Jelly - After CP I had a couple of days of really light spotting, then a heavy and pretty painful AF. It wasn't much heavier than normal, but my AF is usually pretty heavy anyway. Hope that helps a bit - sorry it happened to you :(

pinksky - yeah, i usually try to cut down on caffeine when ttc. haven't been doing a ggod job this cycle tho

Agnus castus i started taking a couple of days ago is def kickstarting something - light spotting has gotten heavier and cm has reappeared after last 3 or 4 weeks of being in hiding. I did pg test before i started taking AC again just to be on safe side but it was def bfn so don't think the bleeding is a bad thing, but i was really hoping this cycle would be a bit more back to normal after 6 week post-mc wtf cycle i had in aug/sep. but it seems not. grumble. just got to keep shagging i guess and hope for the best eventually, but irregular cycles just make everything take so flipping long!!!

Question for you ladies that have had a cp before. Did you bleed heavily during that time and was your next AF a killer? I never really bled after CP (tmi but a few days of red spotting and nothing more) but tests went from BFP to BFN so know I lost it. Am now resigned to the fact that AF is coming (trying reverse psychology on her to trick her into staying away). Now thinking that as AF was all but absent last month she going to get me bad this time round. Does this make sense?

Nic we have no idea just now. His last contract finished so as soon as he gets a call to go to a new rig he'll be off prob the next day. Never much notice. So I'll keep track of ov again this month but it may need to be an immaculate conception :)

Af got me last night at bedtime :( cd28 so at least I seem to be back to my normal cycle pre-pill.

I'm staying on this bus for now since I have another chance of an October BFP, although I really doubt dh will be here at the required time :(

Only two more sleeps till I see my bf again, no more EWCM but boobs are tender so ov must be happening soon.
