I have just found out that a friend of mine has endometriosis and have been trying to read up a bit about it on the internet. What I'd like to know, is if anyone out there has fallen pregnant after being treated for endometriosis or if they know of anyone who has successfully had a baby after treatment. I don't know what stage hers is but have read that there are 4 stages, 4 being the worst. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Bugzi - I know a woman that, against all medical advice, went on to have 4 children!! She had endometriosis for years. I met her when her 1st was about 4 so I don't know if she had it before then. But she wanted a girl so badly she got pregnant with child no.2. She had to have bedrest for a large part of that pregnancy..... then had a boy. Shortly followed by another boy..... then extremely quickly (within a year) finally gave birth to a girl! She was only 29, but they had to give her a hysterectomy after the 4th.

But there you go..... she managed to get pregnant fairly easily. And although she had tough pregnancies, she's fine now and all the babies were healthy.
