SecretSparkle · 09/11/2012 12:58

Twinkle it is!!!

Princessishavingababyboo · 09/11/2012 11:19

Ooh Beedle and Cups are both getting their BFP's I am so excited for you Grin In fact Beedle I spent the whole month right before my BFP getting rather merry and dancing like a loon you have guarenteed it my dear!!

Keep brooking for your brilliant timed india baby, when do you set off?

Face time for another wedding update? how is it all going, 6 weeks and counting :):)

Maybe, Imps hope you are both ok, missing you round here.

keepitgoing · 09/11/2012 02:23

i like twinkle for babysparks. nice one, mrSparly!

beedle am sad we're out of synch, but i'll be only a week or so behind you for my bfp, i'd think though still on low this morning glad you had fun at the conference. can the americans speak swedish? [shocked]

sounds like by the time i get back from my jaunt abroad there'll be two lovely bfps to hear about. can't wait.

WHAT DO WE WANT????
POSITIVE PEE STICKS

WHEN DO WE WANT THEM??
NOOOOW

keep the faith, girls

JenFawkes · 08/11/2012 17:24

Sounds like lots of BFPs on the way.

Yes, Chorlton in Manchester, home of Chorlton and the Wheelies.

SecretSparkle · 08/11/2012 17:19

Ooooh beedle dancing and drinking?! Can't think of a better way to ensure a BFP!!

Yes a name for mini sparks is much needed, Mrsparkes thinks it should be twinkle Hmm I may talk about MN waaaay too much!!

BeedleTheBard · 08/11/2012 17:12

cups baby brain has got you very early. I will be confirming my BFP with you in about 10 days time :o

geek great news about the pre-op.

sparks has mini-sparks got a name yet? Would you like me to think of one? I'll try not to think of a rude one like booby :o

The conference was actually really good, by coincidence or very good planning I was sat withal couple of American girls for dinner so we forced the Swedes to speak English :o Then we had lots of drinking and dancing, which should ensure my BFP soon.

scarlet sorry you're not feeling very brooky at the moment, we will be brooking on your behalf, and drinking gin with you of course

SecretSparkle · 08/11/2012 07:44

Cup that does sound like total baby brain Grin

10 days need to hurry up so we get another BFP!!!!

keepitgoing · 08/11/2012 01:58

cup that sounds like baby-brain to me - am looking forward to 9 days time for you! Also, your poor DH. What a rubbish lab you have in your hospital, always knocking over those swimmers... But i still think it's not as bad as what the ladies have to do, so don't feel too sorry for him Smile

geek yay!! fantastic news. I also agree that the op can't be too far from the pre-op appt, or they'd have to re-do the pre-op, iykwim. I can't remember what the longest is, but here's brooking it's under a month. Finally some good news for you!

not sure who else is in tww, cups. Not me yet, beedle may be soon and sounds like sweetie's not far off either. Lead the charge, my lovely.

maybe and imps hope you're both ok. thinking of you.
face good luck with the last few weeks of planning! looking forward to seeing you back here more often after christmas, for your imminent steroid-assisted bfp Grin

CupcakesAndCocktails · 07/11/2012 21:46

Woo hoo!! Geek excellent news on the appointment. I'm keeping everything crossed that they squeeze you in before Christmas.

I spent Christmas in Tenerife when I was a teenager, not exactly glamorous Grin but the novelty of spending Christmas on the beach was good. Keep I am a bit jealous of your beach Christmas. Jen was it Chorlton in Manchester?!

Sweetie yay for pant snot, get smacking that rat my dear Wink

Gen how sweet is your DD!

Beedle glad to hear your ovulating, it always helps Wink good luck for MrB JIAJ. I don't know if I mentioned but my poor DH has had to JIAJ 6 times already! Due to sample leaking twice (I think that's code for the lab knocked it over Grin) and one time the sample pot cracked. I did feel a bit sorry for him.

Sparks Blush for accidentally touching someone else's pee but on the bright side at least it distracted you from MS. I embarrassed myself earlier as I thought my car had been stolen. I was going out to do a food shop & my car wasn't where I thought I had parked it. I called DH (luckily he didn't answer), I headed back to the house to call the police and told my neighbour my car had been stolen. He kindly pointed out it was parked behind his car Blush. I then went to the shops & got half way round the supermarket before I realised I had two handbags (the kind that go across your body) HmmBlushHmm

Anyone else in the 2ww? My BFP is due in about 10 days Grin

SecretSparkle · 07/11/2012 19:33

Oooooooh geek that's so exciting Grin

Princessishavingababyboo · 07/11/2012 19:01

Ooh ooh ooh Geek that's fabulous, when Mr boo had his pre op assessment he then had to have the surgery within 4 weeks Grin fabulous fabulous news for you.

Will properly read back later.

Geeklette · 07/11/2012 18:52

FINALLY got my letter today, my pre-op consultation appointment has been booked for Monday 19th November. There is still a small, small chance that I might have my op before christmas.

SecretSparkle · 07/11/2012 18:44

sweetie worth mentioning that the month I got my BFP I had stupid amounts of pant snot for about 6 days!! Just means your laying a whooper of an egg

TrickorTreatSweetie · 07/11/2012 17:27

Aw poor Sparks and even worse having someone's pee am hoping it was only pee on you. That would be enough to get me spewing anyway

Jen where is chorlton? Is that the same place as in chorlton and the wheelies?

keep Diwali will be great to be celebrated while you are on your travels too, I am not brave enough to go somewhere so exotic, I would love to but am too paranoid about the food and drinking water [wimp emoticon]

Never spent a hot Christmas, but did live in Germany for a couple of years who do Christmas really well. They have the same tunes for the carols but just different words. I loved Christmas over there.

Copious amounts of pant snot to report here since the weekend, think my body has gone into some sort of overdrive so might try seduce DH for a bit of SWI this evening.

SecretSparkle · 07/11/2012 13:56

Scarlet Im defs not the best advert for diffedness, some women make it look so glamerous!!!

Oh and story for you brookers which will either make you laugh or feel sick!! The other day at work, I was mid vom session, when I sort of wobbled and fell over, just sort my balance in my sort of squating over the loo bowl position. Anyway I put my hand on the floor to stand up, urgh, the previous user obviously had an aim issue, urgh!!!! On the other hand is stopped me from vomming because I then became totally preoccupied with scrubbing my hand until it was raw!!!!!

ScarlettInSpace · 07/11/2012 13:44

sparks we usually have a snow holiday & a sun holiday [last self catering minute deals or staying with family scattered around Europe so not all inclusive at the Dubai Palm iykwim], then a long weekend/city break around about now - probably sounds more glamorous than it is and I tend to bang it on a cc and pay it off over the following few months then do it again!
You're doing a great job of selling this pregnancy lark to us btw it sounds like such fun Grin

keep thank for you for the talking to, all very good points but I have a tendancy to wallow especially when there is gin involved

JenFawkes · 07/11/2012 13:29

I've only spent 1 Christmas away from home. It was in the very glamorous Chorlton :o I hated it as they aren't really into it there so it was almost lunchtime before any present opening and it wasn't really a festive atmosphere. I decided then and there that I would never spend Christmas away again.

keepitgoing · 07/11/2012 13:24

PS sparks I'm sure I would will do the same re scan. How lovely you can tell everyone before Xmas. Well timed, that brooker!

keepitgoing · 07/11/2012 13:22

Not exactly glamorous is it... from dildo cams to vomit, PO-endless-S to bloating.

TV has a lot to answer for.

Hi Scarlett love. Wasn't it boo who spent the month wasted and BOOm bfp. Don't give up. You have eggs and sperm and one tube. Why no babies of your own. You have time, too. We are all brooking for you even when you're not, so don't worry about that.

SecretSparkle · 07/11/2012 12:20

Gen craftiness is easy when you get the hang of it. Ive just taught my mum to crochet, and she loves it. In fact she is coming round tonight to help with my nephews blanket

SecretSparkle · 07/11/2012 12:19

scarlett You can afford to holiday 3 times a year??!!

Did someone ask about other symptoms? I think it might have been Keep Yes is the answer!! The boobs are actually phenomenal, mrsparks thinks pregancy is torture, he says my boobs look amazing but he isnt allowed to play with them, and he'd be right, firstly because they are as sore as hell, and secondly because they arent toys!!! I've also got a major bloat thing going on (ive had to buy maternity clothes already), my skin is horrid, and lets not even get me started on bowel movements Blush

ScarlettInSpace · 07/11/2012 11:58

sucks bigtime but on the plus side I can still afford to go on holiday 3 times a year and go out whenever I like Wink every cloud...

GenericDietCola · 07/11/2012 10:49

Oh Scarlett, here, I'll 'water' you with some vodka. Enjoy a few weeks off TTC and see how you feel in Jan. It sucks doesn't it?

ScarlettInSpace · 07/11/2012 10:33

Morning all, just thought I'd shuffle in as you have dropped off my Threads I'm On list Blush

AF arrived again this morning, my cycles seem to have gone back to 27/28 days since the treatment [they had stretched to 30 for several months previous], not sure if that's a good thing or a sign that I'm heading for the menopause before I reach 36 at the end of the year Hmm

You all seem to be keeping well anyway, am checking up on you all regularly but not posting as I am very un-brook-like these days, hope that's ok, have pretty much accepted am not likely to have my own children so am mainly ignoring the fact I'm not on the pill and drinking too much getting on with my life, at least until january when the whole bloody treatment ride comes round again, and I haven't really decided whether or not I can face that again if the truth be told...

Much love hugs & vino, and don't forget to water the plant Grin
