Wow, some exciting news on here lately, congrats to all with a BFP, and a wedding this week too! All the best for Friday Sal.

But big hugs to everyone who hasn't had the best news this month too, it'll all come right in the end, you'll see.

It's DTD week for me and the DH, though I've told him that I'm taking a month off so he thinks that any sexy times he gets this week are purely for fun and not 'business'....I know it's a bit naughty but it seems to have made a difference if you get what I mean.

I have 2 bits of good news.... #1 - with the new healthy regime over the last week, I've lost 4lbs! Woop. #2 - we've just booked our holiday for July, I'll find out if I'm PG before we go, if not then I'll be OV whilst we're on holiday so that should make it more fun at least. If I'm not dying of sunburn that is.

Oh one can only hope she will be better now she is a year older. Maybe she will actually sleep on the sofa bed nice and early in the evening!

Thanks rockchick. I guess I'm not gone totally crazy with all this ttc. alyant sadly holiday sex is difficult with a 2yo. From experience last year, DD doesn't sleep till we sleep on holiday. And then on the first night she screamed in distress in her cot. So she ended up in bed in between us. She is the ultimate anti-romance device

I have really high hopes this month because we BD on both peak fertility days. But my bbt has been dropping so I expect I'll be joining the bus next month. jbird and kaka. I am doing smep currently on 6dpo. Going to keep it up for a few months. Apparantly 40% chance of conceiving each month. :-))). That how I conceived my last pregnancy (though ended in mc) but conceived in first month trying

AF arrived today, really pissed off, plus got horrible cramps. Oh, and to top it all, arrived home to find DH at home early - he has been sacked. Fucking brilliant. The complete arses at the company he started work for only 4 months ago have decided 'his face doesn't fit' - after 4 months of hard slog and introducing new systems etc, they now think they don't need them.

The air was blue in our house this evening. After losing my gran in March, the pregnancy in May, and not this in June - what bloody next?

At least I am not up the duff, it would be another thing to worry about. Not sure if we will try this month - partly I am optimistic he will find something else, he has been applying as soon as he got home, part of me thinks I will just worry about money. He has to be paid for 3 months, as he is still on contract till then, and we have enough savings to last a bit more than that, but they were meant to be for mat leave.

Well, I'm 4 days from first +OPK so have dutifully dtd every night since - if I'm sticking to SMEP I shouldn't do anything tonight but (tmi) am in the mood for it Do you all think I should hold off, or just do it anyway? Is there a reason for the night off on SMEP?
