Newbies very welcome provided they meet the entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 3+months, must have a special pot, NO instadiffers) and bring a bouquet of sausages when they join!

Ah is clomid the first step of the fertility journey? I have seen many people mention it but I have no idea!

BoodleBonnetParade · 31/03/2013 22:37

Thank yooooooou! I'm really hoping that AF holds off just a little bit this month as if I get prescribed Clomid, I think you usually get told to start it on CD5. If LP is 9 days this month (and it usually is) then my appointment is on CD6! Doh! I'll have to wait a full cycle to get started on it!

EasterBunnyGirlie · 31/03/2013 22:21

Fingers crossed for your appointment boodle

BoodleBonnetParade · 31/03/2013 22:10

Actually, on the boob front, I can't believe how utterly wrong I used to be about my back size. In my late teens/early 20s I can definitely remember buying 34 or 36 backs. I'm actually a 28 or a 30 and it's such an amazing difference!

BoodleBonnetParade · 31/03/2013 21:57

Barking! Woop! It's felt like a long time coming...I just hope I get a nice specialist who takes my LP worries seriously.

I feel like I have plenty of boobage spare but I have a teeny tiny backsize so, actually, it's probably an average amount with a big letter!

Is anyone else feeling out of sync with the clocks? I'm all over the place today but I think that's because we were out very, VERY late last night! I went to bed less than an hour before I usually take my temp!

EasterBunnyGirlie · 31/03/2013 21:55

Oh can I get some cleavage please lol, always been a crappy a cup [busad]

CharmingCats · 31/03/2013 21:46

Hey bunny!

CharmingCats · 31/03/2013 21:46

I have some cleavage to spare too...
frog how is the ceiling etc now?

EasterBunnyGirlie · 31/03/2013 21:36

Yay I have some berry friends tonight!!!!!

BookTart · 31/03/2013 21:33

If it is cleavage you want frog, I've got plenty to spare. The norks hurt like wotsit when I was diffed as well, which is sort-of how I know I'm going to be out this month because they don't hurt! Fertility man said we'd been timing dtd ever so slightly wrong as well, so I'm not expecting much joy this month.

Easter was never this big a thing before, was it? I didn't get an egg either, and my mum was visiting as well and she didn't get me one either! [buangry]

Hope everyone has had a nice Easter :)

barkingtreefrog · 31/03/2013 21:26

Apologies, catching up and will quickly forget who I'm replying to...

peanut If I hadn't started temping I wouldn't have had a clue about my much later than average Ov or my ridiculously short luteal phase, so it taught me a lot and means I have a concern to take to the fertility clinic (16 days for me boodle!!). It helped give me a reason for no pg despite over 14 months of ttc at that point, which I like to think has helped moderate the craziness. A little. It helps me to believe that my LP is the problem and hopefully the fc will give me closed to lengthen it therefore I will immediately graduate to the state of upduffment. This is the belief that is currently keeping me sane.

This whole Easter bunny and Easter tree thing? Bloody ridiculous if you ask me. I told DP repeatedly I would like an Easter egg. Hints don't work. Apparently explicit requests don't either Confused .

On the boobs - not a lot here either. I've always wanted to get pg just to see if I could manage a cleavage!! Blush And to get a child. Obviously. I think there are other options if it was just the cleavage I was after.

EasterBunnyGirlie · 31/03/2013 21:12

Hello ladies that have made it the berry parade this evening!

BoodleBonnetParade · 31/03/2013 20:41

Hello, Berries! Just skimming what I've missed the last few days! Frog, water dripping through the ceiling can never be good news, can it?! Hope it's all fixed!

5 DPO for me and a weekend of alcohol indulgence means I don't trust my temps at all! We did well-timed shagging, but that doesn't mean much to me any more; I fully expect AF to be along sometime in the next few days. At least I am now only 10 days away from my referral to the fertility specialist.

CharmingCats · 31/03/2013 20:10

I had an easter tree in my classroom, but more as a teaching aid for RE....

CharmingCats · 31/03/2013 20:10

Had the day with in-laws and 20 month old nephew. He's lovely. Can't quite say my name yet and it sounds as though he's saying something rude. Can't say what as it would out me, but am hoping it doesnt become my family name.

Am feeling sick and weird too. I got this when I was taking the pregnacare too, though, so may not be anything. I'm tempted to pimp tomorrow, though!!

EasterBunnyGirlie · 31/03/2013 19:37

Hey, back from the in-laws, spent the aftie with my nephew and niece which only makes it tougher again!

Easter trees and carrots for imaginary bunnies?!? Seriously?!?

Hubby says I'm being a real narky cow, oh I can't help it! I don't think he realises that I'm never gonna be properly happy again till I get me a baby! It's the first thing I think about when I get up and the last thing I pray about at night! Why don't men get it?!?!?

Frogcatcher · 31/03/2013 17:40

Yep pip I saw on Facebook that someone I know was putting a carrot out for the Easter bunny for their kids!

Just had a rather too eventful afternoon that dragged me off my pity sofa - when I had a shower at 2pm a load of water started dripping through the bathroom ceiling. Cue panic phone call to DP who had to come home early from work & sort emergency plumber. At least it means we are 2 hours later for family gathering.

Tallyra · 31/03/2013 15:21

and you are right about the easter thing pip, it's much bigger than it used to be. a friend of mine even bought an 'easter tree' ffs!! Shock

Tallyra · 31/03/2013 15:16

temping and opk lead me to believe I may be ovulating today. dh wants to have a nice afternoon off as we did so much housework yesterday, and we may end up in the bedroom, but that means being careful as we are not supposed to get duffed yet. gah! how annoying!

Frogcatcher · 31/03/2013 13:46

bunny my DP is in the emergency services so I feel i can't complain when he is being so public spirited in his job but he should be here instead impregnating me! I hope the county appreciates what he does & what I am sacrificing!

Frogcatcher · 31/03/2013 13:43

Oh and as for time to do it most people set alarms to do it at same time every day but I've just been doing it as soon as I wake up. I'm not good at waking up & an alarm might tip DP over the edge. If you work shifts I guess you just do it whenever you wake up from sleep even if that is later in the day but accept that data may not be as accurate.

Frogcatcher · 31/03/2013 13:40

peanut the temping has reassured me that despite the OPK evidence I do seem to be ovulating. I am still hoping that the only reason I'm still TTC is that we've not been DTD at the right time. My old app used to assume CD15 & that seems to be wrong for me esp as my cycles are a tiny bit irregular. I want to be armed with as much info as poss if I do have to go to the GP.

Def on sofa of pity here today. DP is working till 4, I'm still in PJs & feeling miserable which is a sure sign AF imminent. To top it off we have to go round to his ridiculously fertile sisters for dinner tonight. She got accidentally pg in her teens and again at 40 [busad]. If I get asked about babies (which they usually do) I think today might be the day I lose it & burst into tears.

EasterBunnyGirlie · 31/03/2013 12:13

Staying on the pity sofa today (metaphorically as actually got to go out to the in-laws for lunch), having a proper mid month wobble, why isn't it working, why am I not pregnant, why don't I have a baby rah rah ranty pants!!!

Life really is a bitch!

Pipbin · 31/03/2013 11:25

Happy Easter all.

When did Easter become a thing? I'm sure when I was a kid it used to pass almost without mention. Yes there were chocolate eggs but that was about it.

EasterBunnyGirlie · 31/03/2013 11:06

Happy Easter!!! I see the berries are busy bunnies this weekend, I feel like there is hardly anybody around to chat too, I have been considering cheating on you all (looking at other threads) [buwink]
