No AF, three days late! BFN x 2! Anyone experience this & get a positive later?

I’m three days late for AF and every month I’m like clockwork but done a test and got a BFN. I’ve got sore nipples, sickness and fatigue and keep needing to pee. I’m going to do another in the morning and hoping I get a BFP. Anyone else had this and what would you suggest?

This is my first post. Me and my husband are on our fourth month of TTC. Last month I had a shorter cycle than normal at 25 days and now I am on day 28 this month which is the norm when I was on the pill.I have had some cramping last week so thought my AF was going to appear, however it's still not. I do have brown discharge showing only when I wipe and it's wet. I did a test yesterday and got a BFN but my sample was poor. Has anyone ever experienced this and been pregnant? We are so desperate and both in our 20's and fit and healthy.

Exactly and how much of the symptoms are coincidence! Still no AF still BFN thanks for everything from everyone on this thread I will let you all know either way x

thanks lees. constipation and heartburn are both symptoms. but then almost everything seems to be a preg symptom . still hoping you get a bfp!

Thanks guys that gives me a but of hope! Although I have no symptoms so am doubtful! Although constipated and heart burn not sure if they are symptoms or not? Certainly don't feel sick :(

I had the same as MrsHB BFN until a week late, when I was scanned they put me back a week slid obviously ovulated later than average. Fx for you

Don't know if this helps but AF was a week late before I got a BFP. I'd had 6 negatives before from various types of tests. I just 'knew' I was pregnant but kept getting negatives. I'd recently miscarried, was desperate to be pregnant again & thought my body was playing horrible tricks.

That BFP is now 6 months old & asleep on me at the moment.

yeah, stress probably doesn't help matters.

I've just registered with a new doctor today who is lovely and very understanding of the situation. I'm hoping she's going to refer me on to a specialist at long last .

Trinpy that's an awful thing for your mum to say . Tell her to wind her neck in, it's no wonder you are feeling stressed which won't help matters.

Hmm I have been obsessing over the whole thing a bit so I wonder if that's why it's delayed! Was out tonight and didnt really think about it so was hoping relaxing would bring it on. Well good luck to everyone who go AF for next month :)

How strange, thats so similar to what I had. The tiniest drops of brown blood for 3.5 days and then pinkish on day 10.

I hope you get your bfp soon. I think I must be broken...

Well if my cycle was 28 days this time which they have been up till now the discharge started 5dpo and lasted 6 days. My periods are very heavy and I didn't even need a pad for this. I then had a tiny pink dot when I wiped on what would be about 10dpo but nothin apart from that but now (assuming a 28 day cycle) I'm 3 days late! I reckon just keep shaggin in case that was my period lol!

I had perfect cycles before ttc too. My mum keeps telling me she can't understand why I'm having so many problems because all the women in our family, inc her, get pregnant at the drop of a hat, first month trying .

Hmmm I had 6 days of something started off as brown discharge And mainly stayed like that wih the odd light coloured blood. Wonder if that could have been an early period for me too! God I was so regular when not ttc!!!

Sorry to hear you all had af. Day 25 for me... The doctors suspect that a hormona imbalance is causing my erractic cycles, so I'm wondering if that also caused me to have a very early period. I had bleeding on and off between 6-10 dpo. It was only the tiniest drops of blood but maybe that was my lot for this month.

Booo hiss. AF here and she means business. Ouch. :( Oh well.

Sorry to hear that penny31 seems that a "late" AF but BFN is not something to get excited about :( I just wish none would come now so that I can focus on next month! Although this messes up all my dates!
