TTC #2 and turning into a nut job! Part 2!

Me to re drinking in 2 ww this time. I have a wedding on 2 aug, the day before af is due though so if it hasn't rocked up by then (which think it will as early ov this month, tends to equal shorter cycle with me) i will test on the Friday before / sat morn.

When I was pregnant with ds (but didnt know it) we (DH amd I) were voted most drunk couple at a wedding in Scotland and I was up til 5 am drinking champagne cocktails and smoking! shock] af didn't turn up so POAS on the Monday after, still hungover. Terrible!! He's fine though.

Yep im with you on that one stone! ! When I was pg with ds and didnt know I was I was on a camping holiday and was diving into drinks and having loadsa smokes so I thinkrwe can all play the ignorance is bliss card atm, we have sooooo earned it!!

Ooooh fedup, I love Corona! Especially with a slice of lime in!! Has to be drunk from the bottle in my book!!

I'm definately drinking during my 2ww. Especially as if I get a BFP it would have been my kast drinks for 38 weeks

Fed up, nearing the end of my drink of white rum and coke, namely because im sure of af turning up at some point, feel I may have to 'top up' soon!! ;)

I've finally pulled myself together to see my NCT tomorrow - been avoiding facing them as all pregnant but me :(

one I'm often the same with ds. Particularly during the 2 ww I keep hugging him and have got way more protective over him since mmc. My theory re testing is I hate waiting. The longer I leave it the more my hopes build up so even testing early and getting a bfn is preferable to me waiting all the way to af, for it be a bit late but then bf bloody n. but then afterwards think "well that was a waste of a fiver"!

one aww dont worry, we all do tests when any other non nutter wouldnt wait, but thats why they aren't on this thread with lots of other lovely nutters giving support. :0) im still keeping my fx just in case!!

stone do you know what, I actually think my af is due tuesday too, I looked at my calendar and the cd32 is then, and my af atm has been on the 32cd. So we are in sync on that!!

I know im not symptom spotting but have been having little pains low down, which is probably af on its way. I got a mix of emotions earlier on, as I texted my friend who I haven't spoken to in just over a month, she knows we are trying, and asked if I was expecting yet. No was my answer, I asked her if her af turned up, as they are not ttc as they have 2dc already and then she said that one did..... so it turns out that they got accidently pg!! I think what she thought was af was prob ib as she is 11+4 as when I texted she was on her way to her first scan!!! my timing is lousy where my emotions are concerned im really happy for her, but a little down bcos we have been trying since jan and a few chem pg's and af's later, nothing. My friend who isnt even trying and she is nearly 12wks!!!

I feel in need of a drink tonight, as my emotions doing royally doing my nut in!! Why cant I just feel completely happy for her, I feel selfish now!!

I'm 12 dpo and AF due tomorrow or sat I think. Terrible sore throat today and I think this is why my temp has gone up today! Tested yesterday and got a bfn so just waiting for AF to show up. No idea why I tested....why can't I just wait for the inevitable and save my tests?!

Dd had us up all night last night with night terrors and I am shattered today. She is so precious to me. Feeling horribly emotional today (pmt) and just keep hugging her and thinking at least I have one lovely child and am a mum and for that I will always be grateful, even if we can't have another one.

geta I'm so sorry too. Big hugs. Amazed you are at work - you are really strong. You will need to have a big cry though as you must be so disappointed and I know how that devastation feels. Xxxxx

Just had a scan and there was nothing there. Feeling quite low. Wish i'd never tested and want everything to go back to normal to start trying again .

I feel for you geta as I sat in EPU for hours back in feb. fx it's just a scare / embryo just bedding in. Hugs xx

Symptom spotting at 10 dpo sounds positively restrained stone , well done. Have you had anything else? I always notice headaches first.

I agree with it being too hot to have sex! Gotta keep at it though fedup!

I am sat waiting at epu now, feel sick with nerves and have completely lost hope as line on test this morning strong, but not as as strong as when i was pg last time at this point. Feeling sad already, and am preparing for the worst.

One of my NCT posted on FB moaning about being 7 months pregnant, hot and feeling ill. Took a lot of strength for me not to add the following comment "at least you're f**king pregnant". I know that makes me sound awful but it's what i really felt like saying!

Well I'm starting to symptoms spot and can't find any! Except nausea but it seems it's now part of my pre-af routine too

fedup could you get another +opk in the bext few days - doesn't the body prepare a couple of times sometimes before releasing the egg? They never work for me, never get a +.

I poas tonight when I got home - bleeding now finished so had what felt like a normal period. I got a much stronger + line. I feel like a nutter. Going to the epau in the norning. Hoping for the best.

stone you are doing great, I would be conjuring up experiencing all sorts of symptoms by this point!

getagold I can imagine how hideous that is. Elation i will leave out the smugness but get what you mean, swiftly followed by the devastation. But I reckon there is still a chance and you have just had some breakthrough bleeding. I really don't think breastfeeding has anything to do with it. But I'm no doctor. I think bf just helps as a contraceptive but only if you are exclusively breastfeeding for first six months of their life. Don't blame that / give it up just for ttc if its something you and dc want to continue.

So.... Cd 9 here and positive opk this morn. Wtf?! It's normally been cd 12 for last few months apart from one at cd 10 when had really short cycle. Any thoughts? Read somewhere that early ov = bag eggs so already counting myself out this month. On the plus side, it's means a shorter shagathon this month!
