The first bus is almost full up so lets all transfer on to this new shiny bus!!

EEEKKKKKKKKK I just got a BFP. Well I actually got 4!!!

I had honestly counted myself out this month, felt like I had a few symptoms after towards the middle of the month and then nothing these past few days. I kept forgetting to temp, but thought i'd probably o'd on CD11 based on O pains and EWCM. Usually have a 26 day cycle, so took a test on CD18, 20, 22, 23, and 24 which were all negative. As I thought i'd O'd pretty early on, I thought I def wasn't pregnant, so haven't POAS since Sunday. Period due today, and had on and off period pains since Sunday so thought I had literally no chance, but for some reason I thought I'd try again this afternoon (not even using FMU) forgot I'd done it and then saw a faint line on it. I've heard the evaporation line stories, so I immediately did 2 more cheapie tests and the faint line was there on them both. Hop skip and a jump down to superdrug for a digital one and it says i'm 1-2 weeks. I actually can't believe it.

Linda it is indeed, sigh. Am supposed to be chilled about it: if it happens it happens and if it doesn't no matter but I know how much dp would love to be a biological dad as well as a step dad.

I did a naughty thing and bought a load of cheap tests from the pound shop. Sooooo... I'll probably start testing tomorrow which is 10dpo Grin

Thing is, I think I prefer it that way because every day I don't see a line will be letting me down slowly....

Unless of course there's a line and then I will be the happiest I've ever been!

The longer I go without testing.. The more I will think I am gonna get a bfp.. Don't know if that makes sense but it works for me!

It's horrible Purple, after we had ds 1 I was like ok we can get pregnant so let's do it right away again before im 2 old and it still took a year to get pregnant again, very upsetting Hmm

Linda. I know, it's just bloody annoying! We've been dtd at least very other day during that two week period for the last 11 months. Am just feeling v dejected about it ever happening now!

Yeah, a bit, but I will be happier if I can get past the 6 week mark (and then it will probably be the 12 week mark and so on Smile). No, but it will be nice when we can let ourselves get excited.

Army so to hear its defo pcos but hopefully it won't cause you major problems Smile

Purple it's maybe just poor timing or that the sperm hasn't caught the egg that you've not conceived yet, doesn't mean there's something wrong with dp's swimmers or with you though, I didn't get pregnant until 37 yrs old just down to unexplained fertility problems, nothing wrong with either of us just never happened until then Smile

Came off the pill in December. Had a 31 day cycle, then 29, then 30, then 48, then 34.

Expecting my current cycle to be around 39 days based on when I ovulated.

Also had spots on the side of my neck and back since coming off the pill. Never had spots on neck or back ever before! Hmm

gilly my main symptom was irregular periods since coming off pill in January and this past month or more I've had pain on the right side that's why the doc sent me for ultrasound. And I have crazy spots.. Never had spots as a teen but have them bad now!

What kind of symptoms did you have?? I'm a little concerned I might have it but not sure what I should be looking for... Was on the pill for 10 years which I know can hide the issue.

Disney/gilly I could never temp as I have to pee at least once a night so could never get a proper reading. Have only done one month of opks so far and don't mind them so much. Wish I could see if dps swimmers are working tho as I know my body is, do clearly the reason we haven't got pg yet is down to him Wink

I kinda want to keep temping just till I see an ov pattern but it is just a hassle really. I'll keep it up this cycle and then give up completely if I get no readable pattern again. I'm fed up of FF telling me they aren't able to predict ov or coverline.

Confirmed I have pcos. Having a blood test on Friday as that's cd21 and the day they test for ovulation problems. If it comes back that I am not ovulating then I'll be referred to fertility clinic.. Also have to have a blood test on cd1-5 of next cycle for other hormones etc.. She also said to keep trying tho as it would be better to conceive naturally too. On the bright side I have finally been prescribed acne cream :)

Disney I'm so glad I up on temping. It was stressing me out and I was dreaming about it and thinking about it all night! I can do without that! Grin
