Come join us on the July bus - with its assortment of good luck charms, lots of cake and hopefully a busload of BFPs.

Don't write this month off yet Red!

Redbug · 01/07/2013 10:35

Congrats Spring!

I had to give in to the urge to use up a spare test kicking around from last month's ridiculously late AF (naturally, it arrived the minute I bought the test) and it was BFN - unsurprisingly, given complete lack of symptoms. I am only 11DPO, so not entirely out of the game, although had symptoms and tested early with previous two pregnancies and got BFPs at this stage, so am not holding my breath.

DisneyDiva87 · 01/07/2013 10:11

Morning ladies!

I'm glad to see someone has POAS'ed already and has their BFP [grins] Congrats Spring I'm slowly getting more and more chilled about TTC. I'm thinking of giving up the temping I'm too bad at hitting the snooze button and going back to sleep before taking my temp so it doesn't really work. I got a +ve on my opk about a week ago and haven't had a rise in temp until this morning but then I woke up at 7 dozed till 7.30 then took my temp so I don't trust it. Thinking of packing it all in and just seeing what happens

Springbells · 01/07/2013 10:01

Thanks for the lovely messages, hanging around here to see how everyone gets on. Keeping fingers crossed.

fox sounds like you've def got it covered!

linda thanks for the flowers! Grin

lindamagoo · 01/07/2013 09:28

Exactly, positive thinking ladies, I like it and there's always this month Smile Got my fingers crossed for you all and myself Smile Think my oh is feeling kind of guilty about us not trying anymore after this cycle, he's wanting to take us abroad next year and even letting me pick what kind of car we get if we pass our tests Grin

LittleMachine · 01/07/2013 09:04

Sorry about af ks. I feel the same really, I'm lucky to have DS, especially as I was told I'd never conceive naturally.

I usually get pre-AF spotting a week before. No sign yesterday or today.

ksrwr · 01/07/2013 08:54

Thanks linda. No worries, we're all in it together eh. All i think is i'm so lucky to have dd, that a 2nd child is just a bonus!

lindamagoo · 01/07/2013 08:50

Sorry about af ksrwr Hmm

lindamagoo · 01/07/2013 08:49

I wouldn't worry about tonight Fox, if you got your smiley on Sat I'd say your well and truly covered Smile

ksrwr · 01/07/2013 08:40

hi everyone - congratulations for the BFP's among us - that's really great news!!!
unfortunately i started spotting this morning, as i always do before AF arrives... so i'm a BFN for this month... roll on next month :-(

enjoy the sunshine everyone, its a beautiful day...

FoxMulder · 01/07/2013 08:28

So I got my solid smiley on Saturday, just like blueamber said (Thanks blueamber!). This followed 4 days of flashing smileys so DH is worn out now Grin. He put in a good effort, but I don't think he'll manage again tonight, unfortunately.

FoxMulder · 01/07/2013 08:20

Congratulations Springbells!! Whoop whoop!

sleepingdragon · 01/07/2013 08:18

Congratulations springbells - great we have a BFP on the morning of 1 july.

It looks like I'm out for now- a BFN yesterday and a temp drop this morning. I will keep my seat on the bus tho if I may, for a BFP at the end of the month. I rediscovered the delight of toasted teacakes with lashings of butter over the weekend, and passing round a plate full in case anyone is feeling peckish.

LittleMachine · 01/07/2013 07:47

Congratulations springbells! A BFP already.
So pleased for you and wishing you a healthy 9 months.

MummyPig24 · 01/07/2013 07:47

Congrats springbells!

Springbells · 01/07/2013 07:45

Bfp! In shock, keep having to check the stick that I'm not imagining a line there. There's definitely a line! (Rushes off to check the line is definitely there....)

Vikkijayne2507 · 01/07/2013 07:30

I believe AF is about to show up at my door very light AF this morning it seems I have a very standard 28 day cycle, oh well but on the bright side I may get two goes on the July bus so I may get myself comfy with a good book, chocolate and alternate between Brew and Wine

Lavenderspink · 01/07/2013 07:18

Oh bugger, I caved in and POAS last night and got a BFN ... I think I'm due AF on Weds ... Why couldn't I just wait? Now I'm not sure if it was a false -ve or a real one - proper dipstick :(

BartBaby · 01/07/2013 07:17

13dpo for me now and my temp has dropped from 36.2 to 35.8. So i would say it doesnt look good and af will be here either today or tomorrow Sad

Welcome dumdeedum Smile

Dumdeedumdeedum · 01/07/2013 00:02

Hello, I'm another newbie. We are (as of tonight squeeee) TTC number 2. But I've got very irregular cycles so fuck knows when to test! Anyway here goes:

Dumdeedumdeedum TTC#2 cycle 1 BFP due somewhere around 22nd maybe?

Can I get on the bus please?

ChubbyKitty · 30/06/2013 23:49

I do have terrible tummy ache but I had a lot of dinner so it's probably just gas pains. I'm so sexy sometimes...

Thatssofunny · 30/06/2013 22:13

I always have difficulty staying on task. DP asked several times today why I was

  1. hoovering up things
  2. trying to clean under the sofa
  3. search for the iPad
  4. roll around on the floor
  5. walk in and out of the conservatory muttering
  6. sending text messages and giggling like a loon
  7. talking for ages on the phone to my mum
  8. doing several other things... ...while I was supposed to write reports and do my planning. I've done some planning. I'm ready for tomorrow. Sort of. What I've planned sounds a bit mad (even for me), but it'll be ok...somehow...oh yeah, where did I put the ice cream...? I think it's the kids. I used to be sane before I started teaching. Perhaps. At least I think I was. Hmm Currently, I'm a specialist in "task avoidance". Three and a bit weeks to go.

Got cramping, but I think that's af. My dreams are always a bit,...aehm...strange. Especially the ones I get early in the morning.

Beccadugs · 30/06/2013 21:43

Ah thanks ladies, you've all made me feel so much better about poking myself in the boobs!!

Other symptoms include: tiredness... Grouchy ness... Cramping... Weird dreams... And difficulty staying on task!! What d'ya all think?!

LittleMachine · 30/06/2013 21:32

Kitty, my limit is 2 glasses these days! Any more and I'm at the serious making a show of myself stage. We had a mumsnet meetup here in Liverpool and I was awful after less than a bottle. Crying and everything. Proper hammered!

Fell asleep on the sofa watching a film (symptom spot!) I'm off to bed.
