Greetings sisters [puts flowers in hair]

Bring your very best woo & let's see if we can magick up a few baybees (insta-differs not allowed).

New recruits are required to locate the BESH spell aka the BESHtionnaire and submit for further scrutiny.

[dances round bare foot]

Oh norf.

Any news from the hossy?

Could you tell your sister? I'm a fine one to take as was with my mum for the last 2 days, kept meaning to tell her, but kept biting my tongue.

Do you get on with the sister? I ask as someone with v little contact with my brother. Should he get his girlfriend diffed I don't think he would notice if I made no acknowledgement.

Went to see friend with 2 week old baby. Fraught is not the word - I know gina ford is popular, but a routine, at 2 weeks? Apparently I'm lucky I won't ever have to deal with a screaming baby. Confused

HaveALittleFaith · 07/09/2012 18:12

Oh crap norf what a nightmare! Wait and see what the reg says....

Northey · 07/09/2012 17:57

I don't know, faif. If they left something behind, surely it would need to start growing again for the numbers to go back up. And how can half a millimetre of placenta or whatever start growing?

Am I diffed again? And if I am, it must be the fastest rediff in history. And also I am so so so so stupid for sechsing so soon because my tube will still have been inflamed from the op, and there is no way an egg could bumble through it. Shit. I know this is my own stupid fault. But really. Fuck.

HaveALittleFaith · 07/09/2012 17:52

Maybe you need to tell her. Just so she understands why you're not doing cartwheels for her? What the heck does it mean your hcg went up? The op wasn't successful? Confused

Northey · 07/09/2012 17:38

She doesn't know. None of my family knows anything.

Second bit of news. Just phoned for result of today's blood test (meant to show a nice descent to zero). My HCG has gone back up. Waiting for the registrar to phone me now to say what they want to happen.

HaveALittleFaith · 07/09/2012 17:38

Oh norf. Was she TTC? :(

blonderthanred · 07/09/2012 17:26

Oh I'm really sorry North. That is really hard to take. Does she know what happened?

Also sending love to lemons as I know you're avoiding the PESH page understandably. So sorry and angry this has happened.

Northey · 07/09/2012 16:49

Oh for fuck's SAKE. My sister is updiffed. I am devastated.

Northey · 07/09/2012 11:38

Are you off work this week?

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 07/09/2012 10:14

Here are my shoulders, they could do with a bit of a rub faif. Fanks.

Norf not much of chance, as the numbers were excellent at 16dpo, there is little chance of a late implantation... So it's slowed/stopped since. It was the size of 6+0 and no heart-beat. It probably means to stopped developing last weekend. And the making a heart-beat stage is very difficult, so sadly this one just didn't quite manage.

Re: desperation, I am hoping to be able to take a break (do the sechsing, but no injectables and no counting days) after this one. But the feeling of desperately wanting to try again, is already starting, even though I have lots of HCG knocking about...

HaveALittleFaith · 07/09/2012 09:33
Northey · 07/09/2012 08:31

Chuh! Fine.

Desperation is a terrible motivator... I am surreptitiously shagging, despite being told my tube needs three months to heal. I simply can't stop.

I hope it's not an insensitive question, but how much of a chance is there that it was just too early for the heartbeat?

FrankelSaysRelax · 07/09/2012 08:25

Much woo-based love to you lemon

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 07/09/2012 08:25

But it is all possible/likely to change depending on hormones, emotions and desperate desire to win a BAYBEE.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 07/09/2012 08:23

Well norf, I might have to sit out on the Patchouli-wafting, cos I am still diffed, just, and I definitely still have the enhanced sense of smell Wink But after this is over we'll probably have a few months off, thinking about restarting treatment round Christmas or the New Year, at the moment.

Northey · 07/09/2012 08:19

There are massive woo waves of love and patchouli-scented comfort rolling out to you whether you are posting or not, and please come back soon as soon as you feel ready.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 07/09/2012 08:15

Thanks lovely woo-ers. Once it is all over, I'll be back possibly on the woo band wagon. The support is wonderful (but I cannot cope with being on the ante-natal boards at the mo, so give my love the PESHers, and hopefully be back at some stage).

FriendofDorothy · 06/09/2012 20:53

Oh lemons I am so, so sorry :(

HaveALittleFaith · 06/09/2012 19:26

What fizzy said. I don't understand why these things happen :(

sinkyroselee · 06/09/2012 18:48

Shitebags driz. Fucking shiting hell.

So sorry.

FizzyFeet · 06/09/2012 18:37

lemons I'm so sorry. Sad

The universe is so fucking unfair. Sending sneaky big (((((((hugs))))))) to you.

FrankelSaysRelax · 06/09/2012 18:07

Oh lemony I'm so so sorry Sad

OP posts:
Northey · 06/09/2012 16:52

Oh sorry, yes, wait a week and then rescan.

How are you tonight? Are you together?

Northey · 06/09/2012 16:49

Shit shit SHIT. lem, I am so very very sorry. What happens next?

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 06/09/2012 15:57

Sorry for posting and running, we had an early scan for reassurance, which was not reassuring. No heart beat at 6+4, which basically means it is a miscarriage waiting to happen. Another scan next week if it has not come out before. We're unsurprisingly devastated.
