Sorry AF got you BabyFaker :(

Penny31 · 20/03/2013 17:32

Meant to say sorry about AF to babyfaker too. It's a big disappointment, hope you get your BFP soon

Penny31 · 20/03/2013 17:29

And still no AF or BFP! Getting slightly mad now! AF is usually so regular on or around 15th of every month. Feb was a short month so should have been on or around 16th 17th. If I was pg, tests should show positive now surely?

Penny31 · 20/03/2013 16:53

I have heavy periods but no other symptoms on that list! :)

Wardy17 · 20/03/2013 16:48

Sorry AF got you babyfaker

OneLittleToddleTerror · 20/03/2013 16:32

penny do you have any of the symptoms here?

www.nhs.uk/Conditions/endometriosis/Pages/Symptoms.aspx

Penny31 · 20/03/2013 16:27

Good point about Google, I should step away! Dr Google. Tells me it is hereditary so I automatically go into a panic!

Will be patient for a little while longer.

QuietNinjaTardis · 20/03/2013 16:21

I'd give it a few months penny cos if you don't have any symptoms then fingers crossed you don't have endometriosis and will fall pregnant quite quickly. If you have no luck after a few months then you can get it investigated.

Boooooo to af babyfaker.

TakingTheStairs · 20/03/2013 16:04

Aww babyfaker I'm sorry hear the witch got you.

Hi Penny,

I'd maybe schedule a telephone consultation with your doc and see what they say. They'll hopefully put your mind at ease. No point panicking, that won't achieve anything. And... step away from Dr Google. He is not your friend ;)

Penny31 · 20/03/2013 15:33

Hi all

Been talking to my mum who had miscarriages and a nightmare pregnancy with me. I'm an only child. She had endometriosis and I've just googled it and discovered it can be hereditary!

Should I panic and get checked out? I'm 33 and in my first month of TTC.....

Appreciate your thoughts

TobyLerone · 20/03/2013 15:05

:( sorry to hear that.

BabyFaker · 20/03/2013 15:03

Was utterly convinced I was going to get a bfp this morning as was two days late but bfn then AF came right after.

Bugger.

I'm staying away from poas for as long as I can. I have 1 IC left, 1 FRER (I think) and 1 clearblue. So I wana wait to get the best result I can.

gilly86 · 20/03/2013 14:15

OI theboob get in the antenatal topics preggers! Wink Lol x

theboob · 20/03/2013 14:13

Jelly are you going to poas ?
I'm still lurking Wink

gilly86 · 20/03/2013 13:43

OMG jellybean I was about to post the same thing...
I'm 8dpo and CM was thick, creamy in colour and resembled a blob of snot in terms of consistency. Sorry that's really gross.
Anyway I've been really bunged up in general for the last few days.. Bunged up nose and phlegmmy throat.

JellyBeanDavey · 20/03/2013 13:25

Ladies put down your strawberries and cream... I don't want to put you off.

Today I had some CM which was a thick creamy substance and colour of custard cream. I didn't touch it bcos I was to wimpy. But anyone had this? I've been having cramps or uncomfortableness for a few days now, indigestion/sicky feeling, tiredness. I'm day 65 now! Boooo!

OneLittleToddleTerror · 20/03/2013 13:23

Ariel if you are feeling brave, come and join us on the November antenatal bus.

Queen if you ovulate late, your AF should be late too if your luteal phase hans't changed. And I think it usually doesn't.

Wardy17 · 20/03/2013 13:20

Thanks quiet

TakingTheStairs · 20/03/2013 13:17

queenofclean
10-14 days from ovulation to AF.

QueenofClean · 20/03/2013 13:16

Thanks ladies still confused tho.

If I happened to ov late is it still 2weeks from time of ovulation till AF arrives or would AF arrive when you expect it that little bit earlier?!

Have a feeling AF not far away tho. With DD2 I knew 4days before AF was due as I needed to pee all the time. I have nothing like that at the moment same as with DD1 - didn't get a BFP till I was 16weeks gone with her.

Congratulations Ariel

Managed to step away from the sticks this morning, will try to hold off until Saturday. No promises mind! Grin

QuietNinjaTardis · 20/03/2013 12:32

Wardy if you ovulated on cd19 or 20 and you're a 32 day cycle then that's at least a 12 day luteal phase which is ok as far as I know.

Fingers crossed that you get your bfp soon queen

Congrats ariel!

Wardy17 · 20/03/2013 11:26

queen it's not over until AF arrives. I hope she doesn't!!! FX for you x
