The first bus is almost full up so lets all transfer on to this new shiny bus!!

The sun is out, the sky is blue, the birds are singing their songs... Now lets get some BFPs!

Ooo possibilities galore. I just want to complain about my vvv sore boobs on 2dpo they hurt so much feel so heavy and tender. I took off bra yesterday (i need a bigger one not got round to buying a new one) and they really hurt. I find it so odd that coming off th epill has had such a dramatic impact on the paini feel during and just after OV. when AF comes they stopp hurting but what about pregnancy will they continue to hurt throughout eek. sorry rant over cant really discuss with anyon at home.

so I did a cheapie at around 8 and didn't see anything. at 9.30 I was going to throw it out when I saw the faintest line. I did an frer now and got a really faint line on that as well. it's so faint that it doesn't look real.
I won't believe it till I do another one either tonight or tmw morning.

Wow to all the bfps, that's great still no af for me yet (due tomorrow) but no hopes either! Good luck to everyone still waiting to test.

Hey on regards to bbt I found even staying in Portugal my temperature was the same as uk abd it was v v hot. So that us good news for you gilly. I also get dramatic drops in bbt before af. I have since discovered I am on 2 dpo so technically if I test 31st I would be on 12dpo so may possibly wrangle a bfp on July bus

Hi leee... Lots of things can affect bbt to be honest so I really should've been charting for my whole cycle if I wanted to know for sure. But was still very high this morning.
We are pretty lucky as our bedroom is always cool even recently when it's been hot... The rest of the house is hot but our room is cool! Lucky me!

morning all!
gilly, isn't bbt supposed to be pretty reliable? so sounds great that it hasn't dropped. are bbts ever affected by outside temperature? is it likely that it's higher because of the weather?
am now on cd30 which makes this is the longest cycle I have had since I started ttc. my cycle has always varied by a day or two but it's frustrating waiting for af when you know you are not pregnant.

So I reckon I'm 13dpo... Maybe 12dpo. I haven't been charting my bbt this month but I know what my temps are like from previous months... I checked my bbt when I woke up today and its still very high and way above where my coverline would be IF I had been charting.

Last month when I WAS charting my temp dropped massively 12dpo which is how I knew AF was on the way. So this month.. 12-13dpo and my temp is still very high... Interesting.

Another thing that's very high is.. My cervix! Tmi for some people but it was so high this morning I couldn't even reach it

Also (again Tmi) getting a lot of snot like CM... Like jelly blobs of it...

All these things sound promising but still BFN!!!!!!!!

Lee it definitely has to be a strong positive on the OPKs. I have a faint line on OPKs for most of the month!

I've ordered some cheap ovulation sticks yest so hoping for next month if/ when af arrives. I may just have to make dh late for work I I get a + result and I know I'm home late he's up early lol.... That's if I manage to wake him up when I get home! If its after midnight I have no chance and dunno if I can wake up before he would leave for work at 6

hold on.. i just saw your message.. it's a little bit more than 30 mins now and i just checked the opks sticks i did.. i did 2 opk sticks and a ic pregnancy test.. the opks sticks have a very very faint line... so faint it's like a smudge not even a solid line. but the pregnancy test is very solidly negative. aargh. what does this mean? i'm confused now!!!!!

The instructions for the OPK sticks I used said to wait at least 15 minutes before reading results and it is only after 30 minutes that they are classed as inaccurate.

The test line has to be stronger than the control line - which is the result I got twice. I thought I was ovulating again until it was explained to me

I was told that OPK's can't differentiate between the ovulation hormone and the pregnancy hormone. Therefore, if you get a strong line at the time your period is due it is a possible indicator that pregnancy hormone is present in your urine.

Got loads of OPKs but they show up lots of different hormones anyway and I pretty much always get a least a faint line on an OPK!
Got a FRER test and 2x clearblue. Neither of which I'm gonna use unless I'm late because they're expensive! Haha

Oooh well that gives me hope and also makes me think in future I won't bother testing at all until AF is due cos its just a waste of money.. Even if the tests are cheapies!
Fingers crossed I will get a bfp but who knows...

Definitely 12dpo and my AF is/was due tomorrow.

I got a faint line a few days ago on one of my home tests but it turned out to be a malfunction. A test I took last night and the first test I took this morning were negative - but I have had 6 faint positive lines since.

I took a Clear Blue on Thursday morning and it was a BFN but the Clear Blue one I took today was very quickly a BFP.

Just shows how quick things can change in 48 hours
