Oh Smegs you poor thing with the migraine, I see your crossed eyes and raise you crossed eyebrows, legs, fingers etc so you feel better soon.

Grin @ Sparkle I feel left out with all this washing and waxing, none of that was offered to me :(

Beedle it could be just things settling down, but as everyone has said if its very painful do call the clinic.

Maybe when I was on long protocol I might have been a day or too later than normal, this is common I've heard but it will come so don't worry. Obviously abs of steel Grin

Prunes Geek?

Well I feel nothing today, although yesterday I'm pretty sure I was suffering trapped wind with an achy belly and sore boobs, zilch today!

arf @ keep turtle waxing, brilliant! I can't help but wonder what the job advert for VCN would have looked like Grin

smegsssss lovely to see you! Sorry about your migraine, I hope it passes soon. Hope you get a chance to have a good lie down in a darkened room with a cool flannel.

beedle ouch for you :( that must have been really worrying. I think I remember hearing that cramping after transfer was common but if it's that bad then maybe a phonecall to your clinic is in order. From everything I've been reading on embryo development in the last couple of days, implantation is generally reckoned to take place between days 6-9, after the embryo has developed into a blastocyst and hatched out of the zona pellucida. Hopefully it's just normal, settling-in cramps that you are having as your womble is now having to accommodate a growing ball of cells.

maybe that sounds very painful, but had to smile at abs of steel Grin Sorry I can't help with your down regging question, I'm sure someone else will be able to advise.

I'm due a phone call some time today (no idea when) to arrange a time to go up to the clinic tomorrow. I imagine they will be prioritising calls to ladies who need to know fertilisation rates first, so could be any time really.

I am at the end of my tether with my constipation. The sennakot aren't touching it, even at double the recommended dose. It's now been three days and I'm pretty much ready to worship at the feet of anyone or anything that can make me go. Grrrrr!

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 08/06/2013 09:39

Geek any news? Brooking like a mad woman for those embys to divide!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/06/2013 09:08

Ooh Beedle that sounds painful. I have no idea I'm afraid. Maybe your body's getting ready for them? Can you give your clinic a call?

Grin Sparks which colour wax would you use?!

Geek you must be so excited!

I think I had a dodgy needle this morning. It bent inside me and I now have a huge red weal on my tummy. It's either that or I have abs of steel Wink

For those that down regged, was your AF later than normal? I feel so bloated with the sorest boobs, and I want AF to come! I'm only due today, but have had no spotting like I usually do

BeedlesPineNeedles · 08/06/2013 08:08

:o at keep turtle waxing her bits. You have to look nice for the doctors you know. Though polishing your bits so well that they can see their face reflected back at them might be going a bit far.

Will there be another phone call today geek

2dp 2dt is way too early for implantation right? I woke up last night with really intense AF-style cramps. I had to wake mrb as I thought there was something really wrong with me, like some hideous infection or something. I still feel slightly crampy now. Anyone got any ideas of what it could have been?

Well. This has all been an education Shock Grin

Yay for Geek and her sextuplets!

Solars everything is crossed for you. Everything. I can barely see the screen Grin

Good vibes to everyone I've failed to mention. I have a migraine, making this the shortest visit ever. Sorry.

keepitgoing · 07/06/2013 15:51

Oh geeky that's fantastic!!!

I had to have a good cleaning before ET, and was v embarrassed too, it was quite, er, violent, I'd been using wax up the front way as instructed. It seemed there was one nurse whose specific job it was. We called her the VCN, vagina cleaning nurse...

NoMaybeAboutIt · 07/06/2013 14:08

Hahaha, you lot make me Grin

Geek that's bloomin amazing news, I'm so chuffed for you!!

Beedle mine is Crinone too. I really hope I don't have to be scraped out Blush

Solars this is your time, of that I am sure.

RubberBullets · 07/06/2013 13:37

Surely everyone carries pictures of their fanjo around with them at all times Beedle? :o

BeedlesPineNeedles · 07/06/2013 12:47

geek the problem is I really should have had a before picture and I don't. So how will I the random strangers know what its suppossed to look like. Perhaps I should search on the internet for pictures :o

though having said that I did once find something, possibly called my beautiful cervix, where some woman had had her boyfriend take a picture of her cervix everyday for a month. Perhaps I can use it as a comparison :o

ControlGeek · 07/06/2013 12:22

Definitely, beedle, or maybe a webcam poll with timelapse snapshots? Grin

sweetie it's good that you were prewarned. I've no been told about anything like that, I think I'd be mortified if it was sprung on me!

BeedlesPineNeedles · 07/06/2013 12:06

Blush sweetie

geek how do you think I will know if I need cleaning? Should I ask the random strangers to have a look first? :o

SweetieTime · 07/06/2013 11:52

I had the candle ones last time but this time mine are more like a soft capsule with gel inside. They are still a right mess and the capsule sort of melts but not totally.

I was mortified when I went for ET as the nurse had to clean both inside and outside my bits BlushBlush

She had told me she would have to so I was prepared at least.

ControlGeek · 07/06/2013 11:52

Oh beedle that's just made me think of a Kim & Aggie spin of along the lines of 'How Clean Is Your Cervix' GrinGrinGrin

Perhaps try asking close friends and family first and if that fails, random people in the street?

BeedlesPineNeedles · 07/06/2013 11:46

yes, I'm not sure who I should ask to remove it. :o

Though that might explain why I didn't have leakage for the first 2 days, now it has built up its starting to leak. Though I did have my cervix washed :o before ET she didn't have to scrub with a loofah

ControlGeek · 07/06/2013 11:39

That's a great link beedle, your gel sounds streets ahead of our pessaries! Not too sure on this bit though:

"One minor drawback: Suspension gel can accumulate within the vagina and some women may need to have it removed every few days"

Grin
BeedlesPineNeedles · 07/06/2013 11:31

Oh they sound delightful geek :o

BeedlesPineNeedles · 07/06/2013 11:30

I did some googling (good thing its very quiet at work today) and found this

My mind is at rest :o

ControlGeek · 07/06/2013 11:28

beedle my pessaries look like white wax candles, pointy at one end and tapered towards the other a bit like a cartoon torpedo. I think the active ingredient is just mixed in with the waxy type stuff and gets released as the wax melts with the bodyheat. I get the impression they don't 'contain' anything, as in a liquid centre or anything like that.

So much for a peaceful week off work, the cats are driving me round the bend already. In, out, in, out, want food, want to chew on my slipper, chasing flies, in, out, meow, meow, hiss, fight...

BeedlesPineNeedles · 07/06/2013 11:21

My dose does seem much lower than yours though, its not like you're taking tablets and I'm stuffing something up inside me. And surely its some kind of gel inside the pessaries. I'm imagining something that looks like an fish oil capsule that you swallow but maybe I'm wrong. Well its obviously working as my boobs are sore so I won't worry much

geek that is very early baby brain you have :o

ControlGeek · 07/06/2013 10:39

Oops I did of course mean 'as solars said' Blush if this is what having embies in a petri dish does to me, I'm dreading what I'll be like after they are put back in Confused

ControlGeek · 07/06/2013 10:37

beedle your workplace sounds fab! It's suit and tie for the blokes, smart business wear for the ladies where I am. And they say the world of IT is relaxed! Loving your symptoms Grin Brooking for your twins! My dose is also 400mg twice daily, but as sweetie says I think your body's absorption rate varies depending on how it is administered. I'd imagine a gel to be absorbed much quicker.

sweetie I too wondered if they would update me daily until Sunday, then I realised that Sunday is the day after tomorrow anyway Blush As they are calling tomorrow anyway, I'll get as much info as I can out of them.

No spots here yet, thank goodness, but sore norks like you wouldn't believe.

V unimpressed with Morrisons own test sticks. Today's was definitely showing fainter than the IC, and took much longer to come up, too. Day 2 was the strongest line, today's was much fainter but I think that's because I used 5am weak wee as I woke up bursting to go.

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 07/06/2013 10:35

Geek that is brilliant, so pleased for you!

SweetieTime · 07/06/2013 10:19

great news geek. Will they update you daily until Sunday?

Beedle I am on 4 x 200 mg capsules of progesterone but I am an old bird
