The first bus is almost full up so lets all transfer on to this new shiny bus!!

I just knew that after POAS yesterday morning, AF would arrive! And she arrived with a bang last night, worst cramps I've had in months Confused

So, I'm away to hop on the August bus!

vikki It could have been bladder pains it sits down with the uterus. I get them every so often (usually day or 2 after DTD). Dr said it was just my bladder taking a beating.

I think af is coming.. Cramping and brown spotting. If it is then this cycle is 24 days.. God damn you PCOS! Angry

Very! But I know people who have had much crazier cycles or even no periods at all so... Still counting myself lucky in a way!

Actually I've checked and my cycles have been 31, 29, 30, 47, 33.

Now on cd40 and AF due any day...

So my average cycle length is about 35 days with couple cycles in the 40 day region Blush

Well I will keep my fingers crossed for you - I plan on hanging around so I can see the outcomes of others Smile It has been such a lucky bus so far and I'm sure there are more BFPs on the horizon....

My periods aren't very regular since coming off the pill at the end of December. They aren't that bad (could be worse....)

31 day cycle, 29 day cycle, then 30, 34, 48 and 33.

Now on cd40 of my current cycle Blush

However for the last few months I've been using OPKs and AF has arrived 13 days after my first positive each time which suggests to me that I HAVE been ovulating.. Just at different times each month... Which my doctor said can happen and is quite common after being on the pill for 10 years with very few breaks.

Anyway.. The only think I'm a bit worried about is maybe I didn't ovulate at all? Maybe I got the smiley this month, my body geared up to do it and then it didn't happen.. Which is why AF still hasn't arrived? Maybe I actually ovulated a week later... WHO KNOWS!??!!

I dunno really. Will have to just wait it out and see what happens! Hmm

I guessed that I was ovulating around July 8th and we only DTD on the 3rd, 6th and 8th. I don't know why we didn't do it more frequently, it just didn't seem to happen. As I was getting to AF being due I was kicking myself that we hadn't DTD more often and I felt angry at myself - but obviously, it was enough to get the job done!

Are you periods usually quite regular?? At what point would you start getting suspicious about its non-arrival?? x

First smiley OPK was on Sunday 7th and I tested again in the morning on Monday 8th and also got a smiley face positive then too.... AND I got one in the afternoon on Monday 8th.

All my apps say I ovulated on Monday 8th but maybe I didn't ovulate til Tuesday 9th or even Wednesday 10th?
If that's the case I might only be 12-13dpo rather than 14dpo today.

Hmm.. Still getting BFNs though so I reckon I just ovulated a few days later than I thought and AF will arrive tomorrow/Wednesday or something like that.

We only dtd on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th around that time so not much of an effort this month!

Is getting stabbing pain low down where womb im guessing is. But im only on 3 dpo too early surely fir implantation pain

Yup AF is due today. No sign yet but no bfp either Hmm

Just lots of CM Blush

mixture of creamy+white and then blobs of CM that's like cloudy in colour+almost like EWCM but mixed with white.

Bfn again but been having mood swings past couple days so think af might be on way Confused since I had a month of phantom pregnancy symptoms 2 months ago I've had 3 dreams were I've had BFP and woken up trying to find the test which I put under my pillow....Shock Not sure why I'd do that lol. Just really -pissed off- annoyed at mo. working so much is making it a lot harder to DTD -which is my boss's plan as he knows after the phantom-

gilly, I think the opks were good to tell us when we should definitely dtd (and not take a rest day) but now I wish we had just blindly dtd regularly from the start.
I also tried preseed for the first time and it was a great help in dtd so many days in a row. in earlier months after dtd 3-4 days, I would be sore and just wishing it would be over soon (which is definitely the wrong mood to dtd in).
I must give credit to dh. his friend told him how he and his wife dtd every day for a month and got bfp straight off. dh then told me and suggested we try it. bless him. Grin

Lee your post has made me feel really hopeful (not necessarily for this month but definitely for the future!)

I have started to worry that something is wrong as we have kind of been trying since January......
although only PROPERLY trying with OPKs etc for the last 3 months (all attempts before that were pointless cos we were dtd at the totally wrong time of the month and no where near ovulation...!!! I NEED to use OPKs cos my cycles are still irregular after stopping the pill)

Im gonna just carry on with OPKs and also up our game and dtd much more from now on!! Grin

Unless I get a bfp this month but I don't think it's my month to be honest!

Feeling positive for the future though Smile

thank you! I'm in office and occasionally I think about and start smiling..Grin but I need to focus on work because I have a job interview today for a new role in my company. feeling sort of guilty that I'm applying under false pretences.. Wink
sciencegeek, I was convinced something was wrong and planning to go to the doc to demand help after this cycle.
we spent 7 cycles using opks and timing dtd on smiley days but this cycle we were like f* the smiley we are going all out.
we dtd everyday from day 10 to day 19 (except for cd13) which may have done the trick because I got my smiley 2 days later than usual. af was also 2 days late before I got bfp and it was solidly bfn before that. so I guess it really shows that it's not over until the fat aunty sings. the internet cheapies are still showing very faint lines but I am trusting the clearblue digi instead which says am 1-2 weeks. Grin still can't believe it.
