EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 15/07/2013 16:31

you'll be eating those words in 6 days Maybe Wink keep the faith lovely, it's not over!!!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 16:28

Grin Sweetie

Gobbo I meant to put womble Grin it's not a typo!

Thank you so much for letting me vent. I still don't think it's worked, but you lot are brilliant x

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 15/07/2013 16:13

maybe - I'm terribly sorry but I just nearly pissed myself at your womble typo!

You do not have a horrible womble and Earnie is perfectly happy.

SweetieTime · 15/07/2013 16:11

Aw maybe it is totally understandable to be emotional. it is the most emotional thing I have ever been through and the longer it goes on the more stressful it gets.

I prescribe Gobbolinos battenberg and pork pies for tea. Nice healthy tea in anyones book.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 16:05

Thanks so much Sweetie . It just starts so many things going through your mind. I just had a breakdown, crying to DH about how I've got a horrible womble and that Erie didn't like it. I really do need to get a grip Smile

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 15/07/2013 16:04

Excellent point from loopy - I think that brown blood is old blood = fine is the mantra of midwives.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 16:03

Thanks lovely Loopy. Everything is so hit and miss isn't it?! I had a friend that bled a lot too. Her DS is 1 now! I think we are just conditioned to think blood is bad. I know someone bleed throughout their whole pregnancies. Saturday can't some soon enough Smile

SweetieTime · 15/07/2013 16:02

You can not step away. This is when brookers come into their own with their love and support for each other. It is so difficult the waiting but we are all here for you. The nurse is right, your body has been through such a lot in the last week. It is probably just residue from EC, especially if old brown gunk.

{{{hugs}}}

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 16:01

Haha!! MrM always comes back with crap we don't need. He is a nightmare in a supermarket!! Am hoping he comes back with something nice for me though Wink

Loopyaboutmy2boys · 15/07/2013 16:00

Maybe, whilst none of us know if it has worked or not for you, I know I've seen so many people say hey've had spotting and someone close to me had a lot and was told that half of all successful pregnancies have spotting, and that brown blood is good as it is old blood. It is only if it is red that there might be a reason to worry, and even then it doesn't mean the worst automatically. Brooking for a BFP :)

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 15/07/2013 15:59

maybe - have you watched homeland? We've just started - it's brill and have the address of a free website that yiu can watch it on. Will PM you if of interest and anyone else

Do not want to be imprisoned for Internet piracy; particularly as baby would have to live on diet of battenbuurg cake per my previous post!

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 15/07/2013 15:57

maybe - you are very lucky that Mr M can do the weekly shop. Mr Gobbo has hardly set a foot in a supermarket since we moved in and can only buy about 4 items maximum with extremely specific instructions as to where to find the items. If he can't find them within 5 seconds, he gives up.

He also gets distracted and buys things like battenburg cake and pork pies - which we do not feckin eat!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 15:52

Tanks Gobbo Mindless tv might do it. MrM is off to do the weekly shop. I would read, but my head has been banging since yesterday!

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 15/07/2013 15:49

maybe - I feel for you. The knicker checking is agony along with the limbo. You have done so well though and you are more than half way through the wait now.

Second some mindless tv or a new book perhaps?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 15:32

Thank you so much Boo Nurse and Solars you're the best.

Don't worry Nurse, I need to pee so much at the moment, I couldn't hold it in if I tried Smile

Solars · 15/07/2013 15:25

We're here for the good and bad Maybe. I really feel for you as i know that terrifying feeling of goingto the loo but we're all brooking for you x

nearlyanurse · 15/07/2013 15:24

maybs whatever you do, don't let it put you off going to the loo - as a student nurse, I can assure you that never ends well...usually with a student nurse both knee and elbow deep in pish in my experience. Happy positive baby thoughts coming your way lovely lady.

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 15/07/2013 15:19

Stay right where you are missy!!! We're a support group and that is exactly what we're going to do for you!!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 15:16

When I spoke to the clinic they said it could be a number of things, especially as they collected so many eggs. She said it can take 2 weeks for the blodo from that to appear. I'm just terrified every time I go to the loo now. I honestly didn't think this wait would be as excruciating as this Sad

I'm sorry to go on. I know there's no way to tell until I test. I don't want to fill the thres up wih doom and gloom so I may step away for a bit.

Solars · 15/07/2013 15:12

Oh Maybe it's so easy to think the worst but even our clinic said even if you have spotting it does not necessarily mean you are not pregnant and this was in capitals in the paperwork we were given after transfer. I know it's easier said than done but please don't panic. Do as the clinic said and relax and I hope you can take your mind off things, a movie perhaps?

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 15/07/2013 15:07

{{{{{Hugs}}}}} Maybe

NoMaybeAboutIt · 15/07/2013 15:04

Afternoon brookers.

More spotting here. It's brown and mucousy now. Rang the clinic and all they've done is said to rest. I just think it's going to turn into AF now. I'm dreading it.

Hope your holidays not too terrible Penguin. I've added you to the group now!

Solars · 15/07/2013 14:59
