go ahead rant

Sexonlegs · 11/07/2006 19:06

Hi all, any more bfp news? Wannabe, what's happening with you now? MIAM, things ok with you?
Trace, what was wrong with your dog?

Things ok here. Still having some spotting which I am sure is af on its way as too early for implantation. I am on CD23 today and only ov'd CD19.

Its getting to the point where I am just fed up of spotting between now and af, which is exactly what has been happening for the last couple of months. I feel I cannot go without any sanitary protection - sorry TMI.

God, I seem to be in mega rant mode at the moment - apologies - I shall lighten up!!

Love to all.

wannaBe1974 · 11/07/2006 16:16

I hoep you're right, but it gets harder to believe it'll ever happen.

how's the dog now? I saw they took him in - did they say what might be wrong?

trace2 · 11/07/2006 16:12

wannaBe1974 , you have said every thing what went on in my mind, and i was sure i would never happen,( dh thinks it still aint happened) and this month we didnt try, we just enjoyed each other,

wannaBe1974 · 11/07/2006 16:05

with us it was my dh who didn't really want to give up. After I had the issue with the period I skipped when the gp told me I was pregnant and I turned out not to be, I was completely ready to give up. I'd already told myself I wasn't pregnant as had had so many bfn's, and thought dh thought so too but when my af arrived he was quite upset because he'd really thought I was pregnant. after that I really thought it was time to just let it go and move on, was thinking of re-starting contraception, perhaps even going for sterilisation but dh just doesn't want to think that we can't have another one. he says that he always thinks that there's always that slight chance, which is partly why I feel guilty about getting him to have a sperm test - what if he has a low count - he will feel very guilty then. For past two months I haven't been bd at specific times or anything, haven't been simptom spotting but it's still hard not to think "am I" as af approaches. in my heart of hearts I really don't think I will ever have another one, I really don't, but I think it's hard to close the door and say that I accept there won't be another one and I'm going to cement that certainty by going back on the pill/being sterilised.

Piffle you are a very strong lady i would say!,

Piffle · 11/07/2006 15:59

i temp in fahrenhei trace my coverline is always the same 97.7

Piffle · 11/07/2006 15:56

dd has noonan syndrome, she is pretty mildly affected tbh she is petite has had some gross motor delays but is now quite advanced in some areas.
If we had another a slightly affected as dd we would not mind at all, but it can affect boys badly - small stature, infertility...
This is the 1st time I have that physical ache brun to have a baby FWIW
ds was unplanned, dd we decided we would try in Jan 02 and bang in feb 02 got the + test first month, but that was head decision, we were 31, had bought a house together with lots of space and had savings...
Bizarre, dp could leave it at the two we have my ds 12 and dd 3 - but he knows how much it means to me, he just hopes I stop at one more

trace2 · 11/07/2006 15:54

my cover line was 36.3 or 36.4 most months

Piffle · 11/07/2006 15:52

was just curious trace
my luteal phase temp pattern varies so much I do not know what is normal LOL
Last month had massive dip which ahd never had before...
next month as starting clomid so who knows.... maybe I'll get there eventually

wannaBe1974 · 11/07/2006 15:51

piffle but if you weren't considering it you wouldn't be human. My dh always describes it so well, he says "blokes want to have another baby, but women need to have one". I think he's right (shhhh he mustn't know I've said he's right twice on same thread), but I think it's a physical need to have a baby as much as an emotional desire.

what is the syndrome your dd has? and how will it affect her as she grows up?

trace2 · 11/07/2006 15:50

they say a third rise is a sign of pg, they was right with me

trace2 · 11/07/2006 15:49

Piffle , i used to but stopped as i was stopping ttc, but i have a chart at home do you want me to put up, from day 13?

trace2 · 11/07/2006 15:47

Piffle , i was got my normal rise on day 13, then 3 days ago it went up, i thought i had a temp(coming down with something, i was only 9dpos when it went from 36.6 to 36.9, them two days at 37.0.

wannaBe1974 i really want you too with me, like i said i feel happy for me but sad for you two as i know how long you have both been trying! and i know how it hurts too

Piffle · 11/07/2006 15:45

trace do you keep a chart of FF?
Wanna share?

Piffle · 11/07/2006 15:44

highly unlikely re dds syndrome happening again I meant...

Piffle · 11/07/2006 15:44

thanks wannabe
For me the + test is just the bloody start of the worry
first of all had 3 chemical pregs, 2 miscarriages at 6 weeks and one at 9 weeks, plus also had an ectopic which nearly saw me off.
So that all ok, just the minor issue of dd's rare genetic syndrome not happening again (highly likely geneticists say)
Hmmmmm plus the hyperemesis I had with dd
Jolly jolly
I must be insane even considering it

wannaBe1974 · 11/07/2006 15:38

yay hope you get your bfp too piffle. think it would be extra cool if some of the longest ttc'ers were on the same antinatal thread

Piffle · 11/07/2006 15:37

umm am 7dpo 5 days of 97.9 (coverline 97.7) then 2 days ago had rise to 98.2 and again same today
am hoping its triphasic
have got shedloads of ebay tests too
nothing to report LOL
