Well I am dusting down the drivers seat and kick starting the April bus for those the BFP fairy missed on the lucky Mad March bus. Fingers crossed the destination for this one is 'Baby Central'.

Thanks gilly, this is my first normal cycle since mmc in Nov and just really thought when it all happened in nov that I would be pg again by now which is silly really. Just took periods so long to get back to normal. Just fed up really. Had loads of sex during fertile week but none since, stupid mistake.

Sorry, I hope I'm not bringing you all down x

gillywillywoo · 28/03/2013 14:39

Sorry to hear you're feeling down wardy Sad

It's not over til AF arrives so you just never know... And if AF does come then just get through it and focus on dtd lots for another month!
I'm only on my second month of trying now and I already feel impatient... It will happen eventually and we are all in it together! Smile
Xx

Wardy17 · 28/03/2013 13:27

I am feeling really down today I have convinced myself I am not pg this month, I have no symptoms and had some stretchy cm yesterday (hardly any) but if that was fertile cm then I've totally missed the boat. I calculate myself to me 9/10 dpo I have zero symptoms, I got positive OPK on 17th and 18th but google says that doesn't mean I've ovulated. So confused and miserable.

2014 just seems so long away

Sorry for my moaning!!!!

CandlestickOlder · 28/03/2013 13:21

Don't give up Lisa you might ovulate on cd 15/16 or later!

weechops · 28/03/2013 12:58

Padster sounds like you have it pretty well covered!

Lisa you're definitely still in with as chance. Fingers crossed :)

lisbapalea · 28/03/2013 09:50

I think I may have failed already for April - I am on CD8 today and have so far failed to DTD. My cycles are short at c.21-25 days, so assuming I have a luteal phase of 14days I would need to have started DTD on Monday, which was CD5 (yep, while AF was still with me!).

Have had an absolute week from hell with work with horrendous early starts and late finishes, which has meant I have been totally knackered. Last night my knackeredness made me moody so DH and I argued instead of DTD! Grrrr!!

I need to be sweetness and light tonight and hope that actually my luteal phase is shorter than 14 days so I might still be in with a chance for this month.

On the plus side, I haven't noticed any OV symptoms, no CM, nothing, so am hoping I am still in with a chance.

PistachioTruffle · 28/03/2013 09:24

I've given up temping for this month CandlestickOlder, I missed a few and the others were all over the place, might try again next month.

CandlestickOlder · 28/03/2013 07:45

Fx padster! You may well have it covered Smile

Speaking of fertility friend, my temps are all over the place. Came crashing down today to 35.97. Looked so low I popped it straight back in my mouth - 36.69. ConfusedConfused Is there any point?!

padster75 · 28/03/2013 07:29

Ok Ladies I need some brain help.

CD 21, DTD on 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 & 19, FF says I ov CD18 ....... do you guys reckon I've got it covered? I have no idea as CM is non existent with the anti-histamines I am currently having to take.

Away for the long Easter weekend, so catch up with you all next week sometime. Have a peaceful and happy Easter. Stay safe & be naughty Wink

Hello all, just had a little catch up. pads you did make me 'lol' xx
Mad day here. Got another one 2moro. 27 kids at my holiday club! Bring on all the fun easter activities :) hopefully there is the threads first BFP waiting round the corner. Exciting :D

FraterculaArctica · 27/03/2013 23:16

Can I join too? TTC#1, cycle 1. Don't think there's much chance this month, only DTD once (ovulated 23rd or 24th, I think), but at least we got started!

Springbells · 27/03/2013 22:03

Candle - thanks, that's really good to know! Roll on a busy Easter weekend! Wink

Wardy17 · 27/03/2013 22:02

Thanks Candle, FX for you too xx

CandlestickOlder · 27/03/2013 21:24

And you only have a short window after ov. Better the sperm is waiting there! Smile

CandlestickOlder · 27/03/2013 21:24

There is something on that in taking charge Spring. Recommends on how much to DTD if your partners sperm isn't perfect. From what I have read, every other day is ok and sperm does need time to recharge

Springbells · 27/03/2013 21:21

Ladies - quick (and probably daft) question, is there such a thing as too often dtd? Was planning on every day over ovulation, but just checking this doesn't affect quality as far as anyone knows? Thanks Grin

Zeuxippe · 27/03/2013 20:53

Ooh exciting to hear about all the potential symptoms! I'm at most 6 dpo today but had some slight twinges 'down there' and have convinced myself it's implantation!

barebranches · 27/03/2013 20:48

have had breakthrough once before but it was red not brown.... gaaaggggghhh hate the waiting week. roll on 6th april for my bfp!!!

Springbells · 27/03/2013 20:43

Bare - sounds like spotting. Could be implantation or break through bleeding. Do you ever get break through bleeding/spotting before af?

CandlestickOlder · 27/03/2013 20:41

Ooh I won't! Love the anonymity of MN and name changing makes me feel much better about it all Grin

I am fx for you and have a positive vibe about this month for you!

Update from me: am on cd 8. Last month my temp tracking said I ovulated on cd18 but I only tracked half the month. So going to DTD every three days - just not realistic to do it more often than that for me and DP. So days 6 9 12 15 18 and if I do then ov maybe squeeze in 19!

Wardy17 · 27/03/2013 20:26

candle you'll have to remind me I have a memory like a siv!!!

CandlestickOlder · 27/03/2013 20:23

Good luck Wardy x

(It's me again, the name changer Wink )

barebranches · 27/03/2013 20:04

what about browny tinged cm?

Bajas · 27/03/2013 19:51

Vivid pregnancy dream, not vivid pregnancy!

Bajas · 27/03/2013 19:51

Ooh pistachio could be a good sign then. Between that, the vivid pregnancy and the rotten cold (lowered immunity) I'm trying not to convince myself I'm pregnant as it'd be a long 2ww for me (or 3 week or 4 week with my cycles!)
