pulls up a chair Hello ladies, I'm here for the 2ww too. 2dpo by my reckoning, CD11 - been dtd nightly since Sunday, so now we're just waiting and hoping this one's caught.

Oops forgot to add this is my first time TTC. Been married for 4yrs and finally decided it's time.

Newbie here...DefinitelySometime & WriterWannaBe...CONGRATS!!! Clicking through each page of this thread was very suspenseful, and I cheered when I saw your news. I wish the same success to others :-)

My summary;

Dec-12; Stopped taking the pill & started stalking Mumsnet talk.

Jan-13; Started folic acid + daily vitamin, but intentionally avoiding pregnancy (wanted to give my body a shot to revert to "normal" after so many years on the pill)

May-13; Started charting seriously (had been keeping track on an app), but added basal temperature and CM readings at this point, to make sure I really know what's going on with my body.

Jul-13; Actively TTC. I ovulate tomorrow and have DTD Sun, Mon, Tue and will do so again later tonight for good measure!

So yep...guess I am on the 2ww train also. Good luck to all!

Hi Tea - we DTD on CD 10, 14, 15 and 19....O'd on CD 16/17.

If this cycle doesn't work for us, I'm kidnapping DH for a holiday next time I O ;) His early morning meetings and late night conf calls don't fit with the baby making schedule that I'm planning lol

I'm 4/5 DPO....first cycle. Started off feeling +ve and excited, but worrying now. Feels like a lottery of sorts!

I'm feeling pretty premenstrual right now- AF due in about a week, so this month could go either way... Just gave up smoking a couple of weeks ago and the cravings completely left me about a week ago though... Is that a good sign?

I have 32 day cycles... Can anyone tell me if they think I could be pregnant?

Hi everyone! Mind if I join in too?? came off the cerazette pill a couple of months ago, was still being careful tho, but 2 weeks ago had a week's worth of unprotected sex. I think im due on in the next few days (am really irregular since the cerazette), but for the last week my boobs have been really sore, and today my back has started aching. I know it's WAY too soon but i've already done 5 tests and all a big fat NO-NO :( i've spent the last few days googling the life out of how long i should wait to take a successful test but seriously cant wait!!!!! so glad to see im not the only impatient one tho!!! Congrats to everyone who got positive results....really hope i get one soon too!! xx

grr im annoyed stupid oh ex rang up ill and so had to rush around this morning to get oh and step son to airport, i was so panicked forget to do bbt grr all her fault :) moan over.

Im on 5dpo not much to report yet other than coming off the pill made my boobs grow they are sore during ov but since yesterday they feel large and very hard not had that before oh noticed and asked if its a sign of pg I said maybe but its wayyyyyy too early I think my body is finding out what its wants to be off of the pill so i wait and wait and wait

Hi clutching. I'm just the same - got my BFP yesterday but convinced it must be a chemical. Don't feel at all pregnant. I'm sure I'll miss this feeling though when the sickness kicks in

I've been worrying about chemical pregnancy for most of the day - I have actually taken 5 pregnancy tests in order to try and reassure myself.

Everyone told me to just relax, so that's what I'm trying to do.

Just stay positive and enjoy each day of being pregnant - as a wise owl said to me earlier

Hi ladies, been lurking in this thread as I'm in the same position as you all.

AF is/was due tomorrow or Tuesday. I couldn't wait and took a clear blue test Wednesday morning which was 1-2 positive. I'm over the bloody moon!

BUT I can't stop worrying about chemical pregnancy which I've read about. Is it common? I'm freaking myself out and just can't relax thinking AF is going to appear tomorrow.

I started testing a week before my period was due. This is because some tests can detect the pregnancy hormone as early as 6 days post ovulation, which is typically a week before your period is expected.

I didn't get my BFP's until the day before my period was due though x

Excuse my complete ignorance - when can you reliably test? On a 28 - 30 day cycle? New to all this......

Hiya think I'm 7/8 dpo, cycles can be 27/28 days. Did a pg test at lunchtime and neg but way too early, just a bit stupid!!

Think as DH was panicking about the impact etc wanted to know but it's 7 days before so no test would pick it up?

Hi Citygal29. Welcome aboard. I have an angel and a d.d. I have been trying to conceive since April. Also I have pains on my left side as well, but didn't think much of it (I tend to just ignore pains, stupid I know) so fingers crossed who knows fingers crossed it could mean I may be announcing good news soon. I've worked out my due date if I am pregnant I can expect my little bundle of joy on 10/4/14. Can I make a right fool of myself though and ask what is dpo. x
