I think it's the Lh surge which triggers the popping of the egg frustrated

Isn't it the pop that happens I side the overt what triggers the LH sure and the expulsion of the egg from the actual ovary? or am I making this up in frustrated world?

think it's time to coerce seduce OH again then for me. Don't think we're going to get anywhere fast at this rate but I'm learning a lot!

And yes, OV can be crampy, stabbing pain and all sorts. I have the full gamut as I'm lucky like that!

It just varies between people. And some never have it.

nickinocki I think you feel the pain a day or 2 before EWCM. I'm fx-ing for EWCM this month

I'm not sure there's such a thing as low key anymore fatas finding it hard as I have a predictable 4 wk cycle yeah cause if it was that predictable I'd be upduffed already

I've never felt the egg pop before. I am wondering if I am having pre ov pains.

Lower back is a bit achy. Opks could not look any more negative if they tried though.

Ooo forgot to say I have an appointment booked for my ultrasound, Thursday next week, thought I would have to wait months son quite pleased it is so quick.

Hi nickinocki snap! creamy abundant cm, and popped today. Or I think I did. You've got the discription right, but I've never been able to describe it. confusingly I'm 4 days earlier than expected how's that for not counting days. Grr at self. Can't not count days when you feel the pop--

Sorry for all the people feeling blrgggg today, I'm learning this is a tough old process. Speaking for myself sometimes a good grump and a lot of chocolate is the best solution when things are rough.

Hold tight Lol...I had no CM to speak of pre-surge / OV, and my surge happened on Sunday.

As did OV, just before midnight! Has anybody else actually felt eggy exploding from the ovary? It was odd, to say the least.

I now have abundant (grimly so) creamy CM. Most odd.

I'm sure you'll get there. I think EWCM appears from around 5 days prior, but it isn't a given and people without noticeable EWCM still get up duffed.

Wee and when I'm also feeling pretty shite at the moment I'm afraid. Cd 15 and not a drop of cm. opk neg. if I'm expecting to ov on sun when should I have cm?
It's my first time with epo so not sure that's having an impact?
I go on hols with my mate on wed so need to ov before then!!!!

weechops hello I think I might join you in the COD. I am on cd 21 and my body is refusing to ovulate (or at least provide a positive opk this month). I am testing with the damn things 3 times a day but no +.

I'm usualy really upbeat and optimistic with things, but I'll be honest, the thought of not even being able to try and get upduffed for the next few months is unbearable. DH says not to worry, we will get there and yes, i know most likely we will, but I'm still sad.

I may be more of a lurker for a while girls but I'll still be checking up on you :)

resipsa progesterone test is booked for this Friday but still no positive opk. Have decided to have bloods taken if no positive opk by Friday if I get a positive I will rebook it.

Too pissed off with my body / ic ov kits to be angry at dh. We don't have lots of sex but he has proved his sperm are working perfectly.
