You can't imagine how I feel! I keep thinking I'll just leave it one more day, The kids are a bit bonkers today (probably the heat)and I'm analysing my reaction to them wondering as to whether it is PMT or not. Also keep checking pants!
I'm not sure which test to get I'll be in boots, any suggestions welcome I'll check again before I set off

rubles · 12/06/2006 11:10

Oh gawd, I can't believe I am feeling nervous for you!

peachygirl · 12/06/2006 10:48

HI all
Well I had another high temp this morning 36.7. I'm trying to be realistic and thinking about the weather and the fact that if AF arrived to morrow it would mean my cycle would onlyy be one day longer thn the last but Dh is going out tonight so I might get some tests in and have a go

rubles · 12/06/2006 09:43

Peachy are you OK today? What was your temp?

Trace2 - 36.7 is good. I don't suppose you know what your luteal phase length is, do you? Either way, as long as the temp stays high then that's good.

Piffle - update please!?

trace2 · 12/06/2006 08:29

i agree with rubles! Decafgirl, i just reach out for mine, i do mine at 6 am ish every morning, if i wake up early ( say 4ish i do it then too and use that one as you need a full three hours sleep befor taking, when i first started i used to take when i woke up at 4 then try and go back, but very restfull, then took it again at 6 it did make a diffrence, if i wake at 4 that ones more accuret.

hope that makes sence! mines 36.7 this morning

Decafgirl,

I think you have to be really disciplined about the timing and way that you take your temp.

In my opinion you shouldn't sit up before taking it - you should have the thermometer on the bedside table and just reach an arm out before doing or saying anything.

What CD are you on? From your temps I would say you haven't ovulated as they all seem pretty low, but then it could be the way you are taking your temperature. Maybe chalk this month up to experience???

decafgirl · 11/06/2006 22:16

Can I just check, my temps are all over the place (this is my first month temping) how disciplined do I need to be first thing in the morning? Is it as soon as I wake up, at the same time every day, can I sit up first? It's v. confusing! I've got a little kit from boots that came with a diary if that makes any difference!

Temps have been

36.35
missed day
36.03
36.08
36.13
36.03
35.95
36.05
36.15
35.95
36.15
36.33

Hi Everyone
I'm now 13 days past what I think was 'Peak day' and on day 28 of my cycle last cycle AF came on day 29.I've only been temping this month for the last 6 days but temps have all been above my usual cover line which is normally around 36.2/3. Today it was 36.6. Actually started temping to spot when AF was coming as I always get a dip. and the day of her arrival can vary from day 25-29.
Fingers crossed for us all.
If she doesn't come tomorrow I might get a test Wink

Piffle · 11/06/2006 11:48

I'm hanging in alright trace :)
Fingers crossed for us all, wouldn't it be so cool for us temping gals to get bfps at the same time!
10dop tomorrow, time to think arrghhh do I bother totest eary on interenet cheapie tests on not????
Hmmmm

trace2 · 11/06/2006 10:43

OP posts:
trace2 · 11/06/2006 10:42

rubles, 9 for me too, today, your temps say you ovulated cd 14, it dont have to be a big diffrence, your 0.2 is about right, my book says thats all it needs to be, so good luck to us all

OP posts:
rubles · 11/06/2006 10:12

That all sounds very good for the both of you. How many days post ovulation are you both? You're 9 aren't you Piffle? Hows about you trace? It would be great if this were it for you both.

My temps are as follows:
CD8 36.3
CD9 36.3
CD10 36.3
CD11 36.4
CD12 36.4
CD13 36.4
CD14 36.4
CD15 36.6
CD16 36.6
CD17 36.7
CD18 36.7
CD19 36.6

So there is a clear pattern, but the temperature difference is not that big, and after CD15 I've had some odd discrepancies with the thermometers so they aren't too accurate a picture anyway. I'm not hopeful for some reason.

trace2 · 11/06/2006 09:29

trace2 · 09/06/2006 08:28

Piffle yes it could be implation did they do happen, and its about right time too. good luck!!!!!!

mines took a fall too only to 36.7 from 36.9, so maybe mines af comimg

OP posts:
Piffle · 09/06/2006 07:52

WTF is with my temp today?
It has plummeted 7dpo And I mean way way way below anything I've ever temped before
From 98.7-99 deg Fahrenheit to 96.51 Shock
The hope in me wonders about an implantation dip, but it has screwed all my fertility software:(
I never get dips in my luteal phase even on day of af it only drop 3/10ths
This cycle is WEIRD
And I had a couple of drinks yesterday which usually puts my temp up? I still have sinusitis lingering... it's really hot in this house.
WEird weird weird.

trace2 · 08/06/2006 18:20

Piffle , no not really, not had any cm for a long time, but i do feel wetter, sorry if its tmi

rubles yes i think thats why am excited because i think i ovulated. put your temps on here lets have a look!
