And getting / kick - you will be missed, very much. I was wondering if you were ok yesterday in your absence! Your sensible contributions were the reason that I joined MN in the first place and I really appreciated your willingness to get stuck into the medical journals and to share what you learned. There is a real risk that this many ladies ttc will just wind each other up with well-meaning old wives' tales - if your knowledge or opinions wound people up in a different way then as long it's not unkind, so be it!

And, for the record, I want to be pregnant, barefoot and in the kitchen (I read your post with nothing on my feet, in my kitchen and plainly I wouldn't be on a ttc board if I didn't want to be pregnant!). I am spartacus.

nic - I don't know what to say. I'm so sorry. I felt sick reading the story before you said that it was in your family - it seems like one of those split second moments that nobody could have changed and every parent has nightmares about. I hope that your family is able to bury him and that the media allows space to grieve.

Really close to his grandfather, grandmother and aunt. Not as close to his parents, but that's partly through distance.

I'd only met Dylan as a baby, and I feel really guilty for that too.

But of my dad's side of the family, they are my closest relatives and are my good friends too.

Nici agree your story really it brings it home how trivial little things are
ive not looked at the other thread but I have seen others where kick has been in massive rows with others and i must admit she has on occasion said things which have really wound me up but I dont like confrontations if I can help it so I dont bite, I think there must have been more to it though, itl certainly be quiet without her!
lol- ill keep my fingers crossed for you i was positive it was over for me testing
as it got later and later but we really dont know whats going on inside or when we ov for definate x

Agree. Last night was random.
Well I am in the wtf cycle so not really sure where I am. Was expecting af sun/mon but nothing still. I think I am 16dpo if I got this right which means it would have been positive by now.
Oh well. Ill wait till sat now and see if af comes.
Nic how close are u to them? Must be awful for you. Really really awfully sad.

Thanks, kitty, it's so hard for Dylan's parents / immediate family. My heart is breaking thinking about them all and their suffering.

Last night was a bit odd. But to be honest, a banning for someone is the least of my concerns right now, to be honest. As a mod on another board, I tend to think that nobody gets banned for no reason.
