You don't have to be crazy to be on this thread but it helps

(Ladies, I thought I would jump in and start a non-sweary titled fred. Feel free to turn the air blue now!)

Karb just wanted to pop in and give you a big hug. Rooting for your little embies. X

Juicy excellent news! I hope you're enjoying your novel.

Tame you are so brave and strong. So sensible to not put stuff on credit cards. I think the possible debts can be just as stressful as the fertility stuff. I'm in London - message me when you're coming down!

Mejust you're further on than me -lucky devil! I remember feeling bloated and uncomfortable last time. Just think of all those beautiful plump eggs squishing themselves in there!

tametortie · 16/06/2013 10:49

Buzzy- operation eviction is well underway. I won't make an erpc, no way. The cramps are immense and bleeding is heavy. I am ok though, just uncomfortable.

Me and DH have had a cry this morning and we are now working on a spreadsheet for saving for another go. I really dont want to put money on a credit card so feel positive making plans.

We contacted TDL in London yesterday regarding the DNA fragmentation test. We were going to book it via the zita west clinic as we have been there for nutrition appointments. With their referral it was going to cost us £450. If we go direct it will be £330. Hmm zita west is fucking mocking me! We just need to get a referral letter from our clinic to book ourselves. I hope they will do it.

Looking forward to a nice day out in London while DH gets that done. If anyone is London way and wants to grab a coffee while DH has a wank, let me know.

I feel very low today tbh but I am missing DD and she will be back later.

I worked out yesterday that we started TTC when DD started school. She goes to secondary school next year. Hmm

Karbea · 16/06/2013 10:48

Thanks ladies, I know, I don't know how many cells, guess we will know more tmr.

buzzybee123 · 16/06/2013 10:34

juicy they usually discuss your drugs and treatments at EC, I wouldn't worry about it now, each clinic is different, great news on your embies

tortie how are you doing??

Karbea it is worth it as you never know, I chat to a woman who did everything spent nearly 10k had 3 put back and nothing, then I know of others who have had FET with average ones and got a baby from it

euro hope you are feeling better, didn't gin postpone her FET when she wasn't well?? Not what yo want to do when you are stimming though

mejust you are nearly there, only a few more days

LadyJuice · 16/06/2013 10:34

Come on, Karbea, there is hope, sweetheart Thanks xx

EuroShaggleton · 16/06/2013 10:27

karbea one of the 10+ ladies had a BFN with a great embryo on a fresh cycle. Got her BFP with a frozen cycle from a lower grade embie. Don't despair!

mejust · 16/06/2013 10:24

karb i really hope all goes well for you x

tametortie · 16/06/2013 10:20

Ooooh karbea, I didn't realise you would be updating us too!

Listen, I feel your disappointment. I felt the same this time too. If you saw the pic I have of my embies, they are VERY mashed up and fragmented.

Please please, stay positive. Hold on to a bit of hope. Bad looking embryos make beautiful babies all the time. Embryology is not always a science, sometimes its pure luck and things just work out.

Don't google, dont stress and dont worry.

What is done is done, now is the time to root for those little babies and get them on board.

Did they say how many cells they are each?

Im going to give you a little snuggle and a hair stroke karbea cos I feel your pain when embies are not looking good, my past 2 cycles have been the same xxxxxx

mejust · 16/06/2013 10:18

juicy great news.

well i took my 5th jab of stimms last night and today im pretty bloated and my stomach just feels weird in there is this normal im also really tired my body feels drained.

Karbea · 16/06/2013 10:07

Well done juicy.

Afm, all have divided but all fragmented, so going back in tmr, I'm just not sure it's worth putting them back in.

LadyJuice · 16/06/2013 09:13

Thanks, ladies, I am so excited I'm going to stay in my hotel all day reading my new novel Grin

I know it's stressful but try to stay relaxed Think positive thoughts DH said the other day "but what is it that's upsetting you?" Love him but yarrgggh. Juicy I am glad you got through to your clinic eventually and that she apologised for abandoning you. I just wish ours had been a bit more sensitive about the chucking in the bin of the ones that didn't make it but hey, worse things happen at sea. Only 83 hours now until my test I'm sure I won't ram myself in the brain with a pencil before then.

EuroShaggleton · 15/06/2013 23:02

joos clinics all do things their own way with their own drug cocktails. Just trust in what your lots recommends.

BTW, I have never had an ERPC, but about 6 months before we started ttc, I think I had a chem preg when we were using withdrawal. Lots of women on the 10+ thread seem to have had a quick BFP, mc'd and then struggled (regardless of how the mc was dealt with). It seems to be a fairly common pattern.

Right, I'm off to bed. Night all.

tametortie · 15/06/2013 22:48

BFN means fuck all. She may have not used blood thinners Wink

tametortie · 15/06/2013 22:46

Juicy- go with what your clinic advise. Don't question too much!! I have no blood issues but I had a heparin womb 'rinse' to make the lining more receptive. There is some evidence around recidulisation/decidulisation (sp?) of the womb lining and using blood thinners. Go with what they advise.

TRUST x

resipsa · 15/06/2013 22:43

If she's had a long history of unsuccessful AC, probably nothing to be concluded from her BFN but bound to unsettle. Stay cool.

resipsa · 15/06/2013 22:42

By the way, you asked downthread why we'd waited so long to have a child. Good question. Together since 97, DD born 2011. After recent events, you'll laugh at my response : I didn't want children but he did.

JuicyFatSausage · 15/06/2013 22:39

Ugh. A BFN has just been reported from the ReproG forum on FF. She's had loads of IVF cycles, though, and I don't know any of her history Sad

resipsa · 15/06/2013 22:37

Joos for "interest", read it's a done deal. The history of our relationship is: disagree-I withdraw-he stops like a teenager-I convince him of the merits of my idea. It's a tried and tested formula albeit that the stakes here might never have been higher. It's when not if so over to the clinic (why no response after 2 working days or do I need to get over self?).

resipsa · 15/06/2013 22:32

Oh I hear ya - had Clexane after post-partum haemorrhage but the administration in those circumstances was easier to understand.
