Anyone want to symptom spot with me?

waiting I think it's great to be excited. The dissapointment I've felt every month I haven't conceived is horrible but if I do get lucky enough to get pregnant I want to enjoy every bit including the anticipation of a bfp. I feel a bit silly when I'm showing my OH another bfn but one day....

I'm now CD40. No af but definitely something happening as I'm getting cramping now.

Waiting you can't help but get your hopes up eh? When I was trying for my 2nd ds I thought every month was the 1 and like you I get spotting for a few days before af but it never happened as much when I was ttc so every month I got my hopes up

linda that's very exciting for you! Still no sign for me, I normally spot a couple of days before hand so waiting for that today. Know I'm starting to get my hopes up far to much.

Husband works in Saudi so no chance of me going out there unfortunately, it's going to be a long term thing so we are starting ttc now and seeing what happens. Will be amazed if I get pg first cycle! Bet you are glad to have him back home now, best of luck!

Aww, yes I can understand how difficult it is to match up ovulation with times your partner is home. Fortunately for me my husband is now back permanently so I'm hoping we'll finally be successful!

meandmycats how many cat's you have? lol, you sound like me. DH works abroad, we have 5 windows of opportunity a year to ttc. Trying to match those up with ovulating is a mine field.

Hi all, still hanging on but now have zero symptoms :-( have 3 more days til when fertility nurse said I should test but not holding out much hope.

All this good news is making me mire hopeful for a Summer Hols baby Well done and/or good luck. How exciting

Ooh yes Katy! I've just been in Asda and tears sprang to my eyes when there wasn't any Glitter Berry J20 on the shelf! I hadn't even been wanting it, I'd just seen a TV advert for it so thought I'd look as I walked down the aisle and suddenly there were tears in my eyes!

Oh, and I also burst into tears twice today. Once when my DH told me I needed new boots as they were scuffed and another time when he told me my hair was looking a bit bouffant (later he said he meant it as a compliment)!

Anyone else feeling overly emotional?

I tested again yesterday morning, another bfn. Going to try again tomorrow morning (good job I bought some IC as I think I may be addicted!)

Have been exhausted all week, got a great night's sleep last night but have been literally dead on my feet since early afternoon. FC! xx

meandmycats it sounds like you didn't ha e a great chance before then so maybe your symptoms and dreams are telling you something

I worked in a kids' home as a residential care worker so was away a lot. That was until end of August so like you I should probably not worry too much and not think of all that time as "failing to conceive" more like missing the chance.

It's what I need/want more than anything too.

I pretty much convinced myself before we even tried this month that I would get pregnant because I had a dream that I have a baby girl next August. Generally speaking I don't have dreams that come true but I am really hoping that this one will!

Just installed -another- Pregnancy ap having read all the way to week 40 on the ones I already have. It calculated an estimated date of conception to be 16th Nov based on my last af and average cycle length. That adds up for me as I rember having no "chance" on my birthday, which was 14th, and OH doing his best to make it up to me the next day and one after that. I have pulled another -mindless superstition- thing out of the bag. This our 13th month of trying and 13 jas always been a significant number in our relationship.
Actually finding this desperate stew clutching of mine quite funny Oh and boobs are massive!!
CD 39 no AF. Everything is crossed ( excwpt mu arms which will not reach around massive boobs).

Hi all, I am 5dpo and started having 'symptoms' today. My stomach muscles are hurting as if I'd done sit-ups or something, which I haven't. I've been ttc for nearly 2 years now, although I suppose it's not really that long as my husband was away working for quite a lot of it and although he came back for visits the visits didn't always match up with my cycle.

I really, really hope I'm pregnant. All I've ever wanted is to be a mum, I'm now 31 and everyone I know seems to have kids already or is now pregnant (that's not actually true but really seems like it some days!)

I agree with tothemoon that's sounding very good padster. The veiny boobs particularly helpful!

I've noticed a couple of times in the last few days that I've been seeing 'stars' - like falling bits of glitter in my field of vision. Is that another one for my possible symptom list?!

It's annoying to still feel so "sure", I'm now just hoping that it'll be different later in the week if I test again. Clearly setting myself up for a big fall on Friday when AF due!
