Beedle, Solars when is test date for you both?

Is it you next Maybe?

Cups brooking for you that you get accepted this a cycle.

Sorry if I have missed anyone, booby is keeping my mind blank me busy Grin brooking for you all.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 09/06/2013 09:57

Oh Geek, I know you feel a bit disappointed, but don't be! You still have some fab embies! What time are you in?

ControlGeek · 09/06/2013 09:42

Only two continued to divide overnight, one is at 6 cells and one at 8. They are going to put the 8 cell emby back today and see if they can get any of the others to grow on to day 5 for freezing. Can't halp feeling less positive than yesterday about so many having dropped off and slowed down overnight.

GreenOlives · 08/06/2013 21:18

ooh solars Blood Diamond is a fab film, hope you enjoy it. I'm enjoying the BGT final

I'm so excited about all that's happening over here at the mo, brooking so hard for all of you! Smile

Solars · 08/06/2013 19:06

Ooooo good luck for tmrw or Tuesday Geek I'm certain either way you'll get that BFP! And glad to hear all the remedies have worked!

Glad to hear the worst of the cramping is over Beedle but it sounds like a good sign!

Sweetie wow you have come so far, brooking for your bloods and scan, lovely.

Maybe you'll be tart stimming before you know it (is that like, eating a tart whilst injecting?) and it'll all go quickly then.

DH treated me to lovely lunch of South Indian dosa's, yum and since then I have been in the kitchen baking rainbow cupcakes and cooing dinner! Hopefully watching Blood Diamond tonight.

Sorry ladies, I had a little nap then everything started to kick in. I now feel about 10 stone lighter, and probably measure a few inches less, too! I've sent MrG out for some fruit n fibre as a slightly gentler remedy over the next few days. Can't have a repeat performance once I've got little edith/englebert/effie/edmund/eileen in me now, can I?

sweetie brilliant news about your scan, I can't believe so much time has gone by already.

ahh thanks maybe so I wasn't going completely cuckoo then.

beedle glad the cramping has got less, brooking that it's a good sign for you :)

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/06/2013 18:41

Oh Sweetie how exciting!! Brooking for fantastic results Smile

SweetieTime · 08/06/2013 18:07

geek if you try all these remedies you will never be off the loo Wink
I have my NT screening scan a week on Monday. I have already provided my blood so I get the results there and then rather than having to wait a week for the results.

RubberBullets · 08/06/2013 17:02

Geek I swear by All Bran. Tastes lovely and goes through you rather quickly. I ate it during pregnancy and didn't get any constipation.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/06/2013 15:24

Thanks Munx. Don't leave Grin

Thanks Beedle that's good to know. Glad the cramps are dying down.

Also brooking for Cups. If they don't accept her, I'll set Otis on them.

keepitgoing · 08/06/2013 15:19

Flashes turtle waxed bits while doing all the various dance moves >

Well done geek and good luck for tomorrow. Either tmrw or Tuesday will work, I'm Brooking No Argument.

Hope cups is ok, brooking like crazy she gets accepted this month x

BeedlesPineNeedles · 08/06/2013 13:47

Bit late to this but maybe AF was a couple of days late for me. And I also had to DR another 12/13 days until I started stimming.

Still slightly crampy here but nothing like last night so I don't think I'll call the clinic just yet.

Lovely to see you munxx

Munxx · 08/06/2013 13:40

Vey? My r must be with your s ?

< gets coat, leaves>

Munxx · 08/06/2013 13:39

maybe have this enormous cuddle while you are here, brooking so vey hard for you. And indeed all the assisted brookers.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/06/2013 13:37

Grin Munx it's what all the cool kids are doing....

Geek it normally is determined by that, but the clinic can keep down regging you until they can fit you in. Hope all those prunes take effect very soon Grin

Munxx · 08/06/2013 13:34

Also syrup of figs works a treat, 'calfig' I think. We have a lot of these issues in the munx household!

ControlGeek · 08/06/2013 13:30

Ooooh I didn't realise that maybe, I thought your stimming was determined by when the DR brought on AF. Shows how little I still know Grin

thanks munx that's actually what the pharmacist has given MrG, though he has warned it can take a few days to have an effect. I have swigged half a bottle the max dose it says to take. I now also have a whole bottle of prune juice, and a large jar of prunes in juice.

Munxx · 08/06/2013 13:19

Sorry maybe but Grin the mind boggles at tart stimming.....

Munxx · 08/06/2013 13:18

Lactulose geek?

Such exciting news all round!

Ds teething. Not a happy house here.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/06/2013 12:51

That's great Geek. Your embie will be settling in in no time! MrM swears by movicol for constipation. I won't tart stimming till the 19th, so it's not too important when AF arrives.

ControlGeek · 08/06/2013 12:46

Phew, thank you solars! You take it easy in your condition though, lovely Grin I can't wait til you confirm your BFP but totally understand you being too nervous to do it tomorrow.

maybe I always thought that having a 5 day transfer would give me the greatest confidence, but having the embryologist describe them all as 'good quality', I think I'd be happy even to have a day 3. Of course, having a day 5 would mean just the one being returned but then I think they're looking at just returning the one tomorrow anyway (if it is a day 3 transfer). Brooking AF arrives soon so you can get on with the stims.

thanks for the advice sweetie, I have sent MrG down to Boots to get whatever they recommend for early movement since the sennakot clearly aren't up to the job! I have also told him to get a carton of prune juice from the supermarket. That's reassuring to know about the cramps, given how well things have worked out for you. How long til your next scan?

cups how are you doing lovely? Still brooking for your ironic BFP but if that isn't to be then brooking that your clinic knows what's good for them and gets you started pronto.

SweetieTime · 08/06/2013 11:50

geek great news on the embies doing so well. Sorry to hear about the constipation, my clinic recommend fybrogel sachets. I also ate prunes too, was taking no chances on getting bunged up.

Beedle I suffered a lot of cramps for a few weeks from ET until 7 or 8 weeks. I was convinced af was on the way the whole time. If you are worried call your clinic

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/06/2013 11:13

Oh Geek this has made my day!! I'm so chuffed for you. Would you prefer a 5 day transfer? As for the constipation, I really feel for you. I hope you have some ahem, movement soon Wink

Thanks for that Solas. I know the nurse said I may jut get AF at all, I just want y boobs to deflate Grin

Solars · 08/06/2013 11:03

Excellent news Geek

OP posts:
ControlGeek · 08/06/2013 10:56

Just had the call - five of the six fertilised embies have divided. I have 4 x 5 cell embies and 1 x 2 cell. All are 'good quality' according to the embryologist. According to the webpage I have bookmarked showing photos of embies on each day pre-return, 'human embryos are usually at the 4 cell stage at some point on day 2'. I am v v v v happy right now :)

I need to go in to the clinic with a half-full bladder tomorrow for 9.15. The embryologist won't know until she has looked at them tomorrow whether she wants to do a day 3 or day 5 transfer, so anything could still happen.

Come on embies!
