Here we go Brookers, it's been a long year with lots of BFPs and newborn snuggles for the Brookers. We're just a sleigh-ride away from 2013, when the rest of us will get our get our 12 week scans (because of course we will all have BFPs under the christmas tree this year!)

So come all ye brookers, it's tinsel and baubels all the way!

My inlaws have recently moved and are yet to clean their old flat....ive just had to clean their bloody oven...wtf! I dont even do mine!!!! Sad

I'm not a fan of testing. If af doesn't come you're pregnant. I think early testing options drive us mad.

Griff hugs. It really does suck. And that's all there is to it. Vent, cry, rage on us. I hear you, as do many other lovely brookers.

ohh thanks ladies! i have an asda one and a sainsburys one, i'm going to try some self control (what the f is that lol) and wait a day or two before testing again with a diff test.....wish me luck Smile

I didn't test until the day after AF was due. I used Amazon cheapies and never got a strong line. They say that they are super sensitive but that is a lie.

Same here sparks, only a very faint ic line when all the other tests (I did a few to make sure) were screaming pregnant, good luck Cleo and Griff

cleo if you're near an asda pick up one their tests, I got my Internet cheapies from amazon and the line remained super faint even when AF was late by over a week!! Just saying!!

griff sorry if AF is lurking, but you never know until she is actually here!!!

Thanks cleo just after posting got te mst horrible pains so I think I'm safe to say I'm out Sad onto month 28 I go - this really is a nightmare.

hey sparkly Im testing with amazon ones (they are meant to pick up 10ml rather than the usual 25ml), same type as the opks I used and they worked fine. I have some cramping today Sad but at the mo its more like OV pain than AF pain if that makes sense? I hope im juse testing too early FX

Some advice please - AF due yesterday/today. Not actually here yet having mild cramping on an off for about 3 days no spotting and no real symptoms whatsoever. Is there any chance or is AF on he way?

It has been a very active festive period on the antenatal side of thing and I think there are a few more brooking babies waiting to put in an appearance. Am looking at you tinytock Wink

keep it must be more intense for you when visitors come to visit, you really can not avoid it. I would imagine she will be showing by 15/16 weeks too. I feel for you my dear. will you be young through IUI when she is visiting too?

Geek how have you Yule celebrations gone? are they all over with now?

Cleo it isn't over until proper AF arrives and even then doesn't mean anything just give it a few more days and test again after af is actually due, but all sounding very positive for you

I am on day 6 of taking climaval, which I think is HRT, but I take 6mg rather than the standard 2mg. It has been ok, just feel normal apart from being a bit more frisky than normal Blush Blush but that could be done to being off from work I have to ring the clinic to make an appointment for late next week to be scanned to check womble lining. if all is ok they give me something else to bring on my period and then I will start my down reg jabs to line my cycle with the donor. not sure how long this will all take but things are moving forward Grin Grin
