PuppyMummy · 29/08/2012 21:26

super when is ur af due? I forget, but am keeping fx for u...

SuperSatsumaSlattern · 29/08/2012 20:38

Thanks berri and frustrated. I'll keep popping back to see how your getting on

berryberrylate · 29/08/2012 19:33

Well, I'm out. This is definitely AF, not implantation bleeding.

Fx for you Sarah, Avocado, dowhat, and anyone else still hanging in there. I'll stick around to see what happens. xx

dowhat · 29/08/2012 19:09

Thanks berryberry. I've bought another test but will try to restrain myself til Friday am.

FX for you berryberry, sarahbanana and pickof. Between us we will squeeze another BFP into the August thread (and everyone else still clinging on!) - power of positive thinking x

AlmondAvocado · 29/08/2012 19:05

Hi

Im still in! CD22 no AF. Bad cramps Sun and still no sign of AF. BFN yesterday though...last DTD 8 days ago. Any chance I could be pg?? Month ago today had my MC so might just be a messed up cycle!

Sarahbananabump · 29/08/2012 17:39

No AF yet! Still hanging in there!!

berryberrylate · 29/08/2012 16:43

Sorry about AF Satsuma Sad I can understand wanting to take a break. Better luck when you start trying again.

Pickofthepops, when I was pregnant with DS I noticed a lot of niggly pains around the uterus area early on. Could it have been something like that? If you did ovulate late it might too early to test.

Sarah, any news?

Sorry tink and Ninja Sad. Better luck next month.

dowhat, I would test again using concentrated first morning urine to be sure. Good luck!

berryberrylate · 29/08/2012 16:34

Another one clinging onto every last hope here. I've been spotting the last few hours and have convinced myself it could be implantation bleeding. The reason I think this is because I had potential OV signs eight days ago (quite late at day 30, but this is my first cycle after childbirth so anything could happen, plus I had a tremendous amount of stress for a couple of weeks earlier in the cycle, which could have delayed OV). Also, I don't normally spot at the start of AF, just go straight into a heavy flow, and I usually have cramps the first day, which I don't now.

What do you think?

dowhat · 29/08/2012 16:01

Usually a lurker but looking for some thoughts/advice.

AF due 3 days ago, very rarely late so POAS yesterday - BFN Sad Was convinced it would be BFP (sore boobs, bloated etc), but desparately clinging onto every last straw thinking about it, I drank a lot of water just prior to testing which after lots of Google searches in hindsight I now know was a bit foolish (but had a big kidney stone removed beginning of the year so constantly drinking lots of water to prevent myself ever having to go through that pain again! Force of habit.)

Could drinking lots of water really make a false BFN? Or am I just fooling myself and AF is on her way (albeit much later than usual).

Clinging onto every last hope - this is our last month of trying for DC#3

QuietNinjaRaspberryBlueberry · 29/08/2012 11:41

Cd1 as of yesterday afternoon Sad am probably not gonna head to sept thread as think if I'm stressing so much that it delayed for so long then I prob need to take a chill pill and not think about it so much. Had a dream this morning that I gave birth to a little girl and I think I need to relax. Been lovely chatting to you all and maybe I'll come back now and then to see how you're all doing. Fx for all those still waiting and fx for everyone else for next month x

pickofthepops · 29/08/2012 11:38

Bad luck to recipients of a slap from af. Better luck next month.

tinkfairy · 29/08/2012 11:28

af got me this morning gutted

Sarahbananabump · 29/08/2012 11:08

Well no AF as yet , but I usually come on around 2ish. No AF symptoms as yet tho either.

FX to all others still hanging in there !

FrustratedSycamorePants · 29/08/2012 09:35

slattern i will miss you around here, but we understand everyone needs a break every now and then.

pickof I personally don't conpletely trust ICs, but with the pains around the 25th, I'd be tempted to wait a day or 3 before testing. easier said than done FX for you.

pickofthepops · 29/08/2012 09:08

hi been lurking. really grateful for some thoughts. Last AF was 30 July. DTD from cd6 through till cd16. This was cut a bit shorter than we'd planned - Average cycle 28 days - over last year I've had one 32 day cycle and one 26 day cycle. Now on CD31.

On CD24 and CD25 I had hot flushes and wiped out - killer back ache like af starting but sort of deeper too. No spotting.

BFN's on internet cheapies before y/day and BFN on CB digital y/day morning. No niggling feelings like af due to start - I normally feel it in my back for days before AF but in more of a scratch way. Boobs v heavy.

Plan to get a cheapie test today to look for a line again but am particularly wondering about the pains on CD25 -or perhaps I just cut off the sex too quickly this month and I ovulated late. Never had a cycle so late as to have ovulated cd25 tho...

any wise words (other than that get a life and test or shut up!)

SuperSatsumaSlattern · 29/08/2012 08:39

I didn't realise dizziness was a part of it too frustrated. To be fair the docs tried to fob me off, but I can't be a stubborn cow when I want to be Grin

Well the witch showed her face last night. A few days ago we both decided to take a break from ttc for 6 months. Both our jobs are v busy at the moment with new legislation coming in (we both work in payroll losers) and are not in the best place financially. So we just want a few months to sort ourselves out.

Thanks to everyone for your support. I really hope none of you are on these boards when I come back Smile

berryberrylate · 29/08/2012 06:35

Well, day 38 and another BFN. No signs of AF, but still have possible PG symptoms, including stronger nausea. Will try to hold off POAS again until the weekend.

Satsuma, how did you get on?

Ninja, did you enjoy your night off? Still spotting or full-on AF?

berri · 29/08/2012 02:42

Everyone else on mn is going to be wondering about your new names! I think they are definitely lucky Grin

FrustratedSycamorePants · 28/08/2012 21:28

Lolcbcblemonlime · 28/08/2012 18:44

Has the pineapple down your pants started to hurt frustrated? Grin

FrustratedSycamorePants · 28/08/2012 18:19

I thought it was normal for endo slattern I've had the pains since I was a teenager, it's just part and parcel, I'd spent years thinking it was normal period pains, and crap drs saying it was, before I found myself a gynae at a gum/family planning clinic could explain why they kept talking about pid, but ruled that out with endoscopy, but gynae seemed too imply it was mild and wasnt too mangled in there, but that was 8 years ago Hmm what is yours like then?

The pain hasn't been too bad yet this month, which is why I was convinced I was pg confused when AF was late, as I usually get pre-AF warning cramps.

SuperSatsumaSlattern · 28/08/2012 17:25

Christ frustrated I thought mine was bad. I hope next month is your month.
