Ladies, number 9. The lucky one.

Argh nelly how frustrating for you. That's a lot to think about before your wedding. Not sure what flare is.

lemons - crossing fingers and hoping for you.

cosmos - I pm'd you on your Carebear address. Shall I forward again or do you still pick up Care stuff?

I hope everyone else is ok.

akuabadoll · 07/09/2012 15:24

Cosmos you don't sound like a Carebear, I always read it as ironical ironic. Wink

Nelly tricky. If it makes you feel any better, I just spent all morning sorting out a professional thing that would have made any IVF this year tricky, only to find it's not going to happen anyway due to someone elses time constraints which they didn't bother looking into before. From my reading it seems that some clinics use LP for their own convenience and timetabling. Natural cycles are a bitch.

Lemon thinking of you.

Hi Nelly, how frustrating. Ps have realised I havent heard of flare protocol if thats something that starts in week 3. Hats off to you for doing it all plus wedding too.

Lemons thinking of you.

Ps this is carebear, felt like a name change. Cant really recall why I came up with carebear, but it was back when I was on threads where we used to wish each other babydust. Say no more.

MuddyWellyNelly · 07/09/2012 13:36

Still keeping everything crossed for you lemon. Much love xxx

Am feeling a bit frustrated here. Having decided to go with the other clinic, we can't have our fertility assessment for another 3 weeks. Then a consent appointment a week later. This means, as flare starts around week 3, we won't be cycling until oct/nov. and getting very close to the wedding Sad. And trying to figure out Stag and Hen nights getting increasingly complex.

NHS appointment was useful last night but I'll try and post about everything tonight.

Have been having odd womble pains that I convinced myself were meaningful at 10 DPO yesterday. But looks like I'm about to start spotting so I guess not.

Not a happy 10+ thread just now. We need our tail feathers fluffing. Smile

ladygee · 07/09/2012 08:47

Oh lemons, I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this. Hoping and praying that it is just too early and your little miracle comes fighting through next week.

Just to add to what mini and others have said, most clinics don't scan until at least 7 weeks because there is no guarantee of picking up a heartbeat before then.

Thinking of you xx

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 07/09/2012 08:13

Thanks for all the support, lovely ladies. I know it ain't over. But with my excellent HCG numbers at 16dpo, it definitely was doing well then. So it just delayed/stopped since. So no real hope. Just waiting a week to give a miracle a chance... Will be back on here now and again, but it all just hurts like hell at this point in time...

MuddyWellyNelly · 06/09/2012 20:40

Shit no no no lemon. We won't allow it. :( I can't believe this. Like others said, izzy went through the same thing and mini too by the sounds of it. But maybe it's too hard to get your hopes up. I hope so much it turns out to be one of those ^^ stories, but we are right here beside you whenever you need us. Sending all our love, any sticky lemon cakes we can find, and the biggest hugs to you and MrLemon.

GinSoaked · 06/09/2012 19:55

Oh lemons, I'm so so sorry. It's so fucking unfair. I really really hope that they have got it wrong. Massive hugs. Am thinking of you and mr lemons

sarlat · 06/09/2012 19:10

Lemon - sweetheart. Sad Sad. We are all here to hold your hand and send super big hugs. I guess at the moments you are in shock. Whatever happens next, be very very kind to yourself. No going to work or doing stuff. Will be thinking about you! xxx

CocoAndNuts · 06/09/2012 18:47

Oh lemon I'm so sorry. I will have my fingers firmly crossed that this is a false alarm. It is still early so there is hope but I have been there and my heart goes out to you at this utterly shit time.

oh lemons just saw your post (I still lurk here sometimes, hope you don't mind) and am so sorry to hear that.

but... I had a scan at 6+0 by dates, following bleeding, and there was no heartbeat. Hospital said it was too early to see one at that stage and were not at all worried. Next scan was at 7+4 and there was a hb. 6+4 is only a few days after 6+0 (and maybe not even that if you conceived/implanted a little later than you thought?) so I would have thought still borderline for seeing a hb. So sorry if this turns out to be false hope and just adding to your stress but I really hope not - I will have all fingers/toes crossed for your rescan next week. Take care.

Poutintrout · 06/09/2012 16:59

Shit lemons I am so sorry. You so don't deserve this at all. I am thinking of you and send you so much love.

CareBear1 · 06/09/2012 16:57

rabbitonthemoon · 06/09/2012 16:46

joycep · 06/09/2012 16:45

oh my god lemons - no. I am so very sorry and I?m just hoping and praying that they have made a mistake like they need with one of the 10plussers, Issy. Life is so fucking unfair considering how long it has taken. I am thinking of you.

Will catch up with others later. Last night was fine. Was in a twitch about nothing. Blush

rabbitonthemoon · 06/09/2012 16:44

rabbitonthemoon · 06/09/2012 16:23

lemon Sad I'm so sorry, that is so very sad to hear. I hope it isn't so, might it just have been too early? Sending so much love, you will be in my thoughts a lot.

CritterPants · 06/09/2012 16:18

Oh no, no, no lemon - I am heartbroken for you. How incredibly, totally, awful and hellish. I don't know what to say other than that I am so very sorry that this has happened - you really don't deserve this terrible pain. I will pray for a miracle for you and Mrlemon.
