Ok so I did my frer and a bfp shot up as soon as the pee hit the stick and the test line was darker than the control line, so I've waited and done my digi and it said "pregnant 3+"
I guess I ovulated earlier this cycle, kinda shocked but me and DF are over the moon.

Thanks gilly! I had lots of EWCM of Friday actually....you only ovulate for a day don't you? Best DTD tonight just in case!

Last month I had a positive OPK on CD16... On CD17 the line was just as dark and on CD18 the line was even darker which I didn't think was possible as it was already very dark!

I had EWCM on CD17 and CD18 however my bbt didn't rise until CD20 so I think I actually ovulated on CD18 or CD19... Which was annoying because I was away with family WITHOUT DH by that point!

Anyway.. You might as well dtd some more!

Charting isn't as complicated as it sounds...

I have the fertility friend app on my phone... And also one called "my cycles plus".

Every morning as soon as I wake up (has to be the same time every day) I take my temp... I use a bbt thermometer I bought on amazon made my "babymad" and it was £4.99!

I put the temp into the app and the app does the rest.

My temps range between 36.1 - 36.4 for the first half of my cycle... Once is ovulated there is a sharp rise and my temps range between 36.7 - 37.1 for the second half of the month.

If you are pregnant then the temp remains high... If AF is on the way my temp drops a day or so before!

Basically we dtd as much as poss before my temp rises cos once its risen its generally too late and you have already OV'd.

It always matches up with symptoms and OPKs as well so it's quite interesting! X

I also have a bit of pain/cramping in ovary area that's why I wondered if I was actually ovulating now but surely not 4 days after a positive opk?

No I don't chart my bbt....I don't know how :s will look into it if I have no success this month. I hope I did have it covered :) did my best! Lol

I'm in my first month of using OPKs, so I don't know, Penny. I haven't had a positive yet, but my app says I should ovulate on Weds, so it'll be interesting to see if they tie up.

Penny I reckon you had probably OV'd already and it sounds like you covered it dtd-wise

I got a strong positive on opk on thurs. DTD tues, Thursday, fri, sat. I still have a very faint positive on opk today. Is it likely that I have ovulated now??

Thanks gilly! We DTD the Thursday and Friday and I thought I was going to ov on Sat but may have yesterday. Hoping if I did yesterday than the swimmers from Friday stuck around! Will try tonight but DP is working really late
