Hope you're wonderfully well Smile Smile Smile

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 22/07/2013 11:04

OMG Imps Grin of course we remember you, you are often talked about usually in reference to Imps fingers Wink bloody brilliant to see you, what's news? I think I was probably princessboo when you left. I had (until now) your last gymnastics for my BFP :) That BFP is now a beautiful 12 week old DD Grin

Amazing performance for Maybe by the way. So what's new with you?

musicalmrs · 22/07/2013 11:03

They're the announcements that still upset me Nurse, even though I have a lovely brooking baby now.

Maybe how're you? Have you called the clinic yet? so exciting!

Keep safe travels!

Solars how are you and the lovely sunbeam?

Penguin no AF sounds promising! Losing weight to help with TTC/ pregnancy sounds like a plan. I think I'm going to have to go the other way - wondering if one of the reasons my AF hasn't returned is because I've lost weight. That's not a stealth boast - has not been deliberate at all (probably due to BFing and running after a toddler) but I'm now even more underweight than before. As soon as it gets a bit cooler and Iz stops teething I'll be reducing feeds again to see if that helps Sad

Imps8 · 22/07/2013 10:57

What news!!!!!!!! Utterly and completely thrilled for you and Mr Maybe!!

First time I've checked in since I left rather abruptly - what delightful news to have found! So what's new with everyone else????

NoMaybeAboutIt · 22/07/2013 08:52

Grin Nurse. I know what you mean. The 'we weren't even trying' announcements are hard to hear. But you will get your BFP. I'm brooking no argument!!

I was very excited to hear the news. I reckon a girl.

nearlyanurse · 22/07/2013 08:24

In other news, the royal baba is en route - place your bets...

nearlyanurse · 22/07/2013 08:21

It's only annoying when folk get preggers after trying for 6 mins, obvs not at all hard hearing good news like yours maybe, not when I know you've worked hard for it. Ah well, am looking forward to our concurrent pregnancies, and one day our offspring will meet and baby maybe will fall in love with the handsome and charming baby nurse and they'll live happily ever after...

NoMaybeAboutIt · 22/07/2013 06:01

Sounds like a nice weekend nurse! Good plan on getting some action next weekend Wink. It's always hard hearing another announcement. But you will get there, I just know it Smile

Glad you're home safe and sound Penguin. Nothing like your own bed! I can't wait to get to the gym. I normally run a lot but I haven't been allowed to do anything part from walk these last few weeks. When I get the go ahead from the clinic we are joining the gym. It has a massive pool too. I hate not being able to exercise!

I will ca the clinic this morning to arrange my scan. It will round 7 weeks ish, so not too long to wait!

nearlyanurse · 22/07/2013 01:14

Hey ladies. maybe was just down hanging out with mr nurse not making a baby, moving some stuff down to the house, and making a fuss as it was his birthday this week. Back up in bonny jockland now after the epic drive this evening 5 hours of my life I'm never getting back

Found out our friends are 11weeks preggers, so that's another soon-to-be sprog to add to the list. Everyone is pregnant (apart from me) or so it seems anyways.

Will start doing these opk things the morra (cd10), and try to convince mr nurse to pay me a visit up here next weekend for bom chica bow wow, see what happens. With you lot brooking for me, the stars might align, and it might work this month.

ThedementedPenguin · 21/07/2013 22:24

Oh I'm officially home. Thank goodness. I'm so happy but finding it very strange.

Awk I wanna come to the meet up :( although its just too far to travel. So ill be there in spirit.

kitty it's not long until your appointment. Hopefully things happen soon for you.

Will you get extra scans maybe any idea when your first one will be?

So no AF yet, no pains and no symptoms. I'm not too concerned although I'm thinking I should maybe buy some cheap tests soon.

I have realised over this past week I eat a lot of crap. So tomorrow I am going to join the gym, am going to talk to the woman from the local slimming world club.

I'm heavier now than my whole pregnancy. So I've been feeling a bit down today :( but I am going to get for and slim before I get pregnant again, also it's bound to help me get pregnant as well. Just need to get Dp in on it.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 21/07/2013 21:35

Thanks Solars!!

That's good Kitty.

Keep lovely, have a very safe flight tomorrow. Cannot wait to hear of your safe arrival on nautically British soil Grin x

BlindKitty · 21/07/2013 21:27

Solars · 21/07/2013 18:38

I hope I can make this meet up!

Kitty excellent news you've got your appointment very soon, brooking you can start very soon too!

Cups lovely how are you doing? Glad that your downregging symptoms are easing! When is your first scan again? Yes both our immediate families know and a couple of my friends and DH's friends, only because they all knew were going through ivf anyway. It is difficult not to tell people you are close to that you are going through ivf.

Maybe hope you're doing ok and that you get a scan date in the diary when you call the clinic tomorrow!

Big waves to all!!

BlindKitty · 21/07/2013 18:26

maybe mr b stopped caffeine earlier this year due to sleeping problems. If anyone accidentally gives him caffeinated tea they get what for!!!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 21/07/2013 11:11

I am so excited about a meet up!!

Keep I will keep two probably. Both my digis have died so I've pulled thm apart to see how they work

Yes, they knew about the IVF. Was nice to have the support if we needed it Smile. I bet you're so excited about coming home Grin

BlindKitty · 21/07/2013 10:48

keep oooh yes to a late aug /sept meet up because by then I'm bound to be updiffed we're doing well going alcohol free ok so it's been a week even though we've been out twice so we may as well stick to it. We're on diets anyway

OP posts:
keepitgoing · 21/07/2013 10:30

Another one loving non alcoholic beer, though it's expensive here.

maybe I kept just one pee stick while packing, else I thought it a bit OTT... But I will keep it. Did your parents all know about the issues and/or ivf?

cups hopefully you'll be feeling pretty good till closer to EC.

See you from the uk soon, girls. Yes, to a brum meet up in late Aug/sept.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 21/07/2013 09:12

Yes Kitty, 3 months for turnover of sperm. What's he like for caffeine too?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 21/07/2013 09:11

Morning all!

Thanks Keep Grin

Thanks Little. I'm keeping your lucky pee stick forever!

And a big thank you to you too Nurse! What you been up to darn sarf?

Glad you're feeling a bit better Cups. I didn't start to bloat on the stims until closer to EC. Glad your legs getting better too. Are you getting on with the accupuncture?

All parents were delighted, my mum cried!!

No plans today. I cannot wait to start my job so we have two salaries again Grin. Already walked the pup. I suggest a ni lunch for you and MrC. I too am loving non-alcoholic beer.

Kitty I wouldn't worry about the drinking either. My clinic said that a couple of glasses a wine a week was absolutely fine during my treatment. I only had some after EC though as I knew I had 5 days 'off'.

BlindKitty · 21/07/2013 09:08

cups dh's morphology was 3% and its only been a month since glasto [hmmm]. Doesn't it take 3 months for the sperm to grow?

Just going to yoga today and owing housework (think I'm stupidly nesting already!). Hope you have a nice day whatever you do!

OP posts:
NoCupcakesOrCocktails · 21/07/2013 08:56

Kitty dont worry about it, your being good now which is plenty of preparation. My clinic advised DH to stop drinking straight away (as his SA was rubbish), for me they just said to stop drinking, cut down caffeine etc during my IVF cycle. I did it a bit earlier to support DH as drinking is such a big thing to him I didn't think he could do it on his own! By the way I'm totally loving non alcoholic beer at the moment Smile

Nurse that's rubbish, when will you next get to see MrNurse? Will you get chance before ovulation?

Maybe how did it go telling your parents?

I'm feeling better today as the down regulation symptoms seen to be easing. The weird tingling in my leg has got better too. I know it's not long before ill be feeling bloated from the stimming so I think I'll make the most of it and go out for the day. Not sure where yet though. Anyone got anything planned? (I might be able to steal some inspiration!)

keepitgoing · 21/07/2013 04:19

Am not surprised but still Vvvv happy to see maybes news.

I too think of beedle geek Scarlett lots. Your time is near x
