cartoonface · 01/11/2012 20:39

Ah thanks boo how is bump? Sorry I'm not sure what name uve given bump.

Princessishavingababyboo · 01/11/2012 18:39

Well don't do it again Wink It is so hard when you hear other people's news and of course you have a little green eyed thing going on, all the more reason to come and let us brook for you if you are finding it hard to brook, but you can't possibly leave us till January, we need wedding news.

cartoonface · 01/11/2012 18:21

Sorry boo won't do it again.
At times I've felt a bit of a fraud being here and thought maybe ill just come back in Jan! And also had just been abit down about this again and knew I wouldn't have anything nice to say. Found out one of my cousins is preg again and also a friend is too. We're not relly close friends though AMD did sort of think to myself Yeh well we shall see, I thought that too. So not very nice really its probably really mostly a case of the green eyed monster.

Solars · 01/11/2012 17:30

Just ducking in to catch up and just seen Far's news, will be right back!

Princessishavingababyboo · 01/11/2012 17:13

You've been gone ages woman, hope you are feeling more brookering these days. The wedding sounds Fabulous!!! I love the tree idea :)

Got to dash, brooking for all, catch up soon.

Biscuitsandtea · 01/11/2012 14:37

Awesome! I'll make sure I've done all my Christmas shopping then before 22nd so it can snow and I won't be left without my turkey Grin

cartoonface · 01/11/2012 14:11

exactly why i moved it tea
Yes it will be all sparkly and christmassy! not too traditional xmas as my colours are purple and silver but definatly be an xmas feel to it. the venue will decorate there tree according to my colour scheme. im crossing my fingers for a little bit of snow too!

Biscuitsandtea · 01/11/2012 14:08

Not that there is anything wrong with getting married and being 7 months pregnant but it is very tiring and you might need to rest while walking up and down the aisle which can be slightly distracting Grin

Biscuitsandtea · 01/11/2012 14:04

Oooooh how lovely and exciting! Handy too since you'll be 7 months pregnant by May Grin

Is it all lovely and sparkly and Christmassy?

cartoonface · 01/11/2012 14:01

its ok i changed the date brought it closer so its the 22nd december now, originally it was may next year

Biscuitsandtea · 01/11/2012 14:00

That's a lovely idea Face :-)

I guess you can get folks to do it while they're say down too if you leave the tags on the tables with pens? Otherwise people forget to go to a guest book sometimes.

So when are you getting married? No doubt I should recall this but I can't Blush

cartoonface · 01/11/2012 13:46

www.hastings-crystal.co.uk/white-wishing-tree-p-25343.html

cartoonface · 01/11/2012 13:40

i think is a dutch tradition really but it getting popular here now.
its a tree. then u have like luggage tag things for ur guests to write there wishes for u on then they hang it on the tree. im having that rather than a guest book

Biscuitsandtea · 01/11/2012 13:23

Hello Smile

What's a wishing tree?

I bet things have moved on since I got married 100 7 years ago Smile

cartoonface · 01/11/2012 12:54

has it really been that long must be cos yes i had missed that!
remeber ur comment bout how ud all be too busy being pregnant for my hen party, u mustve known subconciously! WONDERFUL NEWS

Its going well, ive been stress about getting all the rspvs back. had to nag some people abit. i cant remeber if i said but we went for purple in the end for the brides mades etc and im hoping to have anemonies but my florist isnt sure they'll quite be in season. Weve been busy with stamps, glitter glue and stick on gems making personalised wish tags for our wishing tree. Hobby craft is my new favourite place.

SpookySparkle · 01/11/2012 12:40

Face of course we've missed you Smile

You've not missed anything from me, unless of course you have been away for over 3 weeks, in which case I'm nearly 7 weeks diffed Grin

How are the wedding plans coming along?

cartoonface · 01/11/2012 12:34

Hi all
did u miss me, not sure how long ive been gone, feels ages! must be cos u've moved house!
sparks have i missed something?
keep how are u? dp's gone now right?
good news on the job front boo
am a very bad lazy brooker and have only skimmed through hope ive not missed anything too important.
id been feeling miserable and not in the brooking spirit as well as busying myself with wedding stuff so i figured id stay away for a bit. dont think ive lasted long haha

SpookySparkle · 01/11/2012 08:16

thanks keep absolutely knowing why I'm feeling so rubbish certainly does help. but then sometimes I have a "grrr I hate it" moment and then the guilty does envitably come!! But Im trying not to moan about it... much!! mrsparks is an absolute star, whenever he hears my being sick he comes in to check on, and he is doing all the house work and stuff cus I have zero energy especially once I have been to work!!

keepitgoing · 01/11/2012 07:52

sparks sorry that you're feeling rubbish. Though i guess it's feeling rubbish for a good reason so that must make it easier. (or maybe that's just naive. I read something about people who've got pg with difficulty or through IVF are more prone to depression in pg and after, because they feel guilty for not feeling grateful the whole time, and feeling crappy) Hope mrsparks is taking good care of you - he's a good 'un, so i expect he is doing a good job.

SpookySparkle · 01/11/2012 06:42

shriek gah @ your long cycle!! I remember our convo the last time we met up, I think I was moaning about 35 dayer and you were miffed because yours was like a billion days longer than that!!! I know yiu've probably tried everything but do you take agnus castus? I started taking that any my cycles dropped right down!!!!

I still feel gross, it's not abated at all, I'm lucky if I get through the day at the moment with only 3 or 4 vomming sessions!!! And I can only eat a bowl of food at a time!!! But if I don't eat when I'm hungry then I get all faint and pathetic!!!

BeedleTheBard · 01/11/2012 05:32

shriek sorry about the long cycles, it does seem a bit rude that my body will have popped out another egg before you've managed one. Not that having more chances to get pregnant has done me any good of course [hhmm]

keep yes, you, me and geek will all be diffed this month, and I'll brook no argument :o

boo well done mrboo, it must be such a relief for you both

I'm guessing that far has had her baby, yippeee (will now pop over to the other thread to check! )
