TTC#2 - very exciting!! anyone want to join??!

Hya Thankyou, so need some advice ladies ok went to docs today she was a total b sorry she had no compassion tht I previously lost a child her responce was ye it's normal sO no we won't early scan you, I'm really pissed of and annoyed that a foc can just say its normal to loose a baby and happens all the time like wat kind of hope is she giving me??? Any way do you think I should book a private scan just to give me peice of mind I was thInking for then end of January ? An oh ye 4 gt to say I'm abt 5-6 weeks xxxx

Hellooo everyone, more the merrier? Tough journey padster good your here now though... And life... 'The fertile spray' I thought ey up I ve been missing something here. Made me laugh. Not really sure of all the abbreviations but we are ttc as of last month and I ve just had the 2ww ( am getting hang of it now!) alas period today. It's good to know my cycle has returned to its normal rhythm as have been breastfeeding my little on for (ever) 18 month and so only just started getting periods back 2 months ago... I know it's hugely annoying when people trot out the 'relax and it will happen' line...but that is what happened for me with ds1. More than 18 months of trying, then I got my dates wrong and we just had sex for fun and got the bfp.

So I'll be getting sloshed on champagne over Christmas and it'll be bound to happen right?!

Sorry for your BFPs Pearl, Cracker (there's hope still) and Hayle . Geez, it appears this was just not our month! Come on girls, lets get cracking over Christmas and get some New Year's BFPs! Alternatively, lets all just try and chill over Christmas, and actually try and enjoy ourselves without thinking babies every single second. Sigh.. if only! Well, I am definitely having champagne.

Not sure. I wavier between 26 day and 28 day cycles, so my period is either due tomorrow or Sunday. And yes, I'm a total poas addict. I'd do them twenty times a day if I could afford them.

Easier said than done cracker, especially if your a poas addict like me... When's your af due?

I was diagnosed with pcos about 15 years ago, met my oh 5 years ago and fell pregnant 9 months later, had my gorgeous ds then tried for a year for my 2nd ds now onto ttc #3, I tried for a long time in my previous relationship with no joy so when the time is right you will have your lo, good luck xxx

Sorry about your BFN pearl don't have any experience of PCOS but when I conceived DD I came off the pill about 6 months before we started TTC and it did take a few months for my cycle to become regular, hope it won't be long for you (or any of us)

Kbaby Congratulations dear .... I got this month's target now ... lets see if it works out for me this month or nt....

We started TTC from 14th-feb 2012 onwards, but I was unaware of me having PCOS, so then after natural trials till May... we went to the Gyn... where I discovered I have PCOS .... then ... she treated me with some B-Long and Ebexid [though i had no Thyroid issues] .... for 3-months, then she put me on Ebixid again and Crisanta [Birth control pills] for another 3-months, and all these months since my treatment started, my periods got regular with 28-30 days cycle. n

Now last month she gave me Duphaston 10 mg and continue Ebixid ..... so last month's period arrived after 6-days as expected ..... and I bled [sry TMI] for 2.5 days only ..... with no Pre- menstrual symptoms, no cramps nothing .... the 3rd day it was spotting ....

I have been in a tremendous stress last month .... may be that was the reason, co I got BFN today.

Hope i get pregnant 2-3 months from now.....

Thanks life it was hard but she's quite grown up for a nearly four year old tbh and so she knew what had happened just not in as much detail (obvs)

AF due anytime now... Been feeling a little damp down below. Sorry for tmi and random symptom spotting! Expecting AF Saturday but as I was 4 days early last cycle it could be anytime now. The bitch better stay away!!

On the plus side, ALL my pressies are wrapped so I'm good to go.

Lol sorry broke up MSG silly I pad.

I started him on WellCare conception for men, I also went holland and Barrett brought a supply if fish oil capsules. As they contain fatty acids which is another good thing to boost.
Then I put my self on pregnancies trying to conceive pills I started taking vitamin b complex, I also used conceive plus.
And purchased a cbfm monitor but tbh I wouldn't put to much trust in the monitor, and I can't Beleive I got my bfp that was the only thing I tried different and it worked mayb it was just luck either way it doesn't hurt to try new things. Xxx

Hayle - that must have been really difficult for you having your DD there at your 12 wk scan and finding out. Think you explained really well though. Really hope your daughter will get a sibling soon - even if she won't go anywhere near the nappies!

Threepiece - Welcome! This is a lovely thread with a supportive bunch of people. :-) I understand your frustration. We've been trying since Sept, so not quite as long as you - but our first was conceived first go, so you do start to wonder... I am sure it will happen though - we've all got to try and stay positive, even if it is difficult.

I was the same and tbh I just thought to my self I'm going to win this month I put him on a mix of vitamins me 2 used conceive plus and totally dtd every other night, don't give up after my mc I never thought I would fall again. Xxx

We're ttc #2 since April, got DD who is 2.10. Trying to stay upbeat and positive, which is working to some extent but can't help wondering why it's taking so bleedin' long.

Aww no way well hopefully it's guna spread now I just tried loads of different things I actually can't believed it worked and it must of been the stuff I tried, as I never fell the previous months. Xxx

Hi just did it said 2-3 weeks so just shows the cbfm is no were near accurate false positives. Ohhhh I'm excited but scared, still I'n shock . Xxx
