think he's the same, contentness and all that, as well as quitting smoking a few yrs back, but in my case 7 pregnancies, 5 of them within 2 yrs, definitely hasn't done me any favours... 
Anyway we are both geared up and excited to get on the case with some healthy eating (not that we don't eat healthily, just our portion sizes are huge, and we're both adverse to too much bread and cakes, biccies and choc!
