I ran on Sunday morning and Monday evening and since then have failed to do planned runs on Wed, Thurs or this morning. I deserve my fatness. Bah. Maybe tomorrow, though I am going to a wedding that afternoon, and probably need a clear 5 hours to deforest my legs.

Rasp I can totally empathise. This time last year I reduced my hours at work from FT to 3 days a week because I just wasn't coping with life. Hang in there.

It's has nothing to do with deserving and undeserving. That's something I had to get my head round when I had my counselling session. We've done nothing wrong to "deserve" this situation, it's is merely the sucky hand we've been dealt.

Anyway I have been shopping. Items bought include 2x piss sticks, a black pashmina, alright then SCARF, and a black silk flower thing for my hair. Having now tried it on, it looks like nothing other than a gymkhana rosette for some fat little Annabelle or Lucinda's pony. Will have to rethink, bearing in mind only shop here is New Look.

Hester imagine having been raised to marry Mr A, to turn a blind eye when you found him in bed with a couple of upper-crust lovelies, to have your teeth fixed, your nose narrowed, exist on 500 calories a day and never voice an opinion. And I don't for one moment believe she was an insta-differ, she was smoking in France during "those pics" - that's the behaviour of someone who's given up. Or maybe she just went on hols, relaxed and it happened!
