Heating on in this weather?? Wow! I tried to point the fan at a 95 year old at work today (as we have practically no air at work!) and she just said oh I'm fine don't worry about me! Probably has her heating on at home!

I've heard from the clinic, I start stimms on Friday and have bloods on Wednesday and first scan on the following Friday. I was a bit surprised the first scan is so far away. How soon did you other assisted Brookers have stimming scans?

Um, Nurse I think they would notice hopes nurse is in geriatrics the children's ward

penguin have a great time away - what great weather you've got for a caravan trip - nothing worse than rain for a uk jollyday.

I took to my bed this afternoon, af is kicking my ass, and am proper grumpy. Could not get up for work this morning, and then every patient seemed to have their heating on. The worst thing about nursing is definitely being happy and nice to people when you really want to go to bed in a grumpy huff! Times like this (and only this) I'm glad to be apart from mr nurse so he doesn't have to deal with me.

You make me laugh boo. If only I could stop sressing about it all indeed. And if only I could stop myself from wanting to cry whenever I see someone pregnant, or indeed wondering if the parent would notice if I stole their baby every time I see a pram.

We've only been trying since last september, not that long, I know, but I think you and cups are right, at least if I know I've not been near mr nurse whilst ovulating, it takes away the hope (and therefore the dreaded disappointment) during the 2ww.

Gobbo I am so very hot. I am normally a proper sun bunny but I feel rubbish today. Spent the lot in walking round a classic car thing and then a steam museum. Scorchio. MrM was meant to be taking me out for a tasty lunch but instead we've done that!

DH has just returned from 3 days at Goodwood so he has DS care and I am enjoying some TV watching. Will probably potter around the garden as too hot to go out, out

Are there any nice national trust properties near you both (maybe too). Pre DS and having a core body temperature of 120 degrees, I would probably have gone to one of the NT places near us with DH and had a lovely, indulgent packed lunch and lazed about having a walk and reading the Sunday papers under a tree. You both need to take full advantage of doing this now as obviously you will have babies very soon

maybe - you need to be very careful in the heat though due to being PUPO

I think I'll also make some butterfly cakes with lemoncurd too.

Oh Cups that sucks. It's so frustrating for you. We don't have any plans either and need something to occupy us too

I've done my relaxation cd and I'm a bit more chilled about it now. There's nothing I can do anyway. It's extra annoying as I had two weddings coming up and now I won't be able to go to either of them. DH is an usher at one the first week in August so now we are stressing it will coincide with EC. Both weddings are about 5 hour drive away so with regular scans etc it will be impossible.

I've not got any plans today. I think I need to think of something to cheer me up. Any ideas?!

Cups it's so frustrating. I DR for 22 very long days as try couldn't fit me in. Brooking that Friday comes around quickly and you can get stimming.
