Hello ladies

I would like to start a thread/bus/merry-go-round to meet, get support and share with ladies in the same boat as me:

TTC baby no 1!

Will you join me and see it through to the BFP?!

A bit about me - I'm 29, DP is 35. This will be our first child.

Thank god for Fridays! Love them!

Was at a wedding fair there - massively excited and its taken my mind right off TTC lol x

ELA88 · 22/02/2013 16:51

It's Friday night! Woop! I just wanted to bump this up! Xx

ELA88 · 21/02/2013 21:54

I've got 3 episodes recorded to watch! The water birth was the shortest labour ever! They only half filled the pool before the baby was born! I'm watching the twins one now!

PistachioTruffle · 21/02/2013 21:50

Fairy, yes, they seemed to be a really happy couple and she had a gorgeous family too.

Fairydogmother · 21/02/2013 21:41

I watched a taped one tonight! Lovely woman on who was having twins

PistachioTruffle · 21/02/2013 21:39

I love a bit of One Born, ELA88. I'm watching it now, haven't got to the water birth yet.

ELA88 · 21/02/2013 20:36

I'm watching my guilty pleasure now of one born every minute! Is it sad I'm excited there's a water birth on it?!

PistachioTruffle · 21/02/2013 20:02

I keep getting confused between this thread and the March Bfp one, whoops!

Hope those who were feeling off are feeling a little better.

Fairydogmother · 21/02/2013 19:59

Hi there

I have had a few off days lately and it sucks! Do feel much better for being able to rant a wee bit here tho x

ELA88 · 21/02/2013 19:55

I was like that last week, I was so completely fed up and miserable I think I made myself feel ill, my poor dh couldn't do a thing right! Having this week off work has definitely made me feel better, sometimes a good rant helps too! Xxx

pixie0602 · 21/02/2013 16:25

Thanks ELA... It's prob me having a few bad days... It doesn't help that DP doesn't want to dtd xx

ELA88 · 21/02/2013 15:16

Oh no pixie hope you're feeling better soon xxx

pixie0602 · 21/02/2013 13:39

Hi ladies..been M.I.A last couple of weeks so congrats to all the bfp's and hi to the the newbies.... Feeling really shitty at the moment and really overwhelmed so may have to delay the ttc til I feel a bit more myself :-(

Fairydogmother · 21/02/2013 09:50

even i'm happy to give up my anniversary alcoholic celebrations for this! tho i'd really been looking forward to a nice bottle of wine with dinner lol. but this is far more important than wine!

i think i saw the clearblue digital ones on offer in tescos - they are massively expensive still tho! x

ELA88 · 21/02/2013 08:32

Same here! I used the 2 I had last month and haven't bought anymore! Ill try and hold out as long as I can! It is an overwhelming urge to know though! Aww hopefully you won't be able to have champagne then! Xxx

Fairydogmother · 21/02/2013 08:25

i have to say that if theres a test in the house i get an overwhelming urge just to use it even tho i know it'lll be a no! strange that i am lol.

our anniversary is next week so we were planning on going out on sat 2 march for a nice dinner. i'll know next week whether i can have champagne or not! x

ELA88 · 21/02/2013 08:17

Ooo! Good luck! Mine is due the following Monday so ages yet! I'm not sure whether to buy a test or just wait and see after Monday if AF turns up. I hate seeing the bfn's xxx

Fairydogmother · 21/02/2013 07:11

Due next Thursday/ Friday. So could see maybe next Tuesday/ Wednesday?! X

ELA88 · 20/02/2013 22:27

fairy when's AF due? I've still got 10 days till AF so trying not to think about it yet xxx

Fairydogmother · 20/02/2013 21:47

Thank you! Mega excited to wear it lol.

Anybody else feeling very mighty pissed off at waiting to POAS?! I've had cramping today - very mild but annoying. Hoping that's a good sign... X

123234345 · 20/02/2013 13:54

Fairydogmother - wow that is a fabulous dress. Hope you have a fab day!

I'm jealous of all of you with partners wanting lots of sex! Mine is willing but works very long hours so we aren't doing it as much as we should :-( Having said that, I'm not sure I could cope with a husband demanding sex at 5:30am!

Fairydogmother · 19/02/2013 20:35

I've ridden my horse and done 5k on the exercise bike so happily stuffing my face with aunt Bessie's crinkle cut chips in a butty lol Grin

ELA88 · 19/02/2013 20:24

I had chips and saveloy for lunch so had a healthy salad dinner! Glad I did really as supersize v superskinny is making me feel a bit sick! Xxx

Fairydogmother · 19/02/2013 20:16

I def feel better actually being able to talk about things with other people too!

It's all so hush hush normally!

Having an alcohol free beer and chips - healthy dinner not lol x

ELA88 · 19/02/2013 20:02

Aww get better wakey! Maybe it will make you feel better? My DH seems to think its a cure for all? Xxx
