Spring TODAY! Na, it's probably still a bit early. Maybe Friday? Ideally you should wait till Monday but I know how hard that is.

FoxMulder · 10/07/2013 09:01

Hey spring My AF is due Monday too. I would test today if I had any tests! I'm waiting for them to arrive from Amazon. But then, I'm of the mindset that it lets me down gently getting negative tests.

Springtime26 · 10/07/2013 08:44

I'm so sorry Marie.but I agree with fox and believe you are meant to be more fertile.
my af is due Monday when do you think the earliest I can test.

FoxMulder · 10/07/2013 08:17

So sorry to hear this marie. It sounds like what happened to me last month. Late AF, then BFP, then a few days later spotting, then a few more days I got like a normal period. It's terribly disappointing. They did a 6 weeks scan but there was nothing there (and this was even before I started bleeding).

If it helps, I OV'd again 2 weeks later.

I hope you are OK.

DisneyDiva87 · 10/07/2013 07:55

I'm so sorry marie but at least you know that you can actually get pregnant, hopefully a sticky one will come along soon. Some women seem to be more fertile after mc too so you never know, maybe August will be your month! Thanks

Springbells · 10/07/2013 07:45

So sorry marie , hugs and Flowers

LeeHandy · 10/07/2013 06:42

I'm so sorry Marie. Thanks hope you get back on cycle soon.

congrats to all the bfps and sorry to all those caught by the evil one.

I still remember being wildly excited my first cycle to poas. the high quickly wore off and now many cycles later, I am entering tww with a combination of anticipation and dread. Hmm in my opinion, those who get a bfp in their first or second cycle (including my sil) are so blessed they don't even know it.Smile

ChubbyKitty · 10/07/2013 01:39

According to my app(Hmm) AF is one day late. However this is all based on cycles being regular after coming off the pill so I'm leaving it til the weekend to be sure.

ChubbyKitty · 10/07/2013 01:36

Oh Marie I'm sorry:/Thanks

SkylerRose · 10/07/2013 01:09

Af due next wed if it stays regular. No normal symptoms of af yet like I'd expect but works been so busy maybe I just haven't noticed them... Confused

SkylerRose · 10/07/2013 01:08

So sorry Marie! Hugs x

Pixie001 · 09/07/2013 22:27

writer you are a bad influence. This stage a day or 2 before af is way too stressful! Upduffed or not upduffed?! You'd think I'd have learnt after 10 cycles not to get hopes up esp with crappy cramping but can't seem to help it! May poas in the morning..?

ImaginaryHat · 09/07/2013 22:23

Oh gosh didnt read right to the end of the thread before i posted and just saw your post Marie, so sorry to hear that Flowers

ImaginaryHat · 09/07/2013 22:20

Hi all, long time no speak! Not been posting recently as decided not to ttc this month but have been quietly lurking in the background keeping up to date with all the goings on. Congrats to all the bfps and commiserations to those AF has got. Going to depart this lovely bus now (although will prob keep lurking as I love seeing ppl get their bfps!) and join the sparkly new August bus. Loads of luck to those of you still in the 2ww.

gillywillywoo · 09/07/2013 21:51

marie456 · 09/07/2013 20:16

Hi Ladies,
Sadly after last Tuesdays bfp I have had a lot of bleeding today (spotting yesterday) with some clots and have been told by the GP to be prepared that I've miscarried. I have been referred for a scan next week when I will be 6 weeks just to check there is nothing there. I'm so devastated Sad . 8 months ttc. 2 weeks ago I thought I would never get pregnant, last week I was over the moon and this week heart broken. A rollercoaster of feelings. I did another pregnancy test this afternoon and the line was so faint it was hardly there. I'm suprised how quickly the hcg has gone down.
I imagine I will be on the August bus if cycles kick in again fairly quickly so see some of you there, though not too many of you I hope (in a nice way of course!)

BartBaby · 09/07/2013 20:15

writer i agree with gilly that the novelty does definately wear off. The feeling you get when you so want it to be positive, and then no line appears, becomes almost soul destroying! Yet i still have this excited feeling before i do one. I normally start doing the internet cheapy ones quite early on, from about 10dpo it was 8dpo this month even though i knew it was pointless! I find it easier to be disappointed early on rather than get my hopes up as the days go on just to be disappointed anyway lol.
