Keep I'm waiting for IVF appointment too, we have had all our test done. We are waiting on an appointment with the consultant to give us results and our treatment plan. According to the local forum this normally takes 3 months & it's been about 1 month already so we have still got a while to wait.

I've reduced my hours at work to hopefully help reduce my work related stress. So of course I'm on course for a super ironic BFP as if I get pregnant now I'll get a lot less money on maternity leave.

cartoon I think my weight gain is down to all the drugs/hormones I have been taking. I am on hrt rather than the pill but am sure it is very similar. I am really cutting back now and no booze so fingers crossed this will help

Just a quickie again, work is super-busy today!

On the weight gain/loss, some interesting stats from my WW meeting last night. My leader's Saturday group came first for the regional Christmas Weight Gain Cup - 127lb between 25 people! One person put on 13lb in the Christmas fortnight. My group came second (but I can't remember the figures) but we still managed a 10lb loss. I lost 3.5lb, MrG lost 1lb and another girl lost 3lb.

Thanks for your responses about 30 day shred, I've placed an amazon order for it and a yoga for weightloss DVD so hopefully I'll drop those last 4.5lbs pronto, get to goal then pile it all back on as pregnancy weight

keep i did somehow manage to just drop 4 or 5lbs the week before the wedding so i just keep telling myself its not really half a stone and of course the stupid riods dont help. the drip is basically all fat as well! so ive got no hope now! yes my parents know as do dh's. my dad came with me to the clinic yesterday and stayed until dh got there.

keep we didn't keep the meds, menopur or cetrotide, in fridge but it is a lot cooler here than where you are so it is worth asking the same clinic. I would say to dh that you were scanning I player and saw it otherwise just watch it on your own!!

keep no news from the clinic yet, I was sort of hoping we'd get a letter yesterday. But being a bit realistic, that was unlikely, it might seem to be the most important thing in my life at the moment, but I'm sure I'm not that important in their eyes.

DP has made a new year resolution to be healthier, so I'm hoping it lasts more than a week or two and then results in improved sperm which will lead to my ironic pre-ivf BFP? Unrealistic? Me? :o

I'm still here. Hard a cancelled clomid iui cycle last month, as clomid made my lining too thin. Am having letrozole and iui this month, scan tomorrow, eek. Then unstimulated iui next month, and if hopefully in March. I think our clinic always does short protocol, but will meet re the details in a month.

There's been only boo sparks and just recently face since the triple whammiers. Is that really right...? Antenatal will be quiet so we'd better up our game.

Well done on the weight loss geek and pilates sweetie. I was annoyed to have come back from holiday having lost 2kg! Those who know me know I want/need to put ON 2kg. I am currently having a banana muffin in the sun :-) and dh is trying to make me eat the same portion sizes as him!

Rash is slightly better thanks solars, though it seems to get worse at night. I said to dh I am prepared for if drugs to be much worse.

BTW solars sweetie did you have to keep your ivf drugs in the fridge?

solars I watched an episode of baby makers last night, I didn't realise I could watch the other episodes on I player! I actually cried through most of it, especially at the end when one of the couples got there positive test!! Oh dear lord nothing would stop the tears following!!!!

I had to periodically pause it and go cuddle Mrsparkes!!!

Couples who go through IVF (and this goes extra for brookers) are so strong, and so deserving of positive outcomes!!!

All tests complete this end. Still waiting for my CF results, but all other results are perfect apparently. Have just spent so much time chasing paperwork which is just so frustrating.

I'm good, I had a lap performed mid December to get rid of my endometrioma on my ovary and luckily they found no other endometriosis. I'm due for my follow up on Saturday and then we are registering with a new clinic for our next round of ivf. Have you & dh had all your tests completed now? How are you feeling about it all?

I've just been watching Baby Makers with DH, which was on last night. I started blubbing halfway through and DH made me turn it off and said it was like watching me go through ivf all over again I'm going to have to watch the rest without him now, looks like a good series though but I know what DH meant because I could definitely remember what I was thinking as each of the couples was going through all the same phases.

Sweetie I've also put on a bit of weight too, ever since the ivf in my case I think. Take it easy tmrw!
