Hi everyone - I've started the new thread as our original one is nearly full.

I really hope that this is the one where we all get our BFPs and don't have to experience any more heartache.

james sounds like things are back on track for you- hope so! Duty sex is just hard work innit? Maybe market it as a 'quickie' for all your goods?

Ooo fx fx fx blol Smile

andadietcoke · 26/11/2012 06:58

James that'll be me this time next month! Hoping AF will turn up next weekend, then it's back to TTC again (and me asking questions like is 5dpo too early for an frer? I feel sick/my legs ache/my boobs maybe felt a bit tingly last night). I'm not a patient 2w windower!

Blol good luck...

BombasticPeanut · 25/11/2012 23:31

Fx Blol am sending pg vibes your way xxx

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHopeful · 25/11/2012 22:53

Oh wow lol best of luck for the morning.

BelissimaLol · 25/11/2012 22:20

I'm 14 dpo and too scared to poas Blush
Might do it tomorrow if af not here in the morning!

JamesAndTheGiantBanana · 25/11/2012 22:18

Hi folks, I think this may be dpo1, first day of the tww. I'm not absolutely sure because I never got a hugely strong line on my opk's, but yesterday's seems slightly stronger than today's and cm isn't ewcm any more so I'm taking that to mean I probably ov'ed today or yesterday. I'm not temping or anything and this is first cycle past mc so all this is guesswork. I guess I should be testing around 9th dec but I can never hold out that long lol

Could really do with dtd once more tonight to make sure we've done everything we can but he doesn't look like he's in the mood (neither am I really!) not sure how to persuade him into having half hearted duty sex lol

Hope you're all ok, how are you lot doing in the tww? Anyone cracked and peed on a stick at 3dpo yet? Smile

messtins · 25/11/2012 09:02

It's sachets of iron rich water - you take it with orange juice as Vit C helps you absorb iron. Available online, in Boots etc and in health food shops.
How about a nice steak and chips to go with it?

KittyBump · 24/11/2012 20:20

ah, what is this Spatone? I've heard of it a couple of times, is it the drink one? and can i but it or is it prescribed?
and in the meantime I best go and buy some Guinness :)

messtins · 24/11/2012 16:23

I always take Spatone whenever I think I'm a bit anaemic (like you always borderline) doesn't bung you up like the prescribed iron tablets.

Thundercatsarego · 23/11/2012 22:02

Guinness kitty!

Lots of it and quickly!

(I am a dr after all)

(not a medical one)

KittyBump · 23/11/2012 20:07

Oooh Blol good luck :) I will deffo become BumpKitty when we are ttc again, thanks all for the reassurances, I like the sound of the cramps being due to the uterus contracting - sounds like one more step on the way back to normal Grin

I went to my GP for blood tests this week as I was worried about thyroid issues as I was always freezing cold during this pg and constantly knackered, the nurse called on Friday to say I'm a bit anaemic, which isn't that surprising as I was always borderline when I used to donate blood. So I guess I'll go back and get prescribed something. Or I could actually just improve my diet which is pretty crap.

Amaretto sounds like a good idea to me, chin chin

Thundercatsarego · 23/11/2012 18:45

Fx fx fx lol

BelissimaLol · 23/11/2012 17:47

Yeah munchin I had my fruit one until now!
How about bitingmunchingmango??? Grin
I'm 13 dpo. Will not test. Feel queasy today but honestly think its nerves!

BombasticPeanut · 23/11/2012 16:37

Jumping on the 'B'andwagon with the name change - hope the baby vibes rub off!

james I'm not quite in the 50 shades league yet - actually offered to take him shopping for raunchy undercrackers (for me, not him Blush) and he went, 'hmm. Do I HAVE to?'

bear MIL is ok, she lives in Spain so we only see her every so often but when she gets here we never know when she's going to leave again. Not annoying at all.

Sally I'm getting a bit worried about our collective port consumption! May have to move onto amaretto coffee though since someone mentioned Irish coffee...mmm. Am on cd8 today and still going with AF would like her to sod off now, a few practice bonks before the official smiley are definitely in order! Your suspicious DH has got me chuckling too Grin

Hey munchin nice to see you, where are you in the 2ww? Fx for you..

BraveLilBear · 23/11/2012 11:32

X post Sally but sniggering at your suspicious DH Grin

BraveLilBear · 23/11/2012 11:16

Wise move on the spinach and steak YorksPeanut - I suffer terribly with iron-related backlogging so am glad that the multivits I'm taking don't have a 'full' dose so the effect is minimised!

Am chuckling at comparison of Aunt Flo to Mother In Law, mind. Hope she isn't a permanent source of annoyance!

Sorry about all the stop-start bleeding Sad must be a real drag. Hope it all clears up soon

Munchin so that's why there are so many fruity names! I did wonder Smile

Fx for the 2wwers and the Xmas BFPers. What a fab present that would make!

And thanks to all the well-wishers. Feeling a little more positive today - realise that I've been having mild sweats for the past 4 days, which I'd also put down to AF. Wrong! Dr Google tells me this is fine though. Which is nice.

SallysTrying · 23/11/2012 11:14

Oh yay, congrats on the bfps!

Stop start bleeding after erpc sounds very familiar Kitten - I had about two days of actual bleeding and then two weeks of spotting on and off. Enough to be REALLY ANNOYING but not enough to be proper bleeding. And then the next AF I had did the same thing, spotting on and off for a week after proper bleeding stopped, which has never happened before. (that's probably not very encouraging, is it...)

I never tell DH when I'm fertile. I just jump him. He doesn't usually object. Although I think it does make him a bit suspicious.

Hmm, pass the port. I'm another one waiting for ov and a bit bored.

JamesAndTheGiantBanana · 23/11/2012 10:04

No idea about the stop start bleeding after an erpc, sorry, I can only go off my own experience and I didn't have an erpc. The mc itself was quite stop start but once the sac had left the building the bleeding calmed right down and was all gone within 3 or 4 days, I haven't had a recurrence of bleeding since, thankfully. Have you asked your doctor?

Hah peanut the ttc domme! I don't think that would work here, unfortunately. Honestly, anyone would think they have the hard job! Hmm Grin

GaryBuseysTeeth · 22/11/2012 23:44

Congrats (quietly, fingers crossed) to Bear.
Thunder, like the logic..think you'll all have to address me as Busey until another letter gets a bfp, you could always become Bengali the Thundercat!
Like the namechange lol.

Kitten, my GP told me the cramps were uterus returning to size. If we have sex on the day/day after my af ends, DH always dislodges something & I get a bit of brown spotting, so I guess it's the same with a mc?
Hope your bleeding is over soon & you can get back to jumping DH.

I have a real craving for Irish Coffee atm, I dislike coffee & liquiers(sp?) so no idea where that's come from!

Hope everyone is in for a peaceful weekend, I'm half-expecting af, but being 1st cycle after MC, who knows!

IBelieveInPink · 22/11/2012 23:39

My bleeding has pretty much come and gone the whole time. Cramps for about a week after, now no cramps, but still bleeding a bit. Hoping af will sort all of that out! Whenever she decides to turn up. Pah.
