Oh when you are not alone. And like nicola said, the emotions are the same.

NicolaHazel · 19/08/2012 21:22

Oh no, When...I don't feel like anyone deserves a child any more than anyone else. If you desperately want a child and are TTC then the emotions are the same.

It's emotionally exhausting for everyone.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 19/08/2012 21:17

Just realised a lot of you ladies are trying for your 1st and would probably love to be in my position. Sorry for complaining.

Thanks for the mind bleach nicola

I'm watching War Horse and feeling teary. I'm only at the start where he plows the field!!

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 19/08/2012 21:14

Oh bless you red I know you know this but I will say it anyway. 8dpo is really really early to test. Hope it gets better for you.

I am just a bit up and down at the moment. I desperately wanted to have my second child close ish to my first and really wanted a two year age gap. It has hit me quite badly that this probably isn't going to happen and I have been trying to get my head round that.

I just hope my fertility tests go well I really don't want to get my head round the idea of not having another child.

redstrawberry · 19/08/2012 19:36

Feel very emotional still and can cry at the littlest thing! Not like me but not wanting to think its a symptom either. I'll know by this time next Sunday.

How you been when?

NicolaHazel · 19/08/2012 19:35

My god, When...that's the stuff that nightmares are made of!

redstrawberry · 19/08/2012 19:35

Grin at your Tom cruise dream

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 19/08/2012 19:32

Are you feeling any better red. It is do hard keeping sane when ttc, my mental state is clearly unstable - I had a sex dream about Tom Cruise last night, very disturbing stuff.

Congrats 10storey (good name, Stone Roses are excellent). Best of luck with it all.

red sorry you are feeling down. I too have spent the weekend hanging out with bumps. I thought I was doing well but I came home and sobbed in dh's arms for half an hour. I think a lot if that was wine induced though.

I'm still in the COD Sad had a tough weekend hanging out with the bumps my pregnant friends. I am also not feeling any different so just preparing myself for AF to arrive. I feel that day when I'm pregnant is just goin so far far away. Don't think I'll ever get there.

kittykatsforever · 19/08/2012 12:47

Thanks
Lcb try not to worry. I think these thoughts plague us all but half the TTC battle is being able to get pregnant so we atleast have that to start with, one day at a time and hope for the best!
Hi 10things I think I know who you are but ofcorse I'm likely to be wrong, thanks I know there were alot of good wishes for me I wish I'd had a happy end to the story, finding it hard as with each month I think god is it almost .... Months allready since we started?! Would be over 20 wks now without the first one now back to square one!
Got to decide on a girlie night out in sept for a reunion of types but 3 of the girls are pregnant, 1 a few weeks before I was first time, the second a few weeks before last and one pg with twins!! I know she's had a hard time and they are ivf babies but it will be a hard night
Resipia, sorry you had a hard time of it yesterday but don't give up, you can do it and you will, my dd dotes in her cousin, he was her first word so Want the same but my mum told me to greet each month it doesn't happen as a positive if I can, that dd gets one to one time with me to really allow us to spoil her and love her without being tired etc etc, It's not ideal but at the same time everytime she laughs or does something new my heart does swell up, I tried before she was to make the most of being free for nights out and hollidays and for the most part I can look back and think we had some really good years even though TTC was a bumpy ride

Lolcbcb · 19/08/2012 10:53

I know what u mean when. I sometimes fear I will never have a successful pg. I read here about these women who miscarried 9,10 times and I don't think I have the strength to carry on trying if it happens again and again.
Kitty yeah I really feel for u Hun. Those increasing levels gave all of us hope. But don't be scared. U made one good baby and will soon make another I'm sure. Hugs x

Hi when kitty - so sorry you're both unsure about what the hell is going on. k limbo land is THE worst. I was in it but when I came out of it, it transpired that I had had a blighted ovum so I've never really wondered what when wrong; it was just there was nothing healthy there to grow (altho' the body kept on trying until week 10). I agree that when you've done it once, logic dictates that you should be able to do it again but I'm beginning to wonder. Watched a young boy get off the train today to be reunited with Mum, Dad and little sis. Little sis was chanting his name over and over. I got to the car then wept like a baby.
