Hmm needing to pee all the time is that a common symptom at 9dpo

nataaaaliee92 · 28/07/2013 16:59

Yeah i had a peek just before 3 mins and it was there..i think ill try a digital in a few days and see what happens! thankks :) sarahb8990

Sarahb8990 · 28/07/2013 16:57

There is def a line there. Did it come up within 3 mins? If its after it may be an evap line. Best to test again in a couple days time if af still hasnt shown her face

nataaaaliee92 · 28/07/2013 16:38

I did a test today and ive convinced myself a seen a line..although the more i look at this picture the more i dont see a line. its funny what pure hope will do to you :(

PainAuxRaisins · 28/07/2013 09:40

mighty I love coffee but in first pregnancy coudn't stand the smell or taste. Pretty sure I went off it in 2nd pregnancy too. This time round I have no reaction at all and I'm still drinking my 1 cup every morning (of course that might all change next week or the week after when the nausea kicks in - ony got the BFP last week so it's very early days!)

Writerwannabe83 · 28/07/2013 09:30

I have never, ever liked coffee anyway Grin

The smell of it is revolting!!! I have never ever tasted coffee and have no intention of ever doing so Grin

I can just picture me now having coffee cravings during pregnancy

MightyQuin1201 · 28/07/2013 09:23

Writer- do you still like coffee? My sister reckons that if I'm still into coffee (I only allow myself one a day though) then I can't be pregnant...

MightyQuin1201 · 28/07/2013 09:21

Hi BartBaby, I will definitely look into the cheapie tests! I've been using persona for a number of years and it tells me when I am ovulating, so as far as I know, all is working... I do have a tilted cervix though, which can apparently make conception more difficult... And I'm 38, so that's another challenge.

I will be positive- it's the first month trying, so I will try not to obsess/panic Hmm

Writerwannabe83 · 28/07/2013 09:21

mighty - although Clear Blue claim to be able to predict pregnancy up to 4 days prior to AF this isn't always the case.

I had been testing for a week prior to my period being due but they all came back as BFN's until the Clear Blue finally turned positive the day before my period was expected. Don't lose hope yet. x x

Laptopgirl · 28/07/2013 08:59

Congrats to all the BFP's xxxx

Im out again :( tried so hard as well. Although only been trying hard a couple of months - haven't been careful etc since last July. Getting fed up now. Oh well dust myself down and try try try again. See some of you on the next bus x

BartBaby · 28/07/2013 08:44

Hello mighty there are lots of people that dont get +ves until after af due so there is still time. I would suggest having a oook on amazon for the cheapy tests. You can get the sensitive ones that are 10mlu for around £3.50 for 20. Or £8 for 50. They are just as sensitive but just dont have the allthe plastic round them. Or even superdrug own are cheaper than clearblue (ive just got my possible faint bfp on the superdrug ones) and are very sensitive. Also have you been using opk's or temping to check for ov? I did them for a couple of months just to check everything was working ok. Ironically this was my first month not using them, but i do still think they helped me.

MightyQuin1201 · 28/07/2013 08:29

Congrats to the bfps
So I did (bloody expensive!) clear blue tests last night and this morning and both were bfns Sad. AF is due in 3 days, and I'm feeling pretty premenstrual and I still like coffee, so I'm thinking I'm going to be getting on the August bus any minute...

This is my first month ttc (first time ever), so would welcome any and all tips please Grin!!

Thanks!

SkylerRose · 28/07/2013 00:00

still nothing so I'm gonna hop onto the august bus Sad congrats to all the bfp this month! Smile

blueamber · 27/07/2013 21:09

Hi sarah and writer, I am definitely not pregnant - I took a few tests, latest being a week and a half after AF was du. Since last week have been having all signs of ov coming on again - including cervical position. So ov just didn't happen last month.

Writerwannabe83 · 27/07/2013 20:00

I second what Sarah said - I got a strong OPK when my period was due and I thought I was going mad until somebody told me it can indicate pregnancy!! I went out and bought a pregnancy test and BFP Grin

Sarahb8990 · 27/07/2013 19:27

Blueamber have you done a pg test? I know a few people that had positive opk at the same time as a pos pg test. Don't want to get your hopes up just letting you know :-)

Congratulations to all the BFPs!

I'm off the bus. I never got my AF this month, but got another positive OPK yesterday. I am hoping it will lead to ov this time. I am temping now, so if I detect a rise I'll be joining the August bus.

Good luck to those who are still on the bus for these last few days!

ThoraNomiki · 27/07/2013 12:41

Congratulations Bartbaby (definite line there) and Inspire

Still waiting for AF. I've had very mild crampish feelings. Been wearing liners, just in case. Not a whisper yet.

Argh I don't want to wait ages again. I'm going to try Soy Isoflavones next month to try and shorten my cycle.

Vikkijayne2507 · 27/07/2013 12:12

I see a line congrats Bart. Its very exciting to see bfps on here. Makes me smile and keep excited waiting for my own bfp. My temp went a little down still not near cover line so not too bad. I have a cold and so feeling out of sorts fuzzy head and tired a lot. But everything accountable to the cold so all symptom spotting is pointless which is rubbish

BartBaby · 27/07/2013 11:29

writer its a superdrug one. Heard on here a few times they are pretty good. They're slightly more sensitive than the asda ones. And the cap is pink and i think asda's are purple? It was asda ones i used with ds Grin

I feel really sick today. Not sure if its a symptom though or just nerves/excitment?! Or the blue wkds i had in the beer garden yesterday Hmm
