Help needed right now! Positive opk 1 day before af??

Hey all, so a little more than a few days late for AF but still BFN.. anyone experienced this as well or have any advice?

Yes that is correct. As you can see on my OPK, the T line is DARKER than the C(control) line. The white test is a BFN preg test.

Hold on, the OPK test line needs to be darker than the other line. If the test line is lighter its not positive :( I'll try to post a pic. But fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

Hey there! Wow sounds like you’re definitely in the same boat as I ! I find it pretty odd that you’ve had dark brown spotting for 3 days. It honestly sounds like we are playing the waiting game. I’ve never taken an OPK test before this is my first time actually. And I only took it bc of the EWCM & it’s quantity & the fact that it’s been this much for a few days now RIGHT before my period is due. The image attached are my results at about 8:30pm. I’ve got my fingers crossed but I don’t feel preggers so I’m not wanting to get my hopes up 🙃

Hi ValVal. I'm in the same boat. I'm CD25 and OPK was positive. Never before... However HPT was negativ. I havent got an LH surge around CD15 showing ovulation but on CD19 i had EWCM for 3days but OPK was negative. Then I had hark brown spotting for 3days from CD21 and now a positive OPK at CD25... And also lot of cramping but more like period ones. I'm after my 1st period after giving birth to my girls 2020 feb. I had regular 28day cycles but who knows what can I expect now, I heard that it takes a few months to get regulated cycles again...

Hi all, I know these posts are extremely old but I am too having the same predicament. My AF app tells me I my AF is due in 4 days (it’s only usually a day off) I decided to get a a HPT & OPK only because I have been having egg white discharge as if I am ovulating. TMI- it’s more than normal OV.
Positive OPK test but BFN peg test. Could I have just ovulated late!?

Also, on Christmas Eve I got a faint positive test on about 4 urine test then BFN the next day. Cervical mucus was more abundant 3 days before period was due.. I considered it a chemical but when I went to doc a couple days later they found 0 HCG as they told me at least a little would have been left if it was even a chemical 🥴 . Fingers crossed! I actually hope to be. I would live my own finally. I’d hate to be bummed if AF comes in the next few days....

Can anyone please advise god positive OPK and on day 35 of my cycle, it can be a little irregular at times but I thought I had already ovulated this cycle as had a bleed about 2 weeks ago which now I'm thinking could have been ovulation/implantation..don't want to get too ahead of myself haven't had many other symptoms but woke up today with cramping..can you also get surge just before period that can make your opk show positive this late? Grateful for any advice, fed up of disappointment and nervous to go out and get a test in case it's another negative

Hii mine were faint before period and then after my period the photo is them now I'm still spotting which I don't normally do, feel really sick and got headache but I did a pregancy test and it said negative if I was pregnant I would literally be not that many weeks ... feel like my body is making me feel like I am when I could not be

Hello!

Opks can sometimes show a surge before AF is due. The hormone is also chemically similar to what's used as an indicator for a BFP on hpk tests. You're best to try a pregnancy test or wait and see if AF shows up :)

Hey everyone need advice I no this is old but I hope someone replies to me I took a ovulation test and it's positive my period is due tomorrow Tuesday 26th 2019 I'm confused they've always been negative before this kinda confused how do I post a picture

@Mummymad20 how dark is the line?? Opks commonly have 2 lines throughout the cycle it's only anything to notice if the test line is as dark/darker than the control line as that's positive...I'm in a similar boat I'm 11dpo and had 2 days of very dark almost positives but could just be a simple LH surge before af xx

Hi ... I'm due my period in 4 days I've had a lot of early pregnancy symtoms for about 2 weeks and I dont have a pregnancy test so done a ovulation test today and I had a faint line I could see though and a dark line afterwards what does this mean can anyone help ????

I am just scared they change haha as I've been getting they lines then when I do another one nothing there but that's two I've did today and both faint lines and I've been getting positive opk too so guessing that's a sign too as they pick up similar hormones X
