I hope nobody else has started a May conception thread; April isn't going to be it for me, so onwards and forwards ladies!

am also waiting, but feel like af might be immenent tbh. have v.v sore boobs and for past few days have been wondering "am i pg" is it a sign, but (sorry, tmi) have just been to wee, and looked like pinky cm when i wiped. So af will prob appear in a few days i imagine. Feel really disappointed, really thought this could be my month. Oh well, onwards and upwards as they say! Good luck to you this month decafgirl x x

decafgirl · 07/05/2006 18:46

I'm doing ok thanks! I'm on day 12 of my 2 week wait and it's killing me (and poor demented dh!). I just want to know one way or the other. I was out with the girls from work last night and they were desperate for me to drink but I made up some lame ass excuse and stayed sober just on the off chance!

How's things with you?

pussycatmomma · 07/05/2006 18:32

hi decaf and trace, am around for a min. How are you decafgirl? dont see you around much, hows your ttc going honey? whats the latest on you?

decafgirl · 07/05/2006 18:27

Hello?

trace2 · 07/05/2006 17:23

anyone around?

trace2 · 07/05/2006 13:33

hi, wannbe i hope it has stopped, i remember you saying you bleed with ds so good luck, and tell them you need a scan, asap to know where you are. pussycat you still around??

coggy · 07/05/2006 13:23

I agree WannaBe...you need to get sorted out whatever way things turn out.
Honestly, if wishes could be....you would def. be pg with all of us desperate for you to be.
You are sensible to consider the bfn's but there is always a little hope eh?

wannaBe1974 · 07/05/2006 13:17

well I'm still a realist, as I've had nothing but bfn's I don't think that any pregnancy, if one existed, is viable, but something is definitely wrong and I need to know what.

coggy · 07/05/2006 13:16

Yes wannaBe...tell them exactly what you want. Hopefully you'll see that same doctor so that you don't have to go through the history again?
Maybe she'll do more for you as well after saying that she'd eat her hat?

Hopecat · 07/05/2006 12:50

Hey Wannabe: I've read that bleeding is very common in the first trimester, and heavy bleeding can signal miscarriage, but only in a third to a half of all cases. Which, actually, are pretty good odds.

Go bully your doctor! Grin

Debbsy · 07/05/2006 12:11

oh Wannabe maybe just maybe it could be good news as lots of women have bleeding in pregnancy,i really really hope this is the case for you,and wish you nothing but the very best of luck xxx

pussycatmomma · 07/05/2006 12:00

are you still around trace?

wannaBe1974 · 07/05/2006 11:59

morning all :)

firstly, skerriesmum many many congrats :) am so so happy for you.

Secondly, thank you everyone so much for kind messages on here, with the bfp's we've had on here I really didn't want to rain on anyone's parade, so it is so lovely to know that so many are so supportive.

I'm actually still very confused, yesterdy morning I had some bleeding and (tmi alert) lots and lots of cm. so assumed that af had arrived. as day progressed, the bleeding stopped but still had very mucousy discharge. This morning everything has stopped. Am still very simptomatic, nausious etc, I'm actually wondering if I could have been pregnant and this is a m/c, as af now seems to have stopped altogether. am going to go to gp on tuesday and demand a scan to check what, if anything is going on inside there.

wish things were simple ey, :O

hi all Smile can someone please tell me if i have missed some news from skerriesmum?? i think i read trace congratulating her, has she had a bfp??? skerriesmum - are you pg??? We seem to have had a run of bfps in last couple of days!
am on cd24.....no af yet but do seem to have all signs of imminent af, so i will just wait and see for now. Am quite hopeful this month, on one hand, but on the other, keep telling myself to keep it real and not be silly - why should this month be any different?! skerriesmum, if you have had a bfp- congrats sweetiepie x x

flowertot · 07/05/2006 08:36

Maaza - how was Take That? All reports have been fab so sure you had a great time. I'm having same PMT sypmtoms as you, heavy boobs, back ache, feeling yuk but still 10 days before its due. Due to hubby being poorly we didn't manage to bd after CD9 so can't imagine I could be pregnant but just want time to rush on by so can get started again next month. And this time I'm not telling him anything about dates!

pussycatmomma · 06/05/2006 23:03

wannabe.........I am so sorry about your news honey, have only just caught up on the thread and your post. You must be so bitterly disappointed, I can only echo what the others have said. Please feel free to email me any time [email protected] if you would like a chatter with a "virtual friend" . You are a wise old thing, we all care about you very very much. I just want to say that the snippets of chat we have shared over the last 5months or so have meant alot to me, and I hope that you will not be too much of a stranger now. Am thinking of you and wish you good luck and brightness wherever the road takes you .

TuttiFrutti · 06/05/2006 19:03

Wannabe, your post brought tears to my eyes. I'm really sorry.

Congrats Skerriesmum. It's amazing to see how many people originally on this thread have moved to the "Due in January 2007" thread, but also very sad for the bfns. I suppose threads like this are always emotional rollercoasters.

trace2 · 06/05/2006 18:30

whens you due date?

skerriesmum · 06/05/2006 18:28

Thanks! Can't stop looking at those two lines Grin

Hopecat · 06/05/2006 15:47

Hi Wannabe Sad - so sorry about your news. You're obviously a brave person, and it sounds like you have a lovely little family already. Smile

We were all so sure you were going to be our next BFP! Our bodies can be very cruel sometimes, can't they?

I hope your DH gets you a big bunch of flowers.
