Shuffles in to join the circle. Like the penguins, less like the cause. The protections against the cold is apt though, I felt a horrible cold feeling in mu stomach when I read bugs post.

I then cut up some root ginger as a home made warming drink, it is disgusting

The spotting/discharge is fairly common I think. Doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem. Brown stuff can fuck off and leave you alone.
